I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of customer-centric behavior demonstrated by your engineering team.
The body being replaced still has minor cracks, but your team refuses to acknowledge this. The crack is so minor that it is not visible in photographs but is noticeable to the touch. Over time, this crack is likely to worsen, which is why I requested a replacement with a new body rather than reinstalling the old one.
Here are two major concerns I have observed with your engineering team:
They are unwilling to accept issues with the product, even when problems are evident.
Despite my complaint, no proper resolution has been provided.
Additionally, I do not understand how my complaint was closed without my consent. Moving forward, please ensure that no complaints are closed without written confirmation from my side.
For context, I previously used an Aquaguard RO for six years without any issues. However, within six months of purchasing the Kent product, I have already faced a motor replacement and now this issue with the body. This reflects poorly on both the product quality and your customer service.
I insist on a replacement with a brand-new body and request that you keep this complaint open until the issue is resolved. Please confirm when the new body will be replaced, and ensure that no old or defective parts are installed.
