Don't ever never buy Kent RO. KEEP TRYING TO GET SERVICE LAST 4 MONTHS. THEY USE SEND SMS. WE WILL SEND TECHNICIAN. After 2-3 days you will receive the following

and no reply for the above phone no.

After 2 complaints also no one come for the service since last 3 months.. We are boiling water and drinking. Worst service and people ever.

  1. No scheduled service calls or reminders.




  2. Even after we call for service, no one bothers.




  3. The only advise/recommendation by their technicians is to replace all filters.




  4. Each set of replacement takes a toll of Rs.4000/- approx.




  5. This replacement is required during every 3 to 4 months, inspite of additional external filters,




  6. Our earlier experience with Eureka Forbes was out of the world with excellently scheduled service reminders, appointments and service charges hardly @ Rs.300/- to 600/- max. Having used it for more than 10 years, we have not called them for service even once.






In total it was a grave mistake of changing the brand from Aquaguard to Kent.

We bought Kent Grand a year back and the machine stopped working just the warranty period expired. Had to replace some of the parts and we paid 4, 500.in two months the machine again stopped working and now they are asking us to pay again 3000.what is the point in buying such a purifier where the maintenance cost is much higher than the one time cost.

Brand new Kent RO bought was found damaged during installation. Its more than 7 days, No replacement has come even after morning evening followup.


Kent has deteriorated has quality of its product especially the pump which is earlier product was getting damage every 1 yr . It seems to be company way of milking money from customer by providing poor quality and milking money in service. Very poor quality, Bad service

This is my personal experience and I am suggest that never buy a Kent Water Purifier. If you have bought than Never buy AMC product of KENT Service Center. They provides the worst service if you buy the AMC. They never full fill the contract conditions. It is having high maintenance cost with worst service.


I bought Kent MAXX machine and buy AMC after my warranty period finished. They told me to that all electrical part are part will be replaced without any charges but when I registered the complaint on 02/07/2020 but till now I did not get regular service and no spare part available with them. Even they did not respond the query even you call many times.


Poor after sales service.

Kent RO system to put high claims in the advertisement but the ground reality is that they do not have proper after-sales service. It 10 days for the maintenance staff to attend the problem of non-functioning the system. Then he took 3 days to bring the desired parts. After a week time, the system again stopped and another 10 days of waiting. The company is unable to understand and do not like to understand the problem faced during the summer season.


At least I will not purchase the system again from Kent.

I had purchased Kent Pearl water purifier 3years back. the purifier has UV+UF+RO and TDS controller. The insallation was done within 24hrs of order given on telephonic chat. The purifier is working smoothly n the service is very good. I m calling the service person once in 4 months an maintaining the purifier. once in a year we have to change the water purifying unit and the maintenance is pocket friendly. It all depends on us how we maintain the product for our daily use. I am really happy with my Kent Pearl and thanks for Mr. Muruli who has given me a good service.


Ants in filter

I am using kent ro system since 5 years, persistently The ants from outside enter the filteration system and purpose of fiteration is not fulfilled. We have contacted our local service centre at Vadodara, however the problem is not sorted out. They couldn't suggest the fix solution. Hence we don't have any other Option to replace it with some other brand.

Very bad after sales experience. Their only target lies around making money and not fixing the issue. The technicians have been taught in the direction to change the filters cost:-₹4000 first and then start looking at the problem. There is no quality of service.

Bought Kent Maxx on July 07 2020. It worked for two days then the water stopped coming and red light continuously started blinking. Till date, July 14 2020, it has been like that. I tried reaching out to their technician but all efforts in vain. Their technicians are quite active when you buy a new product and needs to get it installed but post that you will have to bang your head on the wall to contact them. Although, I read poor reviews about Kent Maxx and Kent as a company, however, I decided to trust the product/brand and here I am knocking the door of Kent to send a technician so I can stop paying for water (buying from outside). My suggestion don't go for Kent products. Though it's slightly cheaper but comes with a huge headache post sale.

We are using Kent from last 8 years, Now the quality of mambrane is too low and now wexisting area manager always try to listen and understand the problem.


Now new area manager is don’t bothered either you are not satisfied and due which we are planning to switch some other brand.

Kent RO system is worst water purifier in chennai ...As we bought kent grand star product in Feb 2020 , during installation itself damaged product was given and after installation they told 4 yr service but that also its very bad .. They will not attend as quickly when we are facing problem in ro and after usage of six month there was leakage in the system , technicians told its tap leakage and doesn’t cover under warranty within 5 months ... Totally worst product dont ever buy it

I had bought Kent in 2017 for Rs.25000/- and from 2018 till date I have been spending a yearly charge of Rs .6000/- this is a huge recurring cost, so guys pls think before you spend on Kent Brand, I strongly believe Kent company should upgrade their product( work on avoiding recurring cost to end-user) rather than spending on ambassadors and advertising.

1)complaint registered on 21st may 2020 is not attended during last 45 days even after so many phone calls and today on 06 july 2020 my unattended service request is closed without repairs. the message says that the service was successfully completed when nobody came to my premises after so many calls.


2) some five months back i have paid roughly 2800/- for repairs, and the electronic parts didn't last for six months, selling us the poor quality parts during after sales service.


3) why the the warranty for electronic parts is only for 3 months? kent already know that the parts fitted during service request are poor/substandard quality and they will not last more than 6 months? thats why the 3 months warranty?this is unethical trade practices?

I have purchase kent new grand online. I think it was my mistake. I have requested kent customer care for installation. Their is no response. I have called them few times. Only one reply we have alloted it to our services team they will call you. No one is ready to share their service team contact number. I think its important to know about after sales service first then the product which we are buying. I have no option but to return the kent grand water purifier.

I installed kent ro grand plush in march after 15 days ita stopa working then I called customer care, they told me our survice engineer will go at your home and salve the problem but till now no body has to come at my home. I so many times called but no body attend my problem.It is very brust and chitting commpany.My 190000/- gone in water but ican not got pure water for drink .
