We bought Kent RO Grand Plus in 02 Sept 2017. They sale and forget . No Follow , No warranty Service, No phone call, No customer data they maintained to keep you as buyer for Kent.
When I reported problem on 24-09-2018, A technician came from local dealer and he generated bill of Rs 5500.00 through cash memo, No GST including membrane , all filters etc I purchased it in Rs 13500.00 and paid 35% of repair cost .
all parts carry warranty of 3 Months( member - going to hit you very hard). I asked for AMC then Kent direct have no option to offer AMC as told by their customer care.
I am happy, I have water purifier of some other make, I lived with it for last 5 years and even no pain to pay AMC charges because person visit us and clean everything .
Kent is not a product for poor, Lower middle class, Upper middle class, it suits only to those who can afford to pay Rs 5500.00+ GST per year and no coverage offered by KENT.
Worst service . no service . bhagvan bharose if you buy kent
