ALL THOSE WHO R SEEKING REVIEWS FOR KENT RO - I WILL SAY DO NOT OPT KENT RO DUE TO WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU WILL SUFFER A LOT AND FED UP.
Sorry to say that iam customer of Kent Ro the world's worst product that I hve opted. Let me tell you, Kent Customer Services are the world's Worst services. Why? See below reasons..
Kent Customer Service is so pathetic due to following :
1) Customer service once you register for service on Kent App - assign engineer no. will be sent to you he never calls you back however if you call back engineer does not attend your call untill 5 consequetive times you call.
2) Finally he lift call on 5 th time, and say I will come in half an hour which he do not turn up on that day for sure
3) Next he do not call back and thus we only call back to them once again after sailing more 4 to 5 times and attend the call and now if he feels he will come and inspect the water purifier.
4) Now he knows only basics but not sure what is the exact problem in the device..he said it is a pipe leakage.Exactly last year October 2021.
5) we were continuing the same with little pipe leakage and found more leakage by 2022 and thus registered again again step 1 process repeated...this shows the interest levels and skillset of engineer.
6) I found this engineer is least interested in job and worst service. Below is engineers number
