One of the worst customer service experience I ever had with any company. I really recommend not to waste your money on any of their Kent product as it is such a pain once it comes to service request. They will promise you fulfill their service request in 48 hours. I am waiting for more than 5 days now , made more than 12 calls as writing this review, every single day they tell you will get it fix by this evening, and no one showed up at the end of the day. It is way better to have a purifiers from another company, as you will able to get it fix from any local guy. I paid 20000 for this product and got this kind of pathetic service. Have no idea when it will get fixed.. please do not waste your money because the way it advertised not true at all. I request media not to promote false advertisement.

Was looking for UF membrane not available in market. Thier service centre asked 300 inr in addition to cost uf membrane which is very unethical.

I bought a KENT product 1 year back but during service they replaced all filters and PUMP also. The cost they demanded from me which was above my product purchase amount. So don't purchase the KENT product.

I purchased kentc RO on 16.04.2021 with price of 18000 rupees in Hyderab Now, It is not working from 25.05.2022 .Service man visited and asked 4000rupees to change filters which were clogged. Daily we used only 8ltrs. While purchase they will tell 1000 rupees needs for filters. But, on realityis difference. The kent is not good and worst,

I advice to don't purchase. Go for other brand. No geniun service. Every time 50% of cost we have to pay.

It's been 1 and half year of purchase and I have called for customer service 7 times and everytime I was asked for 2500-5000 Rupees in every service which ultimately settle around 15000/- per year and I was told it's Reccuring expense and forget about the expense it is really frustrating to call customer service people every 2 months and suffer the inconvenience of the brakedown, these Kent is making fool of everyone and I bet they gonna loose the game after 5-10 years for their such wonderful product and service, if you are considering it please don't rather go for some other good brands or a local one but if you want to be stress free and budget friendly then I recommend not to buy and tell others the same about this fraud company.

Firstly the alkalaine RO gives acidic water . secondly beware of the rude behaviour of their service mechancs(whom they name as enginners)

I bought this product exactly an year back. That time the sales head of Kent told that the resign will go 5-6 years minimum. However it started giving problems in 4-5 months. Exactly after 1 year 15 days, it stopped. When I raised the request(RE-354848), the dealer told to replace the 25kg resign which would cost 11000 rupees. When I called the sales head, he told that it would go minimum 3-4 year in all parts of bangalore. There was no support from customer care apart from a standard reply that we have escalated this matter. Then they said there is no warranty on resign. After 1 month, they closed the request giving the reason that it is unserviceable. This is a garbage product. While selling, they would call 100 times with false promises of 5-6 years of zero maintenance and then they close the request if you don't spend 11k every year. This product cost 80000 rupees. So if you are buying this, think twice. You will spend 80k for one year and then 10k every year.

We brought Kent RO purifier a year ago... After 1 Yr 1 service guy came n told u need to change the filters.. Though service was free he charged 5000 rupees... After 2 to 3 months of this changing filter.. The purifier had a problem that water was not coming out and it had a beep sound.. Contacting the technician.. He told again the filters must be changed.. Every 3 months pending 5500 rupees.. For a year it will be around 22000 rupees.. Where we can buy new purifier every year... I sincerely never recommend Kent for users.. Its a big fraud!!

Ye log public ko bewakoof banane ka theka le rakhe h. 17000 ka Grand plus kharida aur 1 saal ka life, ek saal k baad sab kuch replace karo, usse achha to local RO kharid lo baat wahi pdega, sala ek saal me 17000 ka pani pee liya... mai to dhanya ho gya...

Kent is worst RO ever and their service is even more pathetic. They charge Rs 5500 for filter change. Even when some of the filter got changed recently and don't require replacement. But the service guy is like "pura change hi hoga, warna rahne do." Service guy's attitude was another level. I am throwing this RO as spending Rs5500 in every 3 months doesn't make sense.

Kent Water Company is a big corrupt company. It is making money by seriously deceiving consumers. Those who have repeatedly complained to the company customer care about these matters do not care. I recently replaced the candle as part of the Kent Arvo System Filter Service. But the Kent company deceived me by saying that they were selling at a higher price than the emerpy price above the candle. Even those who have complained to the company about this are fortunate to be told that they will sell at similarly high prices. I am losing the case in the Consumer Forum about this matter. I urge Kent users to take note of this and be vigilant.

Customer service is very pathetic. Response time is getting longer every year. Every visit engineers issist for all filter change that ends heavy on pocket. My latest experience: got my machine repaied there was a part replacement for Rs 2650/- machine still did not work bad water and quantity also so the very next day I registered complaint over the app and by call. Since then 3 days have already passed nobody came

One the name of service every time they change all the filter that is very costly. Though they say sevice is free but if you change all the filter every time it will be very costly for customer.

Either there design is not good and all filter get waste together. Or there staff don't bother to check property.

I wll not recommend anyone to buy this product and get in trap of free service.

Seven months back, I bought under the sink RO ... at the time of purchase, they offered 4 yrs free services and 1 yr warranty. Just after 7 months, they are asking for Tubes changes and I have to bear the cost and also need to buy AmC for 6000 per year... this is too much expensive without any after purchase service. Please dont buy this

I purched kent ro purifier2 years back. Every 6months some issue came but customer service is very bad. They came and every time charge for 3 filters approx 4000 and service charge 350.

This time they make same but next day same issue and no water when called no one picked phone atleast 10 to 15 times I called lots of messages but no response after 2 days technician came he told Lps gone and charged 950 for that and in amazon Lps charge was 199.

I faced very bad customer service by kent ro. Never buy you will not get perfect service. I took service by AQSA RO SERVICE..WILSONGARDEN BENGALURU. They eve don't pick calls

My kent RO Grand plus mc is just over 2 yrs and every month something or other issue is surfacing and they r charging hefty amounts. Just a week back paid almost five thousands to change the filters now this week again mc stopped working with beep beep sound. it seems they have programmed it to stop after 700 hrs for which you have to call them and pay fees like a ràsomware.

Hi,

No matter what, DO NOT BUY Kent.

I have using Kent RO system in office and home. It was quite good if we talk about water taste, colour and odour but when it comes to safety, customer service, warranty claim, RO Service etc. it's worst brand available even worse than the local made RO service providers. It's been 2 years or so I am using this machine and is off course not servable even if you have extended warranty on it.

Why it's a treat to life?

Before I explain let me tell you one thing beforehand that it was installed in a very good location, away from sun, solid wall, strong wall anchors and installed by a certified KENT service provider.

My mom was working in the kitchen and my 4-year-old daughter was just playing along. The KENT RO machine fell off the wall on the exact location where my daughter was, and it was just a matter of seconds, and she got away and got her life saved.

The plastic hanging knops behind the water tank failed to hold the tank on the wall. FYI, total weight of the machine was around 17-20 KG.

Although, I have consulted a lawyer and a legal notice has been drafted, there is no communication from their side after multiple attempts.

Again, never buy anything which is falling off the wall with 20 KG weight from a 5-6 feet height.
