Kaya Skin Clinic - Purna Das Road - Kolkata

I have removed warts from this clinic, It left hole all over my face and I am looking very weird. Its being more than 2 months the scars are as it is. They gave me some medicines, but nothing is working. I may have to go for some more treatment. Wastage of money. I feel that warts were better than the treatment. And I paid 30000 for making me more ugly. I am not able to show my face in public. It worsened my condition than previous.

Have been a regular at Kaya for facials for last 2 years, though I find it a bit expensive, but am happy with the overall service. Kaya at East Street Pune have a courteous staff.

Yesterday was glad to have received a very good service from Kiran, who seemed to be well trained and knowledgeable too.

Got several tips from her for better skin care. Apart from the cosmetics and material used by them, trained and efficient staff like Kiran always leaves one satisfied when he/she leaves the clinic.

The service was very relaxing and thorough, I felt relaxed, refreshed and recharged at the end of an hour long facial. Though it was part of a mall and the standards here are not very consistent or good, the staff was amazingly dedicated, thorough and professional!

Great service, and I was lucky to get an offer which covered the slightly higher price of the service I had availed.

The products were very pleasant and I felt cool and enjoyed the service completely, results were pretty amazing too!

I was taking treatment for Q switch & Dark circle reduction in Kya Skin clinic. I have paid 100% advance of Rs. 46000/-, wide Invoice No.: INV13561, Receipt No.: INVRS098, Dated 10/12/2016. After taking full money, I was assured that there will noticeable change in my complexion & the same can been seen after few treatments. But there is no improvement in my complexion & I also face skin rashes & itching problem(Which I have informed to doctor too). Since last 45 days, my appointments are getting cancel by Kaya. When I have asked reason for cancellation I was informed that doctor was treatment my skin has moved out from Kaya & they have handover my treatment to new doctor. My treatment is not completed though I have paid full money well in advance. When asked for refund they flatly refuse to refund the money by saying that Kaya do not have refund policy. They are forcing me to go for treatment with new doctor(Which I have refuse) or forget the refund.

I would say kaya is the best place to groom yourself. Every girl who needs to groom herself for wedding I would suggest every girl who wants to  get rid of skin problems it is the permanent solution for all problems. . The infrastructure of the clinic was very good.

The services and products used by the clinic was awesome after service you will really realize the worth of the service and money spent for the service.

I had visited the Lajpat Nagar branch of the kaya skin clinic. At first they all act so concerned and give assurances and as soon as you make payment, their job is done. Firstly, I had been promised 4 1 complimentary treatment for Qswitch as well aqua therapy. After 2 sessions of Q switch they refused any more sessions as according to them I had undergone all of the sessions. After speaking to the person who had dealt with us she accepted that there was some kind of systematic error and there are sessions remains.

This happened twice. There are faulty records and the staff doesn't do anything about it rather they just stare at you with a blank look while you complain about the problem. They just refuse that you have no more sessions remaining inspite of their faulty records. On this day I have 1 session remaining of Q switch of which they bluntly refuse. On telling them that Ms. Rashmi(their former staff member, the person who attended us) knows everything about the issue and how she gave us 4 1 sessions, the present staff members told us that she has left the organisation and if we can contact her and if she agrees about the issue then they can think about it. On calling ms. Rashmi she immediately disconnected my call on hearing that I was a customer calling from kaya and on calling her again her phone was engaged and she was immediately informed by another staff member about the issues and then after 20 mins She finally answered my call and denied everything. And again disconnected the call saying that she is no more a member of kaya and cannot do anything about it. Really disappointed such a disgusting attitude.

They are money makers and don't care about their clients. And don't even have proper records on asking them to show our records on which they had written everything, they said they don't have anything in paper now and everything is online. Now they just refuse to give us any further session inspite of our one session remaing. Attached is the image of their card where they have mentioned 4+1 session. They had taken this card from us saying that there is nothing to worry about they have everything in the records. But they lost this card. Luckily I had taken a picture of it and found it in my gallery. DON'T VISIT KAYA. Really a mismanaged horrible organisation.

The last time I was visit there for  skin related problem which is easily solved through them. If I talk about the staff of the Kaya clinic which have carry friendly attitude add fully support their customers.

The infrastructure of Kaya is a great if I talk about price value money which is very high in comparison to other skin clinic you can get the same treatment in low cost in any other skin clinic so you don't have lot of money to pay them in that case you should avoid the Kaya I hope this review will help you to taking oily skin treatment with them thank you all of you

I am taking laser trearment from kaya skin clinic and they charged nearly Rs. 1 Lakh. Initially they said that they will cure the side effects if any due to laser but later on they denied. Instead they defend themselves by saying that it is not because of laser. I have got lots of pimples on my face due to laser, although I have an oiky skin and used to have pimples sometimes. But after laser it has made huge scars and kaya is not ready to accept it istead they are suggesting me to have acne treatment and pay separately for it. I am highly disappointed that after paying Rs. 1 lakh they are still demanding for more money for this acne treatment. I have started hating my face, it is full of acne and scars and they are not ready to accept that it is not a normal course acne instead due to laser. I would suggest that please be careful if you are taking any face treatment from kaya, please do not risk your beautiful face.

Infrastructure: Kaya Skin Clinic infrastructure is too good and the Ambience is too large.

Staff attitude: staff is so professional and they are very polite to us. They help you to find best design which looks better on you.

Value for money: yes I can say it is value for money and the services they offered is excellent so I do recommend Kaya Skin Clinic to anyone.

It is highly over priced. The reason the staff gave me for such high prices was the Brand Name.

I just want to get the treatment, I didn't want their brand name on my cheeks.

I would say no value for money. Same treatment is done is almost half the price in other clinics.

I went to this clinic as it was near to my place.

I had 2 warts on my face. The doctor just saw them on my face and told me that you have 2-3 warts. Then I asked for the treatment. They told me they will charge 1500/wart removal+ consultancy fees(which I already paid just to hear doctor saying you have 2 warts on your face.which I already knew).

I just told them I don't want my treatment to be done here. Still they asked me for consultancy fees.I mean what kind of consultation they provided me. They are just a group of people who don't care for the treatment of the problem the person is facing.all they want is to make money as much as they can from your pocket.

I would suggest never ever go to Kaya. Its a loot over here.

I had started my skin pigmentation treatment in kaya skin clinic .

Nov 2016.told me to take bridal package of 30000. doctors are dumb ND assistants start treatment without consulting the doctor, had completed 3 sitting with 3 different doctors.

I never go to kaya skin clinic again in my life. just full waste of money and time. take your money and in return nothing happened. they cheat you and its a big scam they won't do any good to you instead worsen your situation. close it down if you can manage it. and its my urge from the other people not to take or buy the product.

People nowadays spend quite a lot on varied types of skin treatment but most of the times they miss out on getting satisfactory results.But I have been going to this particular place for quite sometime now, maybe like 2-3 years and I'm greatly impressed with they way they have catered my care.They really do have a great plan in which they plan out or phase up the various aspects of doing treatment.Among the whole lot of stuffs that they do, their facial is something which I highly recommend among the whole, also they use highly rated and proven result giving stuffs so there is absolutely no compromise on their side whatsoever and I'm a clear judge to it.Their experts and professional have been wonderful as well.They have turned my skin which was ladened with dark spots and tan into a greatly looking and perfect one, and I'm thankful to them.

I had been to the clinic for an Acne treatment. They had advised me to take a package that costs 12k along with the another treatment that costs upto 20 k.Initially I had no knowledge about the 20k treatment and I was compelled to pay for it, since they gave me a lot of excuses that the billing should be completed with a month and so. Later on from the other sources I was known that, this treatment is not advisable at all for my skin and it was unnecessary too. I had asked for the refund for 20k, some 2 months ago. The receptionist said that they will send you in a couple of days. I got a call from the head office stating that I should take some other service for the money paid and they wont issue the refund. I just dont know the strategy they follow and could'nt believe their advise completely. I dont get to see any proper consultation from the doctors and full of product marketing that take place. Why should I go for a service that I dont even feel like taking and just for the sake that they wont refund the money that I paid? After all it is our skin.

I Never go to Kaya Skin Clinic. I had started my Skin pigmentation treatment in Kaya Skin Clinic 3 months ago and paid 20, 000 rupees. Just full waste of money and nothing happened. They should exclude this Skin Brightening and Pigmentation Reduction Treatment because you are just taking money and in return nothing happened. Infrastructure of this clinic is very bad. Also staff attitude is very helpness. Its a waste of money clinic.

I had been to kaya clinic at mulund and had got my botox done . It faded away in 1.5 to 2 month, I was told it stays for gud 4 to 6 months yet I ignored and went ahead with it second time bcoz I was explained that my last results faded away bcoz i'm on diet and due to flactualtion in weight it happened so when I bought it 2nd tym I discovered that these people are jus interested in selling and not in service they behave highly unprofessional and heights was that staff discusses about customers private info amongs themselves. I dont wish to ever step into such brand were there is not value for customers privacy. data is not kept confidential and when I called customer service department they dont respond and not ready to give me my refund money when asked. People be aware not to visit such brand.

Kaya is a famous and well known saloon, having branches all over India. Yes, they are offering very good facials, and Bridal packages. If you need to pamper yourself, Kaya is the perfect place for it.It is a unisex saloon. In my Brother, s marriage, both Bride and Groom took their services, Bride was not so pretty, but she looked beautiful after taking their package. I also took a facial and haircut. For the first time in my life, I was satisfied with my hair cut. It changed my whole personality. The attitude of staff is good. But I think value for money is not good for middle class people. It is too expensive, otherwise very good. Middle class people can t afford it regularly. Still, I would recommend it occassionally.

The facilities in Kaya Pune Camp Branch is very good. The entire staff's attitude and approch toward customers is very caring and positive. To be more specific Sana is extremly good in her approch.

I am one of the old customer of Kaya Clinic and continued as a customer till date and reason for contiuning with Kaya is the result after service is visible immeaidtely and also it last for very long time. Overall I see good value for money.

IAM visiting kaya clinic from 4year year. I joined KAYA to get even toned skin and rejuvenate my skin. I have never looked back. the KAYA clinic services is simpply awsome and amazing fantastic and the facials skin polishing are soooo invigorating. and their kaser treatment is also good and loving the experience as soon as you enter the clinic staff present there paitance with a warm smile, even all staff members including doctors were very helpfull

Pathetic result,

Apart from few nice staff,

Dermatologist and center coordinator is rude and unprofessional,

can't handle simple session scheduling and monitoring!

stretched my sessions to 2 years! And wasted my time, money and efforts

I would actually suggest that never enroll with Kaya for any services. They are actually very lousy and only care for money and not for result
