This is to inform you that one of your staff members has behaved very rudely with me.I belong to the Platinum Group Membership and am an esteemed customer of Kaya group.
I had an appointment on 7th October, Wednesday at 4.30 pm. I was kept waiting and my service started after long due of waiting time.After that as my service got over, which was derma roller service, and since my skin is very sensitive, there was too much redness and swelling on my face. I had asked Miss Gracey Subba to apply a cold mask for cooling effect which the doctor herself suggested and I was provided with the mask in the previous sessions.She replied saying that all of this is not included in my package and its closing time for them, so she can't provide me with that. My face was fully red and swollen and she applied it for 2 minutes as she was getting late and removed it within 2 minutes.
After that I heard her saying that god knows what type of customers come in.
Regarding the appointment also she came up with her own rules tht you have to take an appointment 3 days before.
Also someone from Kaya Indranagar had told me that I would get 4 sessions of peel free as I belong to the platinum category, on which Miss Gracey Subba argued that I have only one session.
I thought Kaya is known for it's Hospitality and it works best towards its customer satisfaction, but the kind of behaviour from your staff Miss Gracey Subba was unacceptable, as a result of which I will never step into Kaya Jaynagar and I wish to shift my service branch to Indranagar, even though it's pretty far from my place.
Request you to take strict action against Miss Gracey Subba and also I will mention about the incident on Google reviews and wish to give negative rating for Kaya so that no other customer faces whatever I went through.
