This is Priya from Bangalore. I have purchased the package of "Hairfree Full Body Basic Full Body 6 Parts 6S Solution" for LASER HAIR REMOVAL Treatment on 24th May 2018 at your PHOENIX Market city Branch, BANGALORE.
I have Paid a total amount of 49, 782/- for the purchase of the package.
I took my FIRST appointment on 12th June, 2018 at 3:45PM for 2 Sittings(2 parts) by contacting Customer Executive of the branch(i guess her name is Shantha Kumari).
They completed hair removal for face and then started for hands. After doing the razor for Hands they discontinued the session in middle with half work done. They said they cant complete the session and I need to take come again some other day for the same.When I kindly asked the reason they said ANOTHER CLIENT is waiting.
I refused to stop the session in the middle as Razor was done and I demanded to complete the session/treatment.
But they didn't accept and try to understand my problem.how can I go away in half of the session.
INSTEAD THEY BEHAVED AND TALKED VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY AND RUDELY. THEY SAID ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAS ALSO PAID MONEY AND THEY NEED TO GIVE SERVICE.
WHY THE HELL WE NEED TO BE TREATED RUDELY AND UNPROFESSIONALLY THOUGH WE PAID BIG AMOUNT OF MONEY.
THE BEHAVIOR OF THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE IS VERY HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND EMBARRASSING. SHE BEHAVED AS IF ITS A LOCAL BARBER SHOP.
IF ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAS PAID MONEY, HAVE I NOT PAID MONEY? ARE YOU GIVING ME A FREE SERVICE?
WHEN I ASKED ABOVE THEY RUDELY SAID, PLS COME TO RECEPTION WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY. IS THIS THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND TREATMENT GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS AT KAYA?
