Kaya Skin Clinic - Jubilee Hills - Hyderabad

So I won’t recommend anyone, seriously to anyone on this earth to take any Kaya treatment in whole their life time…it’s totally fraud. I wanna share my experience on this i almost invested 1.5 lac with Kaya Bangalore, I went there for laser hair treatment mainly which even after taking 5 sessions it’s same how it was before.which is worthless although they will keep saying you’ll see results after 3 sessions which is a lie, So their doctor is playing very good role of sales man they’ll blind you properly, saying you need this you have this problem you should go with this like that and as we have respect of the doctors we can easily believe what they’re recommending it’s actually required….but here is the game they don’t care about anything related to you just do care about how much money they can make out of each person for that they can go worse they’ll suggest something which will look good on your body and face for a while…but in long term it’s going to worsen your skin condition. So you just end up ur life by sticking Kaya only.

From the first day I told them I have very sensitive skin but actually doctor was not doctor may be ….I used to get my skin heavily irritated with their laser treatment that much where I won’t sleep for 3 -6 nights and she used to say it’s normal …and as I said doctor was not doctor she wouldn’t be able to give u any medication on this to take care of when your skin is highly irritated.

I don’t know why I went to Kaya I gave my money I struggled every night after their laser sessions and now my face skin is extremely dry which not even a single moisturiser in India can cover and the whole body is totally sensitive that much where I can’t afford one single thing accidentally on my body and now ended up seeing dermatologist on regularly basis. I had very very good skin I didn’t knew that Kaya gonna worsen the things.

There is one more interesting thing since I was unable to take the complete all of my sessions of laser treatment for what I had paid in start, reason I got settled abroad in between I asked them to provide solution if they can complete my remaining session when I’m back in India someday after year. They totally refused for this and neither was ready to refund.

So I totally lost my money and my body and skin health.

I will for surely gonna file a complaint against them in consumer court

Had lots of problems with pimples and acne . Even after several treatments including peels and laser treatments I have seen absolutely no results . In fact, it has gotten even worse . Wasted a lot of money on this .

Im a very old customer of Kaya..i can see they have become very misleading and desperate to sell their products.

I bought Bedywise collagen powder recently and after coming home realized some ingredients not as per my requirement. Next day I wanted to exchange the stuff to something i use regularly..but the manager won’t agree!!

She was rude and asked me to personally send email and beg the customer care..i did the same and those guys too keep me waiting with no proper response.

Im attaching the product and bill photos here.

Hope they realize the mistake and adjust with something else i use regularly.

(The box is unused , and the seal is intact..i said this in the email and also to the lady at the Himayatnagar branch(Hyderabad)

Kaya has not at been helpful in delivering what they promised. After 2 years of wait, i have approached them for a refund of unused services for which the customer support team is not doing anything about. They play with the emotional vulnerability and simply mask themselves as great organization. In reality customer support is one waste bunch of people doing absolutely nothing. I'm looking forward to raise consumer complaint against kaya.

PLEASE don't go here. Please consult a proper dermatologist. These people don't even diagnose the issue and just suggest laser and peels to extort money from us. I had pigmentation and they suggest 5 peels and 10 lasers. After spending so much money my pigmentation got a lot worse only. The doctor tries trial and error with your face like it is some lab experiment by suggesting you different creams everytime you go for checkup. Save your money and see a proper dermatologist.

I have attended a laser session today at Jubliee Hills, Kaya , Hyderabad.

• They give me an appointment and are not sure sai make me wait for half hour and ask numerous questions.

  
  




• They ask me to change and while changing a therapist enters without knocking.

  
  

-Sukanya therapist has her own health issues ( she is unable to perform sessions due to rheumatoid arthritis) for which we understand.

• she wanted to cancel the session stating I have dry skin .

• I ask the manager to help . Srujana , Sukanya and Dr. Madhavilatha are already friends who spoke outside about me and enter the room.

  
  




• They don’t even greet . They just say since your skin is dry we are cancelling the appointment.

Inspite of trying multiple times to reconcile I have been abused

I feel like committing suicide for the kind of harassment I have been through!

Kaya is nothing but an elaborate well-marketed scam. I visited their clinic where their team promised fake results for dark circles and later when there was no difference they said that there is nothing that can be done much for dark circles.

I am planning a legal action against Kaya and users can email me on kayafrauds@gmail.com so that we can file a class action suit against the company.

My friend went to them regarding dark circles and they made false promises & misguide him for a PRP treatment (3 sessions) for Rs 23000 which costs less than 12000 at best cosmetologists in the city. They also promised 70% improvement for one year whereas there isn’t even 0.07% improvement. Biggest frauds ever.

I took full body hair reduction laser treatment in Kaya Vastrapur in June 2022. Staff called Smxxx cheated me by saying 6 full body maintenance sessions in Rs 14040. I took the package and paid money. After taking half session of hand and leg she told me the package is of one session only, not of 6 sessions. Prior visiting to Kaya Skin clinic Vastrapur, I called the few months back and same price and sessions she explained me on call too. I complained this to Kaya higher authorities ans told them to check my call recordings. They told me they have appointed Bhoxxx to look after this matter. Bhoxxx is the coworker of Smxxx. First Bhoxxx said she will check my talk recordings with Smxxx and call me back. Many days went then also she didn't called me. I called Kaya again and Bhoxxx told me they don't hv my call recordings. I asked to talk to higher authorities, they told me their zonal officer Nitxx sir will visit Kaya center 3-4 times per month. It's been more than two months, I didn't get call from Kaya a single time then and I am continuously calling them to talk to Nitxx sir, all time they say mam Nitxx sir will visit next week or we tried to call you but your number was not reachable or Nitxx sir didn't came yet after ur last talk. This is really pathetic! No customer care at all. They are harassing their clients by delaying their reply and they make me fool by saying more sessions for the said package. I said, u can give me my unused body parts money back, they said mam there is no such provision to return money back to the client in Kaya.

I advice everyone, not to take service from Kaya. Better you can take service from any branch of VLCC. I took my full body regular laser hair reduction sessions from VLCC, Ahmedabad in year 2020. They are so talented and giving best service and in very cheap rates compare to Kaya.

Please do not visit this center..they will be helpful unless the payment is received and when there is a problem and the customer is trying to get it sorted, they did not respond to calls or call back or reply to the emails. This has been my worst experience so far, please do not fall into this trap and get cheated. All the costs are really highly compared to the market. I have been trying to reach them since 5 days , trust me no responsibility at all.

Kaya clinic started usurping money of their clients by saying that package had come with expiry and can not be extended any further. Laser or facial session people will take as and when they need it. It is not a food item that comes with an expiry date. It's Shame on them that such a good name is gone down to that level that they had to swallow their clients money to give salaries to their employees.

Been waiting for almost 3 months for Kaya to restart my package(which is full paid for) and had expired during COVID when all their centres were closed. The Koramangala centre had promised that the same will be done but insists that I have to keep waiting as my file has gone to the CEO to approve. I fail to understand why the CEO running such a big company is having to approve packages of all their customers. But the only response the Koramangala branch provides is to wait

The girls who does laser are extremely unprofessional, they charged for the chin package, while doing the treatment they say u pay for upper neck and face, then we will do it.While at other cities they mark the even single hair and treat it weather it is on or below

If they wr not going to do it why took the payment for chin, according to them chin is the only tip one milimeter line, rest other is upper neck !

I booked a package for my mum before COVID which entitled her to receive 6 facials, they had to shut down a few branches due to COVID and now they seem to be refusing to see my mum and neither pick up the phone. So please beware before you spend your money on them. Worst customer service ever.

My experience with Kaya is the worst of all. I booked MNRF sessions and I was assigned a so called doctor SWAGATA Chakrabarty who apparently doesn’t know how to handle the mnrf machine. Mnrf is done with multiple needles pricking the skin at the same time and it will hurt like hell so they apply a numbing cream 40 minutes before the procedure. This doctor made her assistant remove my numbing cream and instead of performing the procedure immediately she kept talking over the phone roaming around purposely delaying the procedure because the machine had some error and she doesn’t know how to fix it. After delaying She called some other doctor and they fixed it. By then it was too late and the procedure was so hurtful that I teared up and couldn’t bear the pain. This is outrageous and unacceptable. In my every session with her I have had bad experiences. I have huge respect for doctors but this woman I don’t know what she thinks of herself!! No matter how qualified she is if she can’t treat her patients right, none of that matters..She is the most insensitive doctor I have seen WHOEVER GETS HER FOR THE TREATMENT ALL THE BEST !!
