SCAM IS RUNNING IN KAYA KORMANGALA
CHANDRAKALLA AND HENIA are the part of it.
It's my worst experience I had in Kaya Kormangala. While selling the package they have offered me 2 things.
1s is 2 Q-Switch.
2nd is 2 facial.
On that condition, I have taken the package and I have received the confirmation from their clinic number as proof.
After that Manager left due to some personal reasons and after that I have asked Henia to update in your system or provide me the service and till 3 to 4 months there was no response and she knows everything and all things I have in written communication.
Today I have refused to take service because of the bad behavior of your manager and her name is Chandrakalla from Kaya Kormangala Bangalore.

She humiliate me and without listening and understanding she was like it can't be possible and later when I have shown her the proof and Henia your employee confirms it then she agreed and spoken to her previous manager and confirm yes sir it's my mistake and we are sorry.
For this confirmation I have asked them more then 4 to 5 times in msg and 3 times I have called for confirmation but as usual now brand has become big and the managers are too busy to answer the customer.
Your team member can't humiliate us like this.
I had an appointment and we waited 1.5 hours to solve this. Do you think it's right ?
Does your company has this policy?
Does your employee has all the right to shout on customer without having proper information?
Very disappointed with Kaya Kormangala branch.
I'm a member since 2010 and I never thought I will face this.
Even while taking membership they said you can do laser in any parts and now new Manager has several rules.
After paying no one can humiliate me without any mistakes.
Chandrakalla has humiliate me and Henia was a part of it and was not ready to understand anything with this type of attitude how she will survive I don't know. Later she said sorry but till that time damage has been done. She has treated us very badly.
What if I won't had written communication?
AFTER HAVING WRITTEN COMMUNICATION I HAVE FACED ALL THIS HUSTLE! WHAT IF I wouldn't have the proper documentation?
It's a direct case of defamation and cheating to customer and I will give the feedback in all forum with the proof.
After all above one more mistake which they have done is that they have not done my Q-Switch but added in my account and after telling them that I have not done this session they didn't agree and later after one month they said we are sorry it wasn't for you and we will reverse it back. I was shocked that how you will do wrong bill and later you are just sorry. DO RECHECK WITH HENIA AND WORST MANAGEMENT MANAGER CHANDRAKALLA.
HOW COULD YOU ADD ANY SESSION IN MY ACCOUNT? 28 Feb, this mistake happened till that day I have done only 2 Q-Switch but mention 3.

6 , 8 and 10 Aug reminder given to confirm but no response and I have called them 3 times and all times they said in one day it will be done.
Once auditing excuse given.
Down 3 package I have on 2 different number and one life time beard shaping. Just for your reference with this type of man power no one can survive.

WORST MANAGEMENT UNDER CHANDRAKALLA
AFTER PAYING 2 LAKHS PLUS I HAVE FACED SO MUCH TROUBLE FROM KAYA KORMANGALA UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF CHANDRAKALLA AND HENIA.
ALL MISLEADING HAS BEEN DONE BY HENIA AND SHE IS THE CREATOR OF ALL CONFUSION.
FROM STARTING SINCE THE MANAGER HAS BEEN REPLACED I'M ASKING TO CHECK YOUR RECORDS BUT NOBODY IS READY TO UNDERSTAND ANYTHING AND SIMPLY IGNORE THE CUSTOMER.
BELOW AVERAGE WORK WILL BE DONE IN KAYA KORMANGALA AND IF ANYONE IS READY TO GET HARASSED THEN ITS THE RIGHT PLACE TO VISIT.
