I was there with my wife for a laser treatment. But the experience was very bad. Many of the time machines are not available, cancellation of sheduled appointment, They are just focusing on their money. Not care about client health and skin. And if you raise any concerns just they start blaming each other. Please don't waste your hard earn money with these peoples.

This is Esha Bansal and I am writing this mail to inform the senior management that while I was getting TCA chemical done at kaya clinic, Rajouri garden, new delhi, that was being done by Dr Priya Gupta, Somehow the chemical peel got inside my eye and it started stinging…Dr priya put some lubricant drops into that eye.


Now that I came back home, My eyes got swollen and started irritating too much. It felt dry and started to pain also. I went to my eye doctor at center for sight clinic and she clearly stated that luckily the chemical peel didn’t get into my pupil…otherwise it would have caused severe damage to my cornea and I could have possibly lost my vision.


This is a blunder mistake committed by Kaya clinic doctor. It could have ruined my whole life…Me and my parents will go to consumer court and medical association and file a case about this.


Let me know how you will approach this case and what action you will take on this.

I spent around 40k on carbon laser, peeling packages, and Kaya products, but I haven't seen significant improvement in my skin tone. The texture improved by only about 10%, and I've developed many pimples after each session. Before the treatment, I didn't have acne, but now I have dark spots. I regret spending so much for these results. The staff and doctors were good, but my overall experience wasn't positive.

The staff at Kaya Matunga, Mumbai is rude and can not fulfill your basic needs and you are asked to wait for hrs or leave. That the language the staff Khuboo tells you who is the Hwad of Customer Service department. Very unpleasant experience had to l3qve the treatment and walk away.

I recently visited Kaya Clinic in Faridabad with my wife. During our visit, my wife received a facial treatment and had some moles removed. Sunita, an employee at the clinic, performed the procedures. She did an exceptional job, demonstrating great skill and professionalism. We were thoroughly impressed with her work and the overall experience at the clinic.

SCAM IS RUNNING IN KAYA KORMANGALA


CHANDRAKALLA AND HENIA are the part of it.


It's my worst experience I had in Kaya Kormangala. While selling the package they have offered me 2 things.


1s is 2 Q-Switch.


2nd is 2 facial.


On that condition, I have taken the package and I have received the confirmation from their clinic number as proof.


After that Manager left due to some personal reasons and after that I have asked Henia to update in your system or provide me the service and till 3 to 4 months there was no response and she knows everything and all things I have in written communication.


Today I have refused to take service because of the bad behavior of your manager and her name is Chandrakalla from Kaya Kormangala Bangalore.


WORST EXPERIENCE

She humiliate me and without listening and understanding she was like it can't be possible and later when I have shown her the proof and Henia your employee confirms it then she agreed and spoken to her previous manager and confirm yes sir it's my mistake and we are sorry.


For this confirmation I have asked them more then 4 to 5 times in msg and 3 times I have called for confirmation but as usual now brand has become big and the managers are too busy to answer the customer.


Your team member can't humiliate us like this.


I had an appointment and we waited 1.5 hours to solve this. Do you think it's right ?


Does your company has this policy?


Does your employee has all the right to shout on customer without having proper information?


Very disappointed with Kaya Kormangala branch.


I'm a member since 2010 and I never thought I will face this.


Even while taking membership they said you can do laser in any parts and now new Manager has several rules.


After paying no one can humiliate me without any mistakes.


Chandrakalla has humiliate me and Henia was a part of it and was not ready to understand anything with this type of attitude how she will survive I don't know. Later she said sorry but till that time damage has been done. She has treated us very badly.


What if I won't had written communication?


AFTER HAVING WRITTEN COMMUNICATION I HAVE FACED ALL THIS HUSTLE! WHAT IF I wouldn't have the proper documentation?


It's a direct case of defamation and cheating to customer and I will give the feedback in all forum with the proof.


After all above one more mistake which they have done is that they have not done my Q-Switch but added in my account and after telling them that I have not done this session they didn't agree and later after one month they said we are sorry it wasn't for you and we will reverse it back. I was shocked that how you will do wrong bill and later you are just sorry. DO RECHECK WITH HENIA AND WORST MANAGEMENT MANAGER CHANDRAKALLA.


HOW COULD YOU ADD ANY SESSION IN MY ACCOUNT? 28 Feb, this mistake happened till that day I have done only 2 Q-Switch but mention 3.


Down I will attach file


28 Feb they mention all details which they have offered me.


6 , 8 and 10 Aug reminder given to confirm but no response and I have called them 3 times and all times they said in one day it will be done.


Once auditing excuse given.


Down 3 package I have on 2 different number and one life time beard shaping. Just for your reference with this type of man power no one can survive.

Today, I felt deceived and cheated after my session.


The staff were quite shrewd—they collected Rs.9500 in advance to ensure they had the money regardless of the service quality.


I went for my first Hydra Facial and, despite asking multiple times about the process, was only told it involved a machine. They didn’t inform me about what to expect, and their package didn’t include an LED treatment. I ended up losing Rs.9500 and gained nothing but dissatisfaction and disappointment.


Though I had fixed this appointment last Friday evening, they were absolutely clueless about that today. I ignored this sign and still took a chance. Terrible mistake.

Today was my fourth session of Q switch and facial at Bandra, Mumbai branch and I took aqua facial. After the service they usually show the face in the mirror which they did not and I never felt also to see thinking they all are efficient in their services as always. Every time there a doctor change in this branch. Today when I reached home after the treatment and I saw myself in the mirror I was shocked to see a scar under my right eye and I have no idea which it happened due to the facial jet which they used during facial or was it due to the Q switch treatment where for the very first time I could feel and experience sparks inspite of closed eyes. Whenever the previous two doctors Dr. Shibani and Dr. Jessica it never ever happened. Whereas I even informed the doctor during the session that I am experiencing the sparks of Q switch but he said it is ok but for me it was not as all my 3 sessions it never happened ever and now for the last session this happened.


Is it because they might plan to push you packages of wrinkles and anti-aging etc etc. This scar is also burning now. Also today I was asked to wait for 45 mins after giving me time for 5.30pm. They kept on saying 10 mins and made me wait for 45 mins. This is something major that has happened to me and tomorrow I am travelling. Anything more happens to me my lawyer will talk to Kaya Skin Clinic officially. May be this is the reason you people are shutting down branches everywhere. It is shocking and disheartening

It will look like you are getting great results from the Laser initially but after a few months it will just revert to the way it was. So they will ask you to do maintenance sessions and spend more money but the hair will again grow back.

I started my hair removal sessions with Kaya almost 2 years ago. I am extremely disappointed with the results. Even after completing the sessions in the first package and taking up another package, the hair is still there on the face and other body parts. Very minimal reduction in facial hair. I now even have hair in areas where I didn't have growth earlier.


It still looks so bad after shaving. And the worst part is there is no accountability from their end! And I extremely doubt if the doctor knows anything at all! She'll just come to look at your hair and will not say anything about it, no explanation nothing! And will just tell the technician to increase the temperature from last time. And whenever you ask them about when it's gonna work, their response would be - it will take time for you!


And over the past few months, there service have been degrading! At least the technicians and managers were good earlier, but now they will just randomly assign any technician who would not even know the history of the client.


I have spent a good amount of money on this and all I have got it disappointment!

Ive been a client of kaya for 14 years. I have seen it gradually decline in all aspects like quality, safety, and professional conduct. The quality of Dermats kaya currently employees are appalling to say the least. Both in terms of their knowledge and concern for patients. They are very superficial in their approach, and this resulted in multiple burns and scars both on my face and back after common procedures like qswitch and PRP. To top it of the staff always seems to be high on attitude and low on basic etiquette. They just endlessly pursue for selling packages and forget you exist after that. Its a down hill road for what could have continued to be a great company. It would be better if they start working on teaching basic customer centricity to everyone especially their doctors as much as they invest in RnD.

One of the worst decision of life to step into Kaya. The management of Noida sec 18 is pathetic specifically the front desk employees. They are good for nothing. They are only active during the money transaction u do towards their services on the first day. Then they play with your sentiments till you quit or basically give up thinking that luck was not in your favour so the treatment did not work. The functioning of any treatment is bad. And finally they put the blame on you. Trust me i am a victim n pls don’t fall into the trap. Rather go to a derma , good salon for treatment as they will be reliable as well as accountable for what services they give.

Extremely bad service. I visited vasant kunj clinic 2 weeks ago and charged for thier consultation and first time when I made the payment they mentioned they did not recieve and had to pay again. Wherein my payment got debited twice and I have been asking them to refund my amount over mail but there is no response from their end.


Even the front desk and the manager has a bad way of talking and treating their customers.

I took a laser hair reduction treatment cost is 52k.wen I went I'm not in plan to buy this but faculty over their forced to take service through Bajaj emi card and I'm financially not good bq of they forced me i said ok .i took one service after 2 days I had bad health issues n askd my family doctor they told me as of now to stop ..later I went to kaya clinic sadashinagar and informed the same n said this things ..I said my family situation and financial issues and also said this things and also said please take the 1 st session wtever I took take that amount and please do refund my pending amount since cannot able to pay emi..but they are not responding properly even manager was very rude and telling no refund but here i didnot take any service further then my hard and core amount wer it vll go..simply i need to pay emi .


They didnot respond n just telling we send mail to back-end.its been 28 days still no response.


People who are reading this backend pls refund my pending amt I'm not interested with ur service anymore.


Dnt play with girls emotion??..I am unable to pay emi my amount is with kaya bank corrupted bank .they are not even stopping card emi also here..


People who are reading this pls before you choose dnt even go to kaya they need oly money though you take service r not.

Compared to other branches , new bel road kaya is horrible. Rate is also high.
