Katani Sweets and Restaurant, Phase 3, Mohali

.it is agood lunch place to have food. But majn problem is here ambience. Sometimes the waiter doest not Litsen me. Thats not good.

I was there at Katani phase 3b2 mohali last night with my friends. We ordered Shahi Pander, Mushroom do piaza and butter roties. Service was late and OK type. Waiters were not in dress or uniform. Glasses were not that clean. Had to clean every single glass and every single utensil we were serving in with tissue papers.

We found it a bit costly too as comparative to other restaurants in the city. Ambiance was not that happening and inviting. It was just a normal restaurant like other Punjabi Dhaba. As it's famous Dhaba in the tri city so people use to rush over here. But I didn't find it worth. Taste was also ok type.

On my last tour from ludhiana to mhali with my family I decided to do our lunch in thus katani sweets and Restaurant.

We all went to this restaurant and give the order to the staff members. The place lools nice, they are very good in decoration,  there furniture is very stylish and comfortable to for us.

There customers services are good as they are very fast in there cooking and provide our order with in 20 minutes.

But when we saw the food,  it is provided as it is cooked and there is no presentation for the food.

Along with that there is no taste n there food, it looks like they are fulfilling there duty but not for customers satisfaction.

The quality of the food is aslo very bad, I recommend to not to order any food from this restaurant as the foof in tasteless and there is no presentation over food.

Katani Sweets and Restaurant which is ome of the popular restaurant in mohali. As a travelling job I have to do my breakfast and dinner from restaurant, this time I have to visit mohali where I took a hotel on rent for two days. In front of the hotel this Restaurant is situated, So I went there for brunch but at that they are not prepared for anyting.

So I came after two hours to have my lunch, When I eat the first bite I am completely shocked as the food is still not cooked and it require more heating. Other than this the quality of the food is not so good, it is a third standard restaurant which is not recommended by me as the Ambience of this restaurant is only good for there regular customers not for those who visit this place rarely.

The presentation of the food is pathetic, the behaviour of the staff is good but it doesn't matter as the importance thing is food which is grate in quantity but bad in its quality.

Its quality is so bad that I am not able to eat this half cooked food.

Finally I advice you to not visit as it make your day the worst day.

I used to go to Katani 3-4 years back and the quality was superb that time and service was also quick.But now the quality of the food has went down many folds. They are now offering pre-made food instead of providing fresh food. Taste is also not that good as it used to be. Service is also not upto the mark now.Katani buffet is also not tasty at all. Quantity is limited for some items like sweets as just one piece of one sweet only. There are not much variety in main course. Service for chapatis is very very slow.

This is an awesome restaurant. they have like 3 showrooms in a row and probably have everything you crave for.

From chinese to north indian. They also have a seperate showroom for buffet which is just 150 rupees. ( Probably the cheapest in town)

Soups, chats, pav bhajis and tikkis they have it all. Their main speciality is in north indian.
