With my personal experience never buy product of kaff because after sale service is worst. Charging double fees to resolve the problem.

Never buy KAFF Gas stoves or Hobs.I spent 30k and bought a HOB and within 2 months problem started. The burners will lose its shape and the gas gets wasted and after 3 months the nozzles needed to be replaced. There is no customer care for Kaff products..some third party service guy comes and replaces the nozzles for 1640 rs and this process continues for every 2 or 3 months. Worst products ever.dont get cheated into buying the HOBS to make your house looks beautiful...the usual gas stoves last longer and they are good.


Repenting wasting Rs 47,000+ on kaff hob msm 804

I purchased MSM 804 Kaff 4 burner hob for hefty money. It has a manufacturing defect - the burner mount is loose and liquid spills inside. Reason is that the frame is defective- but despite calling for escalation on Kaff support they are neither escalating nor replacing the frame despite warranty. They want to work it around temporary arrangement. Once warranty is over, the replacement cost will be on me. This is and will become a fire and electrical accident hazard. I suggest staying away or buying something cheaper from other brands that you can use and throw.

We purchased Kaff table top hob 3 burner sometime last Sep 2020. From the day of purchase we have been having problems. Service is very bad and they do not honor commitments . They have been saying they will replace for the past 3months and no action taken..I strongly recommend against buying any Kaff product as their service is very bad


Kaff hob Exploded

Hi, my Kaff hob which is 2 years old suddenly exploded while making chapaatis, the glass exploded and the shards flew in all directions. The technician visited and said I would have to pay 7000 for the glass top to be changed. When I called the local Kaff number to understand how can they charge me for something that cannot happen in first place, he was unsympathetic, unapologetic and downright ridiculous. This is a serious concern since the cook top glass exploding and causing injury to us is being taken so lightly by Kaff. When you make a product which is to be used regularly in the kitchen the safety standards of the product cannot be this poor, I am appalled at the lack of understanding or ownership on Kaff's part! Terrible customer service!

Worst experience with Kaff India


I placed prepaid order on 16th of October 2020 through Kaff India website.After getting no confirmation on delivery schedule, called to check order status on 22nd October and came to know that ordered item is not in stock and will take atleast 10 days more in delivery.


I requested for the options that are available in stock which can be delivered quickly.


I received options and on same day ( 22nd October ) confirmed for the change of model. I again called order status team and confirmed that I have sent request for change of model and came to know that currently its lunch time and will get confirmation by afternoon for order change.


I received no communication till 26th october and again myself called Order status team and came to know that second option that I have chosen is not in condition for delivery and will take more time. As urgent delivery was required and already 10 days have passed, I requested for order cancellation and sent an email for refund of amount, received an email from order delivery that amount shall be refunded in 7 working days.


Till 10th of november did not receive any refund but got a surprise. A guy called me that we are standing outside your house with your hob. I called delivery team and told them that i have cancelled this order, after multiple checks they took the hob back. But, I am still struggling to get my refund till now 22nd November 2020


This is pathetic service , nobody is ready to take ownership Everytime i have to call and ask for status and get worst confused replies.


I am frustrated of calling customer care guys whom i have to tell whole story everytime. No replies to my email and I dont know whom to escalate.


WORST COMPANY and highly unprofessional staff.
