Worst experience with Kaff India
I placed prepaid order on 16th of October 2020 through Kaff India website.After getting no confirmation on delivery schedule, called to check order status on 22nd October and came to know that ordered item is not in stock and will take atleast 10 days more in delivery.
I requested for the options that are available in stock which can be delivered quickly.
I received options and on same day ( 22nd October ) confirmed for the change of model. I again called order status team and confirmed that I have sent request for change of model and came to know that currently its lunch time and will get confirmation by afternoon for order change.
I received no communication till 26th october and again myself called Order status team and came to know that second option that I have chosen is not in condition for delivery and will take more time. As urgent delivery was required and already 10 days have passed, I requested for order cancellation and sent an email for refund of amount, received an email from order delivery that amount shall be refunded in 7 working days.
Till 10th of november did not receive any refund but got a surprise. A guy called me that we are standing outside your house with your hob. I called delivery team and told them that i have cancelled this order, after multiple checks they took the hob back. But, I am still struggling to get my refund till now 22nd November 2020
This is pathetic service , nobody is ready to take ownership Everytime i have to call and ask for status and get worst confused replies.
I am frustrated of calling customer care guys whom i have to tell whole story everytime. No replies to my email and I dont know whom to escalate.
WORST COMPANY and highly unprofessional staff.
