We wont suggest to book your holidays through JUST click karo as we had a worst experience since giving an advance to them. they dont bother to revert you back against any of your queries, want us to pay 100% well in advance and thereafter just forget to have their revert. We faced many issues with regard to hotels, cab itinerary but they didnt only reverted us back despite of calling them numerous times, I dont even prefer to give them 1 star rating as its been a time waste.

Pathetic

Just click own employees who were handling my travel plan are posting fake reviews and later when I noticed and commented on that review they deleted that review which highlights their fakeness

Would never ever fall for it again or recommend

Fantastic 3 night Lapland trip

Just come back from a 3 night stay in Levi Lapland through Justclickkaro. It was absolutely perfect, the Justclickkaro staff(bauble Becky) was great and there was around 8 elves at least that came on the trips joking around with the kids and having snowball fights, Levi itself was magical and the Santa village had me convinced that Santa is real and mrs Claus was great handing out the best hot chocolate EVER! Even on departure all the staff and elves were in the airport singing, dancing and having fun with the kids. It really was fantastic and my 6yr old girl misses bauble Becky and the elves so much I have promised to put a group picture of them all up on her bedroom wall. ?? thank you to all involved in making this a trip for us all to remember for ever

Average tour operator. Can do much to improve. Customer service, response to queries, choice of hotels, regular updates to the customer, value for money, travel package design, costing, value add for customer, vehicle quality should improve a long way.
