Juice Salon - Peddar Road - Mumbai

I have been a loyal customer to Juice since years now. Last few visits the service has gone down terribly.

I booked an appointment today, they qouted me 8, 000 for hair botox treatment at the start but charged me 9500 Rs. eventually - stating that they had given an approximate cost. Whereas it was quite clear that the consultant had stated Rs. 8, 000.

They also assigned me a mens stylist who did not know how to blow dry or even hold the brush properly. On asking why he couldn't blow dry my hair properly the answer I got was that this is not his job. Why was he assigned to me then? My shampoo also was charged extra as they used a different shampoo - again I was not informed of the same prior to or during the wash, only during billing.

Previous visit I had booked with a stylist and not reaching they said stylist is not available and assigned me a senior stylist charging me higher.

While leaving they refused to do my billing till they forcefully filled out a 5 star review on Google from my phone.

On raising a complaint, the salon manager SANA KHAN is utterly disrespectful and has not even bothered hearing me out properly. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and I will definitely not be returning to Juice.

Sorry to say but this juice salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, the hair service was a joke. The timing was ridiculous. I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there. Worst hair service I've ever had - please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. staff Mr Amit are very unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free hair service. They are desperate for customers and I see why.

Just don't recommend this to anyone. I have been there twice both Time i had a really bad experience.

I went for hair treatment. It was really bad i would have gone to a local salon rather than going there. Amit who has done service was really bad.
