JioMoney is providing Rs 15000 of coupons and savings vouchers on various brands and other services but these is totally useless for people living in Rural villages as there are no outlets or shops of these brands ( like Dominos, pizzahut, etc) Thats why Rs 15000 is of no use as major portion of India is in term of villages ( more than 2 lakhs) so this concept is totally unworkable. I live in a minor city which is steadily developing but still there is only one mega brand outlet Dominos. Layoutof this application is easy to use rather this app is not usefull.

This a simple way to give money to anyone and very fast way also.I think we should use this to remove black money.It is a software which can be donloaded on any device.To send money we just require a net conection.It is very easy to use it.If you are old also.To send money on this software,apps wallet you just have to use your credit,debit or visa to save money in your jio wallet.This app those not charge any transaction fee also.Hope you will use it and dont forget to remove courpution from the whole univerce.

Around first week of January 2017 I booked Dangal movie through bookmy show and avail cashaback offer of 100 after done my transaction around 3-4 days they do not provide my cashback and than after done my first email after 6 days they gave me reply say no transaction done than I provide detail than they say when you doing that transaction offer is expire and say you not eligible than I argue and provide me detail and their customer services so poor not gave reply.on time finally they provide offer period and I provide my detail than they agree. How was silly that they not understand to the my transaction date that I fall in offer period

After their reply that say our concerned team work on that we shortly update but till date I not received their status about my cashback

Jiomoney is an online payment application in which you can pay for the products you buy, movies booking, and many more. The design and interface of the app is good, works smooth but sometimes takes time to load the application. The highlighting feature of this app is it give many offers regarding online shopping and online payment which is a bless for online shoppers. But in daily life very few people use this application and many times the server of the app is down therefore now I don't recommend this app, I hope it will improve and will beat other apps.

more than this application working only 4G smartphone and not another any 3G smartphone.

I was told by its staff at Reliance Fresh that if we pay through JioMoney we will get 10% cash back irrespective of the product type. I purchased the groceries on 9th Jan, even after 10 days I did not get any such cash back. After I called customer care they were telling that the offer valid till 8th Jan 17. Is this not totally cheating the customers and holding their money and earning interest? I strongly suggest public do not unnecessary use this app and block your money, rather I suggest to use the app BHIM proposed by govt, at least it will help country.

Jio money is an app by reliance jio pvt ltd and reliance payement solutions limited. This app was launched 6 months back and is a great app for those who shop at reliance stores, you get 10% cash back everytime. But most store allow only 2 transactions per day. Also we can pay online bills , do mobile recharges, Dth recharges, Pay gas, electricity, water bills and also insurance through jio money. It is also very easy to send money to anyone using jio money. Shopping at stores is easy through jio money as all we have to do is click on pay at shop and enter the amount of the bill and click on generate bar code, the shopkeeper will scan the code and thats it your payment is done. We can add money to the jio wallet through credit /debit card or through netbanking. There is a limitit of 20000 per month for basic users . We get many coupons for various stores and hotels on jio money.Its a great app go use it ! The app is easy to use and it is great experiencing it .

I just use it I add money 20000rs in jio money it just takes 6 minutes it is so wonderful I can't believe I use paytm but it does not work it is so useful for us now a days it is so useful because banks are giving 2000 rs note but that are not use because we go to shop they ask give me 100 rupee note we give 2000 rs note I just use jio money I wait just 8 min I transfer the money to shop owner it is son good there are so many function in it so download this app in your Android phone the design of these app is blue and white. it is good to see the app I just tell you download this app in your phone

I am using Jio money for the first time for bill payment so I added 1000 to my Jio money wallet . I added money through my debit card and received a message from my bank about my money transfered but not credited in Jio money, I wait for about 5 min refresh again and again, but it Jio money wallet show only 0 ruppes . I contact my bank about transaction of 1000, they check their system and told me that transaction is processed by them, then I immediately contact Jio about this, worst call center service by them as they don't pick your phone, then I send a mail to custmer care then after 48 hours I got 1000 in my jio money walet and even I made recharge tranx of 50 rupess in my vodafone number and balance is deduct from my wallet and no balance credited to my mobile afte 2 hour it will happen and my balane get update in 2 hours, so plz think befor using joi money thanks

Paid electricity bill Rs. 630 threw app, but bill remained unpaid at service providers end, Contacted jio customer care threw app and also by email for several times, but not got any kind of reply.

They are not interested in any kind of care for customer. Finally it resulted in additional payment of Rs. 630 for same bill. Hence my advice is that though the app may be good but their customer care is pathetic, and if anything wrong happens they will not take any efforts to resolve it.

Finally after waiting for 10-12 hours money credited to my wallet .

So guys BE DOUBLE SURE BEFORE USING JIOMONEY .

I was using jio for first time for bill payment and for that I have added 2800 to my jio wallet from my debit card but the amount was debited from bank but not credited to jio wallet I immediately contacted bank but the they told that amount has been processed from their side,then I contacted jio customer care and that too took had become hectic for me due to their automated system it was very difficult to communicate to their representative,then after contacting their representative they told me wait for 24 hrs to get updated and then after waiting 24 hrs amount didnt got credited to wallet the again I have to call customer care and they lodged a complaint and gave me compl. no. and this took them around 20 days to sort out the issue and refund my amount after continuously be in contact with them.

I would recommand people to use paytm instead of jio

I downloaded jiomoney 1 month back.As far as shopping in reliance fresh and reliance shopping app works seamlessly efficient .I was able to pay current bills mobilebills through jiomoney also insurance premiums easily.It requires some updation to include gas bills payment and some tieups with HPCL/BPCL/IOC pumps inorder to be more successful. I think once reliance gets payments bank operational things will be easy.Moreever strength and commitment of reliance group is a strong plus point

It is great oppurtunity for us to 4g network free of cost and also free calling .It is nice for social sites and hd quality call to other network as well as jio sim users.Before jio I am using other service providers for surfimg and downloading but they are very expensive thats why I am not online for 24 hours.But Reliance jio makes me digital and now I using online services for 24 hours.
