I was purchasing a product from kfc earlier month, my bill was 533, when I paid it by jio money, i get notification that the transaction was failed but I got a message from jio money that rs 533 is deducted from your account, i called them fro around half an hour continuosly, but non of the no. worked, next day I called them again, it take too much time to make them understand what is the problem, they rose my complaint, and asked to wait me 24 hours for refund, i waited 2 days but did not get any respond from jiomoney team, i called them back after 5-6 days, i had to told them every thing from the beggining, the told me same to wait 24 hours, but still I am in trouble

According to me, (as I tested just on Jio App.)

it is my own tested app then I gave my review.

And decided not to add / provide any other / more credit / debit card details.

Because It keeps your data stored and do not remove even after delete the app.

Moreover you can not edit your provided credit / debit card data.(Every Procedure tried)

All stored data comes back as soon as you reinstall the app. Mind it.

Hey everyone.

Guys just now tested one thing on Jio App. And decided not to add / provide any other / more credit / debit card details. It is because It keeps the data stored and do not flush even after delete the app. Moreover you can not edit your provided credi / debit card data. All stored data comes back as soon as you reinstall the app. Mind it. it is my opinion and I wrote what I noticed.

Im a jio money wallet user from past 5mnths were I worked for RJio proccess. When I became Rjio user for the 1mnth I didnt tried jio money app just signed up and invited few friends. A mnth before I loaded money in the wallet thought of checking the features involved in the wallet. However, wallet plan and options are equal to paytm, Citrus cash wallet and more. This is the worst wallet were more payment gateway arent linked with online shopping, food, payment of bill etc. As you can check in the wallet for electricity bill payment it has only north side EC board division not all division are inculded.

These Jio ppl say, trying india digital revolution. If they give such kind of service they will never make they dream about india. I work for RJio were customers are facing net issue and calls but soon after it will be resolved.

So friends, If RJio says we have that we have this in our app especially Jio Money app plz dont try it. For a proof if you guys login in and check in offers in food option it show food panda redeem code but cannot be use and even there is no option of jio money payment. Freaky little Morons these Jio ppl. Even I tried Bank transfer option it doesnt work at all to any bank.

I recommend you guys to use paytm or Citrus wallet.

One more suggest about paytm. bank transfer, they charge 4% but Citrus cash wallet guys they wont charge.????
