JoiMart is the worst service I have ever seen. They are not even properly responding to the customers. Please don't buy if you want mental peace. I have ordered groceries on 20/July and they are supposed to deliver it on 23/July but still I am waiting for my items and God's grace today it is 29/July. And another good thing with the App is, you can't cancel the order, if once it is under process. Waste JoiMart.

I had placed an order on 20th July while making the payment it was showing delivery in two days which meant my ordered should have got delivered on 22nd July, its been 8 days however absolutely no update of my order. it’s so unprofessional no email / SMS on change of delivery dates not being sent. every time need to go to app & check for delivery. App doesn't allow to cancel my order.
No way with so poor customer service, this can ever work. WhatsApp number is Bot based which has fixed questions which is good for nothing it doesn’t help, the helpline number is answered after 10 rings and the lady first reply "bolo “as If calling any government clerk. She put me on hold for 9 minutes and disconnects the call, is it some fraud company being run. No one revert for email .. cheaters
Jio mart is a good E-Commerce site. It also provide products at reasonable rate but the thing is that the customer support of this E-Commerce site is not up to Mark and delivery timing is also not good but due to its an Indian brand I like it.Except above disadvantage it provide original goods and services at reasonable price.You can definitely go for jio Mart if you have time and if you believe on this Indian E-Commerce site. The website from which jio mart runs is quite good it's a reliable. I have ordered some product that are quite good and original.

I refer to my order no 15955695799025038W dated 24th July which was delivered yesterday but we have not received 6 nos of Kingfisher Radler along with it.
I am trying to raise complaints on customer care number but not body is picking the phone. Also there customer care emails are bouncing back.
I don't understand that to whom we have to complaint.

I have ordered few items.. But I have received partial products. If jio mart doesn't have such products, they should have trigger me out of stock.. They have initiated refund and it takes 10 working days.. What the hell?? When I tried calling customer care, it is never connecting. Always responding back with invalid input.. Worst exp with jio mart..
3 times my delivery date changed by jio team still I am unable to get my order. Worst service experience in my life like jio... poor customer service ..ringing only....
Worst experience.. Order declined even after payment credit. Contacted customer care but nobody responds, mails are also unresponsive. Prepaid orders are cancelled for no reason, vegetables are sent rotten. Never expected this from Reliance. Would never shop at jio mart nor recommend anyone.
I had Ordered Grocery from JioMart on July 22, 2020. Delivery date was July 25, 2020, however, they have delivered the order on July 24, 2020. However, status of delivery is yet to be updated and today on July 25, 2020 delivery status is 'Under Process'. In r/o items I had ordered, some items were missing in the packet, one dairy product received punctured and Nandini Cow Ghee packet was tempered. Further, on the packet of Nandini Pure Cow Ghee, what had been written is Nandini Pure Ghee and same is different from App discription. There Customer Service including their App is worst. I have have been writing to them since yesterday but they have done nothing. I will never purchase anything in future from JioMart.
My JIOMART order 15945321559090753M is not delivered but the status shows delivered for 3 days. I tried to contact customer care multiple times even sent multiple emails but no response from them

There is no one to attend on your mentioned customer service no., your Whatsapp service is good for nothing- I'm not able to cancel/refund.

I have excited about the launch launch of jio mart. But everything dissapointed me on the first order.. i ordered but no goods recieved yet
JioMart is cheating customers.
Here are my details.
Ordered online on July 16th. paid using the card.
email confirmation says
"Your order 15949099549055697W is booked in JioMart".
not delivered yet.
Called several times, they never gave the reason for the delay.
Orally promised that "issue will be resolved very soon".
email is sent to me with the following text
"As we can check here the concern has resolved".
JioMart is cheating me.
I think, a few of us need to form a group and sue the JioMart so that they will not cheat others.
It would be easier to court to understand JioMART if we join hands.
Let us solve this problem together.

Always loaded with cheap sorry lines. I would recommend dmart is much better when it comes to service or support.
My frustration :
So far I made 4 orders from Jio Mart.
In all the orders they have missed items. Hats off to team. Initially I thought delivery boy is stealing but later shitty support confirmed it was a miss.
On my last order I got pissed becauseI ordered for 2 Saffola of 5litres with 1 litre free.
Idiots royally missed 1 litre freebie with both Saffola. I did request those idiots to take your undelivered items back but sadly no response.
Bottom line : they always miss items and support suks. Rating wise -5 out of 5.
This is the worst experience i have faced from a brand new online company that thinks customers don't have any other better options to buy goods and they can fool customers.
They supply the worst possible goods, in the worst condition possible. They don't care even if the product is crushed / completely destroyed by the time it reaches the customer. When you call the customer service number, they don't have any idea of what is going on and the only resolution they have is "please wait, the concerned team will get back to you", and this call never comes.
I am writing this review after my frustrating experience with JIOMart. 1st order 15944572489024582W worth 2466 rs was returned by me after reading the review online. Had contacted the delivery guy Narayan and gave him the OTP to cancel the order.But here is the twist, after returning all items, refund amount shows rs 29 which was balance to be paid in cash as rest was paid via sodexo. So now start the chase, called support multiple times and when inquired about refund suddenly they cut the call. With many tries I was able to lodge a complaint - 0022681744 and was assured by support the whole amount will be refunded. Now it was time for another suprise, next day I called for followup on complaint and support said there is technical issue due to which they were unable to forward the complaint. Till date I have written many emails and made many call but all in vein. So Guys please refrain from any orders to JIOMart which will loot your hard earned money.
Second order 15945691719311983W worth Rs 976 which was placed simultaneously with my first order was declined but no refund till date. They have just remove it my order history as well.
Pathetic Support, at least hire a team to reply to emails. So if u r too rich and want to loose some weight from your wallet order on jiomart. If u order on JIOMart just forget about your money it is gone for sure.
I would suggest you all, not to use Jio mart. They knowingly send damaged items and their customer support is worst. I had really worst experience with them. They will send damaged items , then wont reply your mails.
I Placed an order for Groceries on 27/06/2020 with JioMart through their mobile application and paid the entire bill upfront. The Delivery was Scheduled on 29/06/2020. However, I did not receive delivery on 29/06/2020 and their app showed delivery on 29/06/2020. On complaining with their customer care they said that there is issue with their software and goods once invoiced show as delivered even when they are actually not delivered. They said to wait for few days for delivery. I followed up with them upto 04.07.2020 for delivery of my order but there was no proper response to which I requested them to cancel my order and refund the entire money to my account. Post 04.07.2020 I have been continuously following up with them for my refund but there is no proper response. They do not respond to emails, tweets, calls.
Worst experience buying on jiomart. They are looting people in the name of discounts. I have placed an online order # 15945397369148643M on 12th July 2020 and paid via my credit card for an amount of Rs.1600.29. There was no delivery yet till today. Now that I don't even see my order in my account, God knows what happened to my order neither there was any refund of my money. When I called the customer care, they say that there's no such order in my account. Now I am thinking of taking legal action on this company for cheating, defrauding and criminal breach of agreement by jiomart
Reliance has always being know as a cheater company and tehy poved it again.
I ordered recently grocery from them. They sent half of the products and that too worst quality.
Their customer care is horrible have some nonsense chatbot. you will never get any ansewer.
