Jindal Stainless Ltd 

Jindal group is one of the main industries in india. But the environment in the company is not good. I have worked here for the few time.

The behaviour of the seniors towards the jouniors is not good.

They transfer thier work to thier juniors. The career growth in the company is very less. I had not seen anyone getting promotion in the company due to I had to quit the job. The salary and the perks offered to employees is very much low. the customer service is also very bad. Overall it is not a nice place to work. I am giving two out of the five stars to it.

Because of their attribute and attitude to the employees. They only need work like servant according to my experince. They never pay your salary in time.So I leave this as early as possible

I like to thanks my elders who encourage to face the interview with jindna. I recently joined the jindal stainless limited as a officer.

The work culture is very differ from another comp. My one of the dream comes true when I joined a manufacturing plant. From my joining till date I think this is one of the best field in the world where I can gain more knowledge about any thing.
