Jaquar Water Heater

I purchased a 10 litre Jaguar water heater and found no wall mounting accessories provided. When contacted customer care I was asked to speak to a SENIOR. The senior was totally incompetent and hopelessly poor in providing any information. It's a bad experience and would warn customers to avoid such equipment if you have to deal with absolutely pathetic services.

Yesterday bought jaguar gyser and today called customer care. But way of talking of customer care executive was horrible... itni akad ke sath badatmiji se baat ki aur turant phone cut kar diya. Galti ki ye product le k.

Horrible installation practice. Company just gives you a dabba. without cable without 3 pin and has the odesity to ask for good feedback

and more over says that since you put in your cable and pin so warranty stands cancel

We are using Jaquar geysers and it is giving problems regularly.

In last 3 months during peak winters, we could only use it for less than 15 days.

I again registered complaint under ref no. 00133255 on Jan 29, 2022, but the fault has not been fixed yet. I am getting false timeline from their customer support team and no reply to the emails sent to them.

No doubt this has been my worst experience dealing with any organisations customer service team.

We do pay a premium to buy Jaquar products, but I am sure a local non branded manufacturer will take customer complaints more seriously

We have bought a water heater from the Jaquar in January'4, 2020.

The heater is not working, and every part of the machine including the cable also repaired. However it is in the warranty period, They are not ready to replace or repair, and asked for money to replace the parts.

My sincere advice is please don't buy a water heater from the jaquar brand. Instead of this brand, you can buy local products.

This brand is wasteful and horrible. Vendors also sell the product by telling lies.

Don't trust this brand. The normal, cheap brand is better than this brand.

Select one start also waste to this product but, without selecting I am not able to write a review.

Do not buy stuff of this brand. They do not listen, their engineers are unprofessional & do not value customer's time. The customer care number they have provided, do not work most the times and even if you are connected by any chance, there's no grantee that your issue will be solved or you'll get any help soon.

I waited for 3 days after registering 1st complaint(complaint/req. no. 00958602) and then again got another one registered(complaint/req. no. 00971464). This is just pathetic. It's been more then 10 days already still no Engineer visited.

Local brand appliances service centers give better service than Jaquar.

They maybe one of the best in sanitary ware but never buy electric items . They have absolutely no service and no idea about warranty or customer service. Within 2 yrs water heater is down and even making mire than 20 calls the local service ppl don't come.
