Food & presentation

Me & my friend had ordered hakka noodles & chilly chicken. The food presented was in an ordinary utensils & there was no proper garnishing. The amount of food served was more than our comsuming capability as a result much of the food was wasted but we paid for the wasted food also. The food was not that tasty but was ordinary.

Ambience

Ambience is something I felt very stuffy though there were not many people. The lighting decoration is old fashioned. Tables & chairs were also old fashioned & heavy.

Customer service

The waiters there are shabby looking & made us feel like we have come into any local hotel. They didnt had any particular uniform everyone is wearing different clothes. The lacked discipline. The other waiter who was not serving us behaved with us rudely as we asked him ssomething.

Value for maney

The food was not of that quality for that price tag. The interior & staff behaviour needs improvement. It is not value for money.

It was an awsome day when me and my office friend went dowm to jaisalmer, my trainer who had booked the restaurant for 8 people, and yes the food which we had, that was value for money, cost was also regionable, eevenjoyed tge afternoon alot and the best psrt is its situated in a very location and the infrastructure was awsome, the waiters were very helpful, big LCD tv was there at every movement of ur nack.we enjoyed alot there hope I personally visit along with my family again

We were looking for a venue for office lunch for 50 people. Jaisalmer is located on the 1st floor of Globysn building , Sector 5 Saltlake.

We had booked the place for 50 people by calling the manager. The person was very polite and cordial. He alao gave us corporate discount. He mailed us the lunch buffet menu.

We had a separate area reserved for us exclusively. The restaurant is very spacious and ambience and decor is noteworthy.

The service is also good.The buffet items were fresh and delicious.The main course was also tasty along with the starters. Babycorn noodles and manchurian I loved the most. The price is also very reasonable. It cost only 500 for buffet.

I went to this restaurant with my husband last weekend And I must say it was worth a visit.I am glad that I visited this restaurant.This restaurant provided a great outside view and you will feel really good.

We felt very good just after entering there.It feels like we are in a royal place. Ambiance is very very good.Coming to the food, we opted for buffet lunch.

Quality of all the food were very good but more option should be there in desert section.There were very less option in desert.Also they could give better welcome drink.

Staffs are friendly and co-operative.Once we asked to replace some item and as per our request they replace that item with the item we ordered without any argument.The overall experience was good as it made our day. Will try to visit again in future.
