Hi guyz. Am aman . I am the student of jai prakash university for graduation batch. session ( 2013-16) roll no. 14011374 reg no. 11100014011374. But the university has not cleared our result. After 5 years we are still in b.com part 3. This become worst with next batch ( 2014-2017) they are still in part 2. Jpu is destroying our life . We lost our very usuful 5 years for a graduation. this is worst university in bihar. The education system is worst ever . A single class I have not study in my college ( Rajendra College Chapra) . IMY no one should take admission in this university. there are IGNOU and NOU universities also available in chapra so you should take admission in that.

This university was established in 1990 with aim to give better education to the student.

University has affliation approx 70 colleges in which more than 2 lacks students get enrolled every year.

It provides education in following stream:-

1.Science

1. Social Science

   
   




2. Commerce

   
   




3. Humanities

   
   




4. Several professional courses also.

   
   

The university session was running on time before 2013 session.

But this time university is spoiling carrier of the students.

Graduation Students of Session 2013 waiting for the final year exam.

No registration number alloted for 2014 , 2015, 2016 & 2017 enrolled students.

All students of this year waiting for their first year examination.

All students dream to be achieve thier goal after graduation but this university playong with the carrier of the students.

This is one of the worst university in Bihar.

I have studied just one year in this university, because according to other university Jaipraksh university is a mug up university, in this universities are providing test book are very late and the teachers are making their own notes and compelling students to take xerox of that notes and making to mug up that portions.

Going to take admissions never take based this universities because this university is without any donations and fees we get admissions and and original mark sheets not given for finishing college and now a days engineering is good money earning business. so the institute with various purpose like infrastructure and development and academic activity, so friends think and join the good university, this is not good.

I would like to share my experience with you. This review is On behalf of all SETI engineers [2006-2010 batch]. we did our B.Tech from Jai prakash University, Chapra [JPU] during 2006-2010.we got all the original mark sheets from first year to fourth year. But we still did not receive our original degree certificate. We have already paid the original certificate fee to the university. After posting the RTI, we were told by the examination controller that it would take around one month to get the all b.tech degree. We all the engineers are suffering, as we are working in India and abroad now facing a lot of problems since we don't have my B.Tech degree. Our career are in trouble because of this.When we called the university authorities, the concerned person said he is not sure when we will going to get our degree.Further, we called them many times but we are not getting any response from any side. It has been more than 4 years since we completed our engineering and still we are not able to get our degree certificate. Its our modesty request to look into the matter. Thank you. Jai prakash university is a ugc approved university but I wonder why do ugc gives approval to such kind of universities where education is just a word to utter and it has to do nothing with the university.

The university campus and infrastructure in pathetic , the staff and teachers are not there in time and it seems that this university is just for name of university , it has no such facilities which a university should have , even the basic facility is also not available here.

Academic programme is just a word here and nobody working here has to do with the academic programme . The classes are never taken by the professor and they even dont care for the future of the students.

Administration here is a big zero , they don't even know what is going in the college , only the exams are taken here and nothing more is done to enrich the bright future of the students.

Extracurricular activity is a strange word for this place and the administration . They don't even do the basic activity that should be done in the university so how will they do the extracurricular activity.

People don't want to study here and they move to different city for good education.

It's a shame for the education criteria and making a big hole in the education policy .

My sister is reading in this university. he was passed intermediate in july- 2014 and   join this university for the course of B.A. and her B.A part exam was held in last month.

This university make fool to the student and destroy his future. it's administration facility is very poor and college percentage is only about 35%. no-one want to enter this type of university.

I visited Jai Prakash University this February and didn't have a good experience during my visit. Administrative staff members were polite and gave a good account of there admission process. It is very easy to get into this university as the admission process is that strict.

The infrastructure was well below par and the rooms and labs were moderate in size. I met some of the faculty members and found they lacked the required expertise in teaching in an university.

Their academic programs consists of b.a, b.sc, b.com degrees in graduation to m.a, m.sc to ph.d degrees in post graduation.

The university didn't encourage students much in extra curricular activities like sports or performing arts neither conduct any seminars or internship programs to give practical knowledge to their students.

Because of this they didn't have good placement record and the employers does not give much value to their degrees.

I also tried to contact some of their alumni members but they didn't respond to my queries.

My friend is doing his graduation from Jai prakash university and according to him the infrastructure of university is average and university is not having well qualified faculties and their are fresher students who are teaching the student.Univesity didn't conduct any cultural programs and seminars.They did not provide any industrial training and Intership to the students but it is essential for students because it gives practical knowledge.The placement record of the university is less than 30% because only two or three company visit the campus for palcement.
