Product quality was great no cheap material used worth the money .They need to update website when things cannot be shipped international or are out of stock .Even though I had that situation they were extremely cooperative almost three people gave me updates and were concerned .I got my money back immediately when out of stock and delivery was done perfect .Customer service deserves 5 stars .Please update website

I have placed 2 dress materials as of today. Both are the best products, quality and colour wise. They are giving what they are preaching. Their packing is very thoughtful, using newspaper and Notebook pages boxes etc. They always give a small gift which is again unique and super cute. I received my order of two shawls in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the order was filled and dispatched. The shawls are beautiful. I adored the packaging and the little hand written thank you note on hand made paper with a surprise gift.

I would order from them again.

I've been buying things from itokri for several years now. And I can say that it has onyl gotten better with time. I'm in love with itokri's collections. You can't buy all of them but you can feast them with your eyes. I see behind the products the priceless crafts and creativity of our desi weavers. As always, my suggestions will be to give them their due: both in terms of remuneration and credit.

The second thing I like about Itokri is their paper box packing. Wish all businesses followed it to do away with plastic pollutants.

The last but not the least is their letter along with a little gift inside every packet which not just bring a smile on your face, but also a great art of befriending customers.

My experience with iTokri has been nothing but awesome. Not only are their products amazing and genuine, what I liked the most is their Customer Service, unlike other ecommerce sites.

If u have any problem u can connect with them. In fact, I was most impressed with one Ms.Upasana who calls and checks on our issue and ensures that it's resolved positively. Their packing is also eco friendly, i.e. packed in cardboard boxes n wrapped with newspaper. Plus they give a personal touch by sending a handwritten note with lovely quotes.

I'm totally satisfied and will recommend them to all my friends. Keep up the good work iTokri??

ITokri provides the option for buying gift card, that is good thing and very convenient also.

But the gift card voucher code took long time to arrive on my mail box . Customer care immediately helped me and sent the voucher code so I was happy with that.
