ITC Hotel Windsor Sheraton & Towers, Bangalore

Yes indeed its a five star hotel and it all the facilities over here is top class.

Room Quality - Excellent.

Guest Services - Excellent.

Food - Wait I need to speak about this one. I really dont understand why the food over here tastes bad.

I have couple of experience of having food in this hotel but all the time I have the same bad experience. It neither tastes well nor you feel like eating it even when you are extremely hungry. The worst part is the Sunday Brunch.

Not even one starter cooked in the sunday brunch was cooked. The food looks good but when you put it in the mouth you dont feel the same. Paneer dish especially .I mean the Paneer starter was so bad that not only I even my wife felt like puking after putting it in the mouth. Something is wrong overhere guys, I celebrated the New Year's Eve in this hotel and again when it comes to food they have very bad preparation.

Ambience - It has one of the finest ambience.

Value for money - 100% value for money when it comes to Room Quality, Guest Services, Ambience.but when it comes to food .nope its not the value for money at all.

Absolutely luxurious

Location of the ITC Windsor is very calming even though it's in the middle of Bangalore city. Extremely quiet, peaceful & luxurious. The food at all the restaurants was awesome. They had a huge spread of complementary breakfast. The staff was extremely cordial & warm. The food is very good and made like Home the staff is very Good and responsible I like this Restaurant is because I like food and cleaness.

ITC Windsor Manor has gone to the dogs.

The restaurants are overpriced, substandard and a potential health hazard. Royal Afghan is infested with bandicoots and we witnessed a bunch of waiters chase one into the swimming pool where it drowned and sank to the bottom.

The staff are unprofessional. The senior management lack the sagacity to manage operations and are among the least suave I've come across by 5-star standards.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks back and was left thoroughly impressed. I happened to be at the hotel on the world environment day and I have to say I have never seen such high levels of commitment towards protecting the environment at a hotel. There were wonderful little touches of green , right from the food they served which the chef told me is sourced locally to the eco friendly toiletries. They even distributed saplings of "Tulsi" to all their guests that day .

I would highly recommend this hotel highly not just for the fact that they are environmentally conscious but for the excellent hospitality they extend to all their guests.
