I, would rate this trip as very poorly organised, with immature planning and experience and not worthy to the package price. I have tried to book the package keeping in mind if all required are at place, also only after consulting your office at Mumbai and the assurance was not worth. From beginning I always knew if train tickets availability permitted would have arranged the best for my parents who actually traveled with you on 26/04/2013 and would have accompanied them, but we all know the IRCTC booking fate and the hell Agent structure! So no option left but had to book a trip with you, for many this is once is a Lifetime..
Below could be the some the major you have definitely failed to match any class.
1) As the coach was the very last coach chained with the main train, the food and other snacks vendors didn't reach up to that. Now you would coming up saying in package its clearly written there is no onboard food facility, but I need to understand, why don't you include that as well with your package, so in that case the senior citizens like my parents and many other (I would assume at least and more than 50, 60% of the pilgrims) do not need to run and to look/wait if by any chance they can buy some food from different station platforms. Its not a very hard achievable thing for IRCTC to arrange pre packed food to be supplied on board(I am not saying free of cost within the current package value), when they can arrange food for the rest of train!!
2) Instead of 2 Dinner and 1 Breakfast as mentioned in the package, in reality it was a late lunch the day for everyone reached there, and a again a late lunch without breakfast next day after the Darshan was done. Because to hell with there was a sudden change in plan to take a 'CHANCE' to get the Darshan that first evening/night itself which eventually was not achieved. I do not believe it has a much success rate over this plan, and so as expected the whole night it was a mere Waiting time for morning near to the temple in some open hall. The package took money for stay overnight in AC Hotel Room, which was provided but couldn't be used much for a sound sleep as obviously with the change in plan, it went so worst that there was no point in coming back at around 9, 10 pm first night to Hotel and again going back early next morning, but does it all stand all on just a 'CHANCE' or 'ASSUMPTION' may be at times it goes successful like very few of earlier weeks !! In short with all long this overnight waiting time effectively it took 10, 12 hours unnecessary waiting, which ruined the next day plans as people were real exhausted, and it took a toll on their health. Lastly next day programs so obviously had to finish all in hurry, and what happened as the last worst resort was to reach for return train and get boarded without dinner. 3) Even during the Darshan, there should be much more options of availing tickets of higher denomination. I know critics would come saying there is no rich, poor for Darshans, but its not like there is not such provisions there, there is already setup/provisions for years now! This is not because of who can afford will buy and complete the Darshan quickly but if someone is not good in health to wait for so long, and if this can be done in more smoother way is definitely going to help and encourage tourists for future. 4) The Supervisor must need to be more swift, cunning and expert in quick 'WISE' decision making, he should know and be experienced of tackling of scenarios to arrange, loop whole and the way outs. I am fully aware about the number of people visiting Tirupati every day in Lacs, also I am definitely and truly against availing and arranging any kind of treatment/facility with 'JUGAD'/BRIBE/ Arrangements for short team goals by paying extra monetary to if any Local/Unorganised groups' but trip arrangers should be more vigilant, alert about arranging and taking care of the passengers in highest realistic way. P.S: Trip Supervisor M.P. Sharma was a very polite gentle and helping human being but unfortunately he alone can be blammed, mere not at all he should be. Rather its entirely the management sitting in AC halls. Was the tour operator helpful: Yes strongly within his scope
Knowledge of Tour Guides: Not upto the mark, as we believe he is not much familiar on overall way-in/exits of the temple

Overall Arrangement: Very Poor,
Food Quality: Ok when so was it was possible to get some!
I definitely needed an explanation within 15 days time to compensate me in any format they think wise and in any proportion, but post the trip my parents are not keeping well, has taken a huge toll on their health. So waiting for 15 days now as their complain shows Under Investigation bla bla...
