Employees are rude, No Technical skills, Gossip mongers are available inside the company in huge numbers!
Environment inside office is more like Fish Market!
One Golden Rule to Read Between the Lines is: YOUR MARITAL STATUS HAS TO BE MANDATORILY UNMARRIED or MARRIED to work in this Organisation. If you're a divorced person, or widowed/widower/widow then you cannot work in IQVIA. This is not clearly announced as it will "sound inhuman", but soon as they get to know your marital status they start hatching plans to terminate you! In fact they start torturing and fighting with you if your marital status is Divorced or Widowed! Very strange and Inhuman.
HR doesn't follow policy, rather believes in Dominating and threatening employees.
Managers are totally worthless, their communication skills are extremely poor!
No good leadership, no proper planning, employees are over worked and under paid.
There's no freedom of speech for employees less than managerial positions! Managers and directors blabber stuff which are neither motivating, nor sensible. They keep talking about their personal lives in Official events. They should know where to draw the lines.
Do not expect growth in career here, salary much less than market standards, work pressure will disbalance the equilibrium between personal and professional life!
If they decide to terminate an employee, thats it. They do it in unethical ways, in short do not expect courtesy, generosity and good manners from the Managers or HRs in any scenario at all. They are of course not supposed to be friends, but not supposed to be monsters either, no matter how good the employee is, they will still terminate and make it known inside the ORG that the employee was terminated! On top they claim to be "employee friendly" and have "non retaliation policy"! All just fake words and marketing gimmick , they literally perform defamation of employees during PIP and termination process!

They do lot of show off, events, food feasts etc but no money to pay employees, also company seems to be in debt in 2024, hence quietly firing employees by blaming performance!
