Employees are rude, No Technical skills, Gossip mongers are available inside the company in huge numbers!


Environment inside office is more like Fish Market!


One Golden Rule to Read Between the Lines is: YOUR MARITAL STATUS HAS TO BE MANDATORILY UNMARRIED or MARRIED to work in this Organisation. If you're a divorced person, or widowed/widower/widow then you cannot work in IQVIA. This is not clearly announced as it will "sound inhuman", but soon as they get to know your marital status they start hatching plans to terminate you! In fact they start torturing and fighting with you if your marital status is Divorced or Widowed! Very strange and Inhuman.


HR doesn't follow policy, rather believes in Dominating and threatening employees.


Managers are totally worthless, their communication skills are extremely poor!


No good leadership, no proper planning, employees are over worked and under paid.


There's no freedom of speech for employees less than managerial positions! Managers and directors blabber stuff which are neither motivating, nor sensible. They keep talking about their personal lives in Official events. They should know where to draw the lines.


Do not expect growth in career here, salary much less than market standards, work pressure will disbalance the equilibrium between personal and professional life!


If they decide to terminate an employee, thats it. They do it in unethical ways, in short do not expect courtesy, generosity and good manners from the Managers or HRs in any scenario at all. They are of course not supposed to be friends, but not supposed to be monsters either, no matter how good the employee is, they will still terminate and make it known inside the ORG that the employee was terminated! On top they claim to be "employee friendly" and have "non retaliation policy"! All just fake words and marketing gimmick , they literally perform defamation of employees during PIP and termination process!


Join this company at your own risk!


They do lot of show off, events, food feasts etc but no money to pay employees, also company seems to be in debt in 2024, hence quietly firing employees by blaming performance!

Nice place for something learn new and good salary. Staff of organization is supportive as well as cooperative.

Poor Company with unethical practise.

Company of Unethical practices. Does not provide any comp-off for weekend work to Indian IT support, even though law says it. If you ask for weekend work comp-off they will ask you to write a summary of daily work that is being done along with timing . If you reach HR they will refrain from writing anything. They will not help you, they will supress you.


Monika HR , VP Animesh , Director Shampa , and Arumugam Gnana . Be cautious they work together to lower support cost , hence they do not believe in providing comp-off for off hour work.


All in management is fully aware about this, but money matters.


Do not expect any kind of justice in Iqvia, they are trained to handle complaints. They will speak sweetly when you complaint them of unlawful activity. But they will not write any MOM so that you have an evidence of their wrong.


I left Iqvia and reported all unlawful activity it was doing. But Money Matters. Yes Iqvia saving thousands of dollar every month by not providing any comp-off to weekend.


No job security. Very opaque processes.


Take time...else..more to regret..

Hardly any pros that can be highlighted. You can be ensured of a traumatic experience. Unprofessional and hostile work environment.


Must say " Learn to be polite with peers and do share the required knowledge which can help team members to meet the dead lines".


Bad Interview Process

Went for an interview with IQVIA, interview was good all rounds got cleared, HR asked to send documents and informed offer letter will be provided soon, waited for almost 2 weeks and then suddenly they inform interview didn't get cleared.


Advice don't stop giving interviews after you are done with IQVIA as they make fake promise of offer letter but they will keep trying to get less expensive candidate and will keep you as backup.
