I purchased this Smartwatch 1 year back and I purchased it in Amazon at Rs 3800 but now currently the price is Rs 4500. The box contains a watch, USB charger, Charging dock, Earphones and User Manual. The android version of the Smartwatch is kitkat ie. 4.4 and there is no update available till now. The battery life of this Smartwatch is very poor. If I charge it by 8 am and it will be over by 1 pm. This is a worst battery life I have seen in a smartwatch. The earphones that are provided with the watch are worst. The quality is worst, the sound is worst and the battery is also worst. The Smartwatch also comes with a 5MP camera and it can also record upto 720p which is a quite good for the price point. I recommend you guys not to purchase this Smartwatch instead of this you can buy the noise Smartwatch which is also placed at a same price.

With the release of Spectre just a week away, we can’t help being bitten by the James Bond bug. Dick Tracy might have been the first to speak into a watch but James Bond has worn some badass watches over the years. While all of that looks cool on screen imagine being James Bond for a day and straddling all those gadgets, remembering what button to hit and when. Smartwatches are yet to answer that burning question – complementary device to the smartphone or a replacement. Logic might point towards a second screen or complementary device but quite a few brands like Intex have chosen standalone devices. The iRist is virtually a smartphone on your wrist but does it have enough to be your ‘go to’ wearable?

It’s never easy being an early adopter; you will vouch for that if you tried using a Windows Phone in the aughts and tried poking your way around a word document with a stylus. That’s the first thought that struck me when I tried typing a text on the iRist. While Android wearables have switched to Android Wear, the iRist attempts to cram the smartphone version into a 1.56-inch screen. Yes, no kidding. We’ll say this though; the iRist is a good-looking device. The build quality is premium and there’s a choice of three colours including a lively orange. Unfortunately the straps are not replaceable; this is because a GPS sensor and speaker are embedded in the strap. At 83g its certainly not feather light but should work if you’re used to wearing large-faced fashion watches.

There are two buttons on the right spine of the device – power and a back key, with the camera in the centre. A micro SIM slot is located on the left spine. The 1.56-inch display (240x240 at 218 ppi) is quite vibrant and offers decent visibility under direct sunlight. The device is powered by a Mediatek (MT 6572) dual-core 1.2 GHz processor coupled with 512 MB of RAM. It’s enough firepower for a device this size. We put the iRist through our routine benchmark tests – the device clocked 11283 on the AnTuTu benchmark test and an equally modest 1115 on PCMark.With a micro-SIM slot, the iRist can double up as your phone just like the Samsung Gear S. The slot is conveniently located but the low speaker volume makes it tough for you to play Dick Tracy. Intex bundles a cool Bluetooth stereo headset in the box, allowing you to use it for calls or to plug into to your music playlist at the gym or during a run. While calls are ‘doable’, trying to type texts on the tiny screen is near impossible and frustrating especially if you have stubby fingers. The screen is too tiny for videos, as for low-intense gaming it’s tough to read small text or spot control buttons on the screen. I managed some success with Temple Run though!

There’s 4GB of onboard memory (of which about 1.3GB is usable). There’s a micro SD slot that can accommodate cards up to 32GB but it involves unscrewing the back of the watch – quite an arduous task. The 5MP camera is the kind of stuff that James Bond might approve of – better suited for sneaky pictures than serious photography (no, we're not giving you any ideas here). The iRist runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat), Intex has modified the home screen with larger icons making it a tad easier to navigate. Intex has also added a few custom elements like a step counter and a Voice Assistant. We were not overly impressed with the Voice Assistant, you’re better off with Google Now (also available on the iRist). The iRist is not fully kitted on the wellness front – no heart rate monitor or sleep tracking. There’s one small workaround though; you can install the Google Fit app to track calorie burns and map your runs or rides using the inbuilt GPS.

Battery life has been one of the big gripes about smartwatches. The 600mAh battery on the iRist is a study in contrast. It lasted just a day with the SIM card but it kept going for almost three days when was used without it. While the device is programmed as a standalone device, you can sync up with your smartphone through Intex’s proprietary iConnect app, that mirrors some of your smartphone’s functions; it’s not that intuitive though. We also like how the device offers Wi-Fi Connectivity allowing you to stay connected without depending on a 3G SIM Card.

This watch is very good for any common smart watch lover. It gave more extra features than others. This watch come with 5 mega pixel camera.Camera quality of This watch is average and photos are look good but when we zoom photos. The pixels got broken. Battery backup of this watch is amazing.it comes with 600 mah battery. Design is good but would be better. It comes with oled display, wifi, and 4 gb internal storage and 512 mb ram. It has some sensors like accelerometer, gyro, and compass. Good watch for anyone and value for money.

I am using this watch last 10 days.The intex lrist is not one Of the most stunning Looking smartwatch but if you want avrage look then it is better. waych powered By Media tek chip Is compatible with android 4.4 or higher.The UI is clean and find and navigate very easy.The tauch screen response is not very great and you feel sametime lag. The watch offer many Features.in my view the best feature is Watch moniters your sleeping pattern.The pedometer worls very fine and smoothly counting only that steps that take and not including hand movement.you can also look at the estimated number of calorise you burned. Watch has dual core prossesor and 1.3gb storege. Watch juge your sleep Quality.Watch come with 600 mah battery is seen not good.I not use sleep monitor and pidometer then I charge watch in 1time in two days. wich is still not bad.in my view watch is good.

INTEX IRIST SMARTWATCH- I bought this smartwatch before a year ago. And now it's condition is like a Rs-100 local smartwatch. As the quality of steel is very bad and whole polish had went off.

This smartwatch is very cost effective as it provides with cool smartphone features in a small screen in less price. But it is only in working for one month as after usage of one month this watch starts hanging which frustrates a lot.

The main big problem is that it provides play store in it which is positive point but when running an app being downloaded from store runs with resolution same as of big smartphone which makes the screen of app being cut. Not a proper platform to run android apps.

The very interesting positive point about this watch is that it provides with a camera and a sim inserting place. With which you can make independent calls to anywhere means no use another phone to connect with bluetooth.

The product is AVERAGE for me as it doesn't provide a user friendly interface. The interface is so conjusted, that if you want to open an app than it is the most difficult task to navigate as scrolling of pages can not be properly performed. - SENSITIVE SCREEN

In looks wise the watch is very good with a hard body which provides a great protection for internal hardware. I made this watch fall many times but it had never broken.

The other big problem with this watch is that after a month of usage, the battery drains very fast and the charging speed is very slow from the very first day. The battery drains off in 1-2 hrs.

Intex also provides a wireless earphone with his watch in the package.

It isn't like that you should not buy this watch as the problems being faced by me might not be faced by you(DEPENDS).

Actually I bought this product recently some 8 days ago from flipkart and it came out to be a great product.the build quality is great and the look is prime factor of this product.i have the orange strap which looks very sporty and very stylish on the hand.it comes with android 4.4.2 and works really well.it has a 5mp camera which also works really well.this watch has only one problem which is the battery life which is not so good.

I use this watch for three or four month and I feel the watch performs very good in first month but with spending of time the performance of this smart watch become very lower and it hang many time whenever I touch the screen then it stuck on homepage and it is very irritating as we talk about the look and feel of this watch is good because the stylish very cool and feel very good and if we talk about the watch then I say the watch is not very useful because when you use this watch for first month then you think it's very good watch but after the regular use this watch gives problem and it is most irritating so I think it is not the value for money product because this product lag after sometime so it is not a good choice if you want to buy Smartwatch then you can choose others but dont this so thanks for reading my review guys hope you like my review

I buy this product 15 days before from amazon. The was is looks very cool and beautiful but the downside of this watch is that it's not durable although it have very great features. Intex made his best watch in the market but it not comparable with samsung gear watch and fitbit if you have that kind of budget go for them not intex. Hii friends .This is Soumya, wants to share some experience about this disgusting product. Before 3 months I had bought

this Intex iRist Smartwatch for my younger brother and gifted him in his birthday. I ordered this watch from online shopping site, at first it looks very sexy, so I attracted by this fraud product . After 1 month when the return policy of that shopping site is finished it shows the display problem.And the alarm sound system also get damaged .As it was a new digital watch and having high price of 9, 400 at that time . So, I go through the care and I repair it for 1800 rupees because I lost my 6 month warranty card.Which is more expensive for me. But after one and halve month when it shows same display problem.It is very disappointing to me that I purchased a valueless watch .For that I am felling very unsatisfied.One thing is best that the battery backup is good, And it also have good features for it's users. From my points of view, According to it's value and customer service this disgusting fraud watch is not a user friendly to it's customer.So, I have a request please don't use this watch anymore.THANK YOU.Have a good day.
