I brought latest Inglot lip stick has a lid that just falls off, so when I take it out of my bag, it is either just the top or the bottom I pull out and it is so annoying.I took it in to the counter at malad infinity Mall , shop of beauty product. I ask the staff , she told me to just put some tape on it.what type of answer they give to their customer

She could or would not do anything about it. I would think your products would be guaranteed or have some sort of customer service satisfaction guarantee. Horrible customer service.The girls who work there have an attitude.I will never go back to that shop and buy Inglot lip makeup.
