I was in a labor intensive project and just got moved out of it with one day notice and I believe I got moved out because I spoke up and made manager upset. I don't think I will ever like infy, I was hired for something else and they mapped me with something totally different, (the labor intensive project). Now I don't know if they will find a good project for me or not. Too much politics from people who have too much power.

There was no month that I got my salary in correct time. Just because I did not update my pan card a huge has been deducted from my salaray.

Good place but a lot and lot of stress, managers are not aware of the deadlines and timelines. even though they are 15+ years of exp there is no understanding and logic behind any deadlines. sad

Recent whistlebliwer complaints against the CFO regarding the unethical practises made by its own were not handled properly, even though internal commottie is formed for the investigation investors are loosing confidence.Board should made public about the progress of the invesgation to the investors to regain confidence.Hope SEBI should intervine in this.

Infosys came to our campus in college for placement.

It's cut off was 65%.

My friend didn't have 65%.

But he pretended to have and created fake resume and went to interview and he was selected.

They didn't even do verification check at all.

Infosys is a company that truly values its veterans. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I applied through LinkedIn for my current position as a campus recruiter. They saw that I was older than the other candidates. Despite that, they didn’t discriminate and made me feel valued for what I could bring to the company. They saw that I was trained in different software during my time in the military and wanted to see me grow. I wanted to grow, too. I had offers at five other companies at the time, but I took the one at Infosys because of their commitment to giving back to the community; to helping servicemen and women get back to civilian life.

Infosys one of top word training centre in. mysore all the employees they need to train in this campus. totally word class training center. we will get all the thinks get one campus. They not given option go outside all facilities get there it self. Employees taken care all the management and good hostel facilities. Good hotels in side campus. NICE CAMPUS.

I will tell you my story of 2.7 years with infosys DC . While training you will feel like this is the best company. But they will put you in any technology and don't even consider your talent or marks in any technology. Outside Infosys people says in Infosys you can easily change your technology but this is just a myth. I scored 100% marks in Java but they forced me into mainframes. I will never recommend anyone to join this company.

Currently, Infosys is NOT the right place to work.

Positive:

~

1) Training in Mysore

2) Facilities in all the DC's

3) Great Infrastructure

4) 3.5 hrs is enough for a day(minimum working hours)

Negative:

~

1) Timing(9.15 hrs is mandatory for a quarter even if you are in bench)

2) Very bad rating(Even if u performed well, u have to be close with ur TL\Manager)

3) Very bad hike

4) Most of your pay will gone in the variable part

5) you have no way to choose your stream in training

6) Projects are not too good to learn\survive

7) Managers will keep on giving false promises

8) Very less visibility even you are a good performer as your TL might not project u well during appraisals

It is very good for freshers but getting Job in Infosys is hard beacuse it's need high quality student.infosys is good company for initial growth. If you are an IT guy and want to work for Infosys. I reckon think twice before you do it. In my experience, Infosys is a horrible company to work for. While you enjoy working in diverse technology, but your efforts all go in vain if you are not licking you managers. Its horrible, It like a mafiraaj and people at the bottom position of hierarchy are destined to suffer. In fact, HR has no power and guts to question delivery team. HR department is the big joke for this company. Think you joined, screwed by Managers, hopeless HR. you are just choking yourself.

Think twice, thrice before joining the worst IT company in the whole world.
