Such a mother freaking bank will be IOB, especially Maduravoyal branch. They all don't come to post by merit. Anytime you go your signature will not be captured on their software and ask you to wait for 1 hour and say they won't be able to pay. Staff baskets are goons working there. Accountant is a no.1 goon. Asst manager or manager who sits in the cabin don't know abcd. Such a worst bank, you may experience how government organization works. You will never get single email response.
Whenever login I experience worst . Within 10min so many times logged out automatically. Really these IOB peoples updated or not? Home page itself getting so much time to open. Waste fellows

Very worst bank and worst service every month I'm depositing the salary cheque but they won't clear it , taking too many days to clear it , and irresponsible, if I ask the cheque was still didn't clear means, for that they are telling very chilly reason
This is worst bank I have ever seen in my life. The customer service over there sucks.They have no manners, instead of working they all gossip, for withdrawing cash they need more than a hour, even if the bank is technically empty. They behave rudely especially if they are not the locals over there.
The worst thing is that they don't bother about the servive. I have been trying to access the internet banking since morning the server is down. I contacted customer care several times, they keep saying that everything is fine at their end.
Horrible staff very disappointing not expected this from the bank, I closed all my accounts in that bank, This is from R T Nagar branch-560032, The lady staffs r not having discipline in themselves, they don't know how to speak to the customers?
Iam a IOB bank account holder. So many times in my account has been debited RS.177 .very cheat bank .bleddy idiot frods
The bank has a very bad infrastructure with very rude staff. most of them are tamils who dont even know how to communicate. the bank is utter waste of time with high charges and fees for 3rd class service.
It's very shocking morning I had received that ₹175 rs were debited. I can't accept this because it's most important for me. For what the reason u took.
My account is o balance account. But Today I got message that 117 rs debited for
dcamcc charge. Why this banks were talking peoples money??????
Their server is always down and so you cannot do online/ net payments when you want. I have had the worst net banking experience ever!!!!
Not a responsible service. Bank only works on debiting in terms of service charges. my mobile number was not properly registered instead of informing to the bank manager. Money of 800 has been debited from my account for min balance and service charges without any message. I totally dislike due to their service.

Most of the staff are unaware of the banking operations. My father is a pensioner of IOB and he wanted to take a pension loan. The concerned officer had gone for some inspection, and my father had called the branch where he has his pension accountin the morning and had asked them if the concerned officer will be available. The staff who were available in the branch have given a 10 sheet loan document to be filled & returned to the branch, which includesASSET & LIABILITY Statement, Guarantor's statement. My father is 84 years old and we live in Saligramam & his pension account is in Alwarpet. Nationalised banks will squeeze only people who approach them for small loans. How come the bank is running with such inefficient staff
I had taken jewel loan using my sisters account, when I went to pay partial amount I met assistant manager and said I need to pay partial amount of my jewelry loan, he said pay, this is the answer, as a staff he should say what form needs to be filled, where to pay, what account number to be mentioned in form, he said fill them chellan, I did the same updated the chellan with iob account and informed that I need to pay jewel loan to cashier he said ok, then told me sir, is this a jewel loan u filled your iob account so I deposited amount in your account, again told me to fill another form with jewel account and submitted in another account then that cashier said this is not the form u need to fill, it's a different form, again asked me to get sign from my sister had to go home.iob staffs think customers know all the process that they follow, first of all they need to explain what needs to be done clearly, that's y they are getting paid, if we ask what we do in our job will they be able to answer that's how they need to think about customer and explain clearly. I will never suggest anyone to open account here.
Thank you for the attention paid on the subject I raised . It is well resolved by the manager of the bank .Happywith the service and would like to continue with IOB .
I'm account holder of IOB (2424 Branch). There is always server problem from all locations. In emergency it goes to very problematic situation when I have to add accountor have to transfer money toany UPI Like Google Pay. Even, often transactions got cancelleddue to bank server problem. Also they take too many days to get debit card.
