Hello guys, please dont take any loan from indiabulls. I already take a home loan from them. My loan ac num is HHLART00398888. Got loan of rs 20Lac at roi 8.40%. While I process the documents they offer me 8.35% roi, and when they disburse my first installment they revice my roi to 8.40%. At that time I agreed to them, while take all my loan disburse and when the times comes to starts instalments, they revise my roi to 8.90%. Now it reflect more than 1 lac rs on my total loan. How can I give advice to anyone to take loan from them. They are big cheaters. Now days they are doing same thing, one of my friend also applied for loan and they offer them 8.35% . Now tell me who is right. Company always believe in their profit not for helping people. I advise to all plz take evry loan from hdfc. They serve better then them. I am also going to transfer my loan to hdfc soon. Cheaters indiabulls

The worst ever Financial Service company in Coimbatore. Please do not take any home loan in India bulls.

They will cheat you and ask you for 1. High processing fee, 2. Extra Money for documents and Signature, 3. they will promise you something and give you something, 4. if your house is still not possession then they will ask you to pay only Interest until you get possession, 5. No coordination among their employees, 6. Their Manager will say something and his employees will say something, 7. They will ask you to write a letter to them if you want to pay the pre-emi, 8. then they will miss that letter and say you didnt write the request letter at all and then they will cheat you, 9. after all processing at the end they will ask you take Insurance around 1 lakh rupee and they will also say it is compulsary which is actually not as pr govt noms

It is the worst housing loan ever and you will get a heart attack everytime when you hear something new once after the loan is processed.

DONOT TAKE LOAN in this company

Peoples are very unprofessional, they took 4 month to sanctioned my construction loan and after that there were 3 stages to disburse the amount as of  now I have taken 2 partial disbursement and every time I had to follow up more than 100 times, just few days before I requested them to disbursed my last disbursement amount because my construction stage is more than 85% and the amount pending is 25%,  now I am calling Branch manager and sales executive they dont pick call in one time, Sales manager Arun who told me on call yesterday that he would inform me within 2 minute for my request status and now its been two days and he is not picking my call, feeling very harassed and irritated. Customer care team can not do anything when I call them they told me that go to branch and talk to them. In last 2nd disbursement I had to call them more than 100 times and the took 1.5 month that time I did not have money to spent because I was waiting for the money from bank, I started my home construction as per loan sanction amount but I am not getting amount on time. This is the worst financial services I ever seen.

I have a very bad experience with Indiabulls. They have very worst service, and charging more interest rate. Do not take any loan from Indiabulls. You will get less interest from other band with better service. They will charge on lots of things after you got the loan amount.

I have got loan from Indiabulls to buy a villa at guduvancherry, Chennai.

After getting loan only I came to know it was unapproved land.

It is observed that Builders and Indiabulls are hand in Gloves and jointly cheating the customer.

Indiabulls is actually not housing loan service. It is getting tie up with builders and jointly cheat the customer.

I have written hundreds of mails but now one responded.

worst, poor, pathetic, negligent service.

I plead everyone not become of prey of builder and Indiabulls net.

It is pathetic service by Indiabulls,

They speak with honey coated words and attract the customers after it it is extremely pathetic.

No one will response. .

Grievance cell is only for name sake, you will get only automated reply.

They are in hand in gloves with builders and give approval for unapproved flats and Villas and finally put us in trouble.

they are only to cheat and suck out money from us.

pl don't fall in their trap.

I got loan in less than 5 minutes without any paper work and its credited in 10 minutes in my account and most helpful app, I tried in so many other apps its lot of delay but here in just 5 minutes I got amount in y account thanks a lot India bulls, minimum details they took and they give me loan, so helpful and their customer support is also so help full most genuine app if you need quick loan go for it

I am writing to let you guys know my experience with Indiabulls Financial Service, I have applied for a Personal Loan almost about 20 days back, all the documents have been submitted including the cheque for the full loan amount, however till date nothing is credited to my bank account yet. Their customer service team including managers is below average service, they are people without any knowledge and sense of responsibility, They don't have any updates on the status of my application, all the customer service rep and managers says that they will find out and let me know the status in 2 days, however no good till date

This was my first experience with India Bulls and honestly I am very disappointed with the experience and would not be recommending India Bulls to any of my friends or family member.

They have created two account numbers for me. closed first account.retined second one. I am able generate only tax statement for second account only.sent mails /called customer care . they used delaying tactice . time and money wasted. the tax certificate did not come on time.failed to submit on time. the loss for me not india bulls.

Hey guys, today I am gonna share my review on this big site of financial services, named as Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd, my parents recently told me that they want a new house as my brother is getting married soon and they need a new house for my brother, so my father told me to search for a company to provide loan at a good rate, so I finally met this company on google, and I called them and they didn't replied me on my first attempt as I was shocked by this behaviour of staff and then after trying for 5 minutes an executives recieves my call and said that you will have our personal adviser at you place soon( 2 days) . Today is the 7th day of that call and we are still waiting for their response . this is a bit surprising for me as it is a big brand and this is not expected .

Service & Support: the service is very ordinary as it would have been better as the company name is very big .

Staff Courtesy: the staff was nice as far as kindness is considered but the responsibility is missing from this service .

One of my officials told that his cousin was approached by fraudsters of Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd. company people for a loan amount.Necessary financial documents required were submitted to them by my official's cousin.The company issued a sanction letter and collected processing fee amounting to Rs.20, 000/- and a bankers cheque of Rs.1, 40, 750/- from him.After having taken the processing fees, they are escaped and no proper reply resulted for the mails forwarded to them. Finally, a request was submitted to them by cousin of my official to refund the processing fees paid for not releasing the loan amount.He also gave to the mail grievance cell of the company and the reply was, "The amount paid by you is commitment fees which is not refundable".The cousin of my official filed his case with the police in order to get his money refunded.

Hi, readers of mouthshut a few days ago my father was said that we plan to buy a flat on installment so for this purpose he gives me the responsibility of finding House loan Company. I browse on Google and find out the Indiabulls Company I fill my details for a personal appointment and they said one of my customer representatives contact you within 48 working hours. I am waiting for his\her call no one can revert or call back up-to 5 working days. It is very disappointing for me because such a huge brand and they have a big responsibility to give an answer to the customer but they are not serious about their commitment. I do not recommend anyone of my friend for this housing loan agency. They are not doing their job perfectly, I want to say that you have to take some serious step on this issue.

If you are searching for a financial supporter, read my review on my experience with Indiabulls Financial Services to avoid such traps and don't let the company take the advantage. I wanted a home loan last year as was on to buying my own plot and build a house as per my requirement. I thought that the Indiabulls Financial Services was a good catch but it didn't came out to be good for me. I got attracted towards it because of its comparatively low interest rates buy it harmed me a lot and put me into certain unknown depths. Though I came out of it but it cost me a lot than I had to pay if I had taken a loan from any national bank.

I took a loan for rupees 1 cr. and else every thing I was spending from my pocket. During the time of paying my loan the workers kept spending me back saying either that I have much time to pay the money and they don't have time at the moment or their server is closed and cannot be accessed right now and leaving the check is not safe. After some time when my house was under construction, I got a notice that I a lacking behind in my dates but when I enquired about in the service centre, they sent me back saying that it is probably a mistake by their company and they will check it. They kept on adding my payment and some unwanted and un-described fees.

After a year I recovered from the depths in which the company dipped me in. I will never recommend anyone to use this financial support as this is not kind of a support. All I know is that their employees does false comitment when they have to complete their target.

Hi friends today I am sharing my personal experience in this INDIABULLS FINANCIAL SERVICE.Then I want to make investment in stock market so called to the indiabulls customer care executive that time I was in hurry so I opened my account via reference of indiabulls they charges in 600 rupees are opening account and link my bank account to do transaction.And then the game started too lot.they staff looks to generous actually they are but till the time until bring customer in to trap.They did not tell me any details or charges related to expert advice and at the end of the month when I saw statement of account then they charged or the service.then got to know the further charges like a trading and investment brokerage and slight lower then indiabulls.there after I opened the new broking house to manage and due to high charges and transparancy.So I never support indiabulls.Thank you

Please make sure you take everything in written or in mail when you apply for loan or balance transfer. These people will loot you by saying false commitments and end of the day you will suffer. I just did a balance trasnfer from pnb to indiabulls because I wanted to reduce rate of intrest but after transferring they have simply added some charges and after a fight with customer care I felt of no use. Please never go for indiabulls

THEY ARE REAL FRAUD. THEY CHEATED ME COMPLETELY. THEY DO NOT REFUND THE LOAN PROCESSING FEES EVEN IF THEY FAIL TO PROCESS THE LOAN. THEY HAVE A TEAM OF TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFS WHO DO NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT SANCTIONING LOANS. THEY WILL KEEP ASKING FOR DOCUMENTS AND AFTER A MONTH WILL TELL YOU THAT THE LOAN CANNOT BE DONE. I HAD FULL SET OF DOCUMENTS AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT THE LOAN WILL BE DONE WITHIN A WEEK. BUT THEY DELAYED IT FOR 40 DAYS AND THEN I GOT A CALL FROM THEIR STAFF(ANUJ) WHO SAID " SIR, WE CANNOT SANCTION YOUR LOAN BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY IS 2.8 YRS OLD".I REQUEST PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I GOT THE LOAN SANCTIONED WITHIN A WEEK FROM ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. BEWARE
