It was a really good experience in the IKEA centre,


The staff was very nice.


Also the surroundings were very joyful ??


The children was also given tasks to complete


And you can also be relieved because the children are in good hands and very safe


I would definitely recommend that IKEA is a very nice and peaceful place to relax and enjoy

95% items are unnecessarily expensive. and the que to stand for food is the worst experience anyone can have, the taste is so bland. I don't want to ever visit this place nor recommend to anyone.

Pathetic customer service.. Delayed delivery

Had ordered online Buskbo chair with chair pad on 21 June.Delivery timings are till 9.00 pm, but the delivery person refused to deliver after 7.00 pm and a message was received at 7.30 pm that delivery attempt was made till 9.00 pm, which clearly is a false statement... After follow ups it was delivered on 30 July.


Now return is an issue, on 6th Aug raised return request online. It is stated that post raising a return a call will be made within 24 to 48 hours... No call received, there is no email intimation of return request received. So, again I have to follow up.


This is my last purchase from Ikea, I don't want to experience such pathetic customer service again.

Very bad delivery and customer service

Did not receive all parts of the ordered item , when reported they made us purchase it saying that it was a technical glitch while ordering. Then the delivery was delayed so much , it caused us a lot of inconvenience.

Products are good but online delivery is horrible when I reached out to Ikea they told delivery executive had come my door was locked they are just giving reasons today they told that they will send the delivery executive till now he has not turned up . Don't buy ikea Products because their delivery partner are not reliable

Terrible Terrible staff! It's a joke ikea have invested in staff to watch customer LOL. But no staff near the product if one wants to inquire of any product related questions! If one sees any staff and approach them for help straight away the reply is sorry it's not my section.I don't think I will visit again!!!! Oh ya I was not allowed to take the trolley yo the cash counter dhe made me to pick up a bag and fill itbup then walk to the cashier but but gor my surprise she allowed other people to carry their trolley.... is that how IKEA treats their customer ? Or is it lack of training to your staff??

Excellent product. Pathetic phone customer service. Completely unbecoming of worldwide IKEA standards.


I placed a large order with the help of online remote planning team. The 2 ladies did a fabulous job of assisting me via email to place my order.


the good experience ended there.


on 25th December I got a call from the installation team enquiring about the time of Installation on the 26th. This was surprising as I had not recieved the delivery by then. I was told that the delivery would occur on the 26th.


on 26th there was no sign of the delivery so I called customer care to enquire about the timeline. I was told that there was a glitch and now the delivery would be in the 27th of December and installation on the 28th. A customer service agent, Vengalrao, was nonchalant about the delay and said he would call back but there was no call. I had to call again to get the information.


I asked for the installation to be scheduled on the 29th due to my work schedule which was acknowledged and confirmed however I did say I would try and adjust my work day for a 28th installation.


Half an hour later I managed the reshuffle of my appointments and called customer care for a 28th installation.


27th the delivery was completed however there was no sign of the installation team on 28th neither was there any call from them. When I called customer care I was told it is on the 29th.


lo behold, on 29th yet again no sign of the installation team nor any communique from IKEA regarding the delay.


none on the 30th either. When I called them yet again, I was told that they would take a while and look into it. The CS agent Bhavani, stick to her commitment of a call back and said that there are no slots for the day. Beyond that she had no explanation regarding the missed commitment or the lack of communication.


so I asked to speak with the supervisor. I was patched through to Manohar. His attitude was even more appalling. The actually had the gall to say that such things happen time to time. This is a supervisor actually condoning the lackadaisical attitude of the teams who skip appointments and don’t have the courtesy to communicate with customers. A half baked apology was very apparently not genuine.


The earliest “appointment” is for the 6th of January 2023 as if customers are expected to drop everything and await their arrival. Which, going by current experience, is not even assured as it it happens time to time”


This experience with IKEA customer service leaves me extremely disappointed with a much loved brand and their effort to provide their world renowned service in India.


Wake up IKEA and smell the roses. If you are out sourcing your call centre then the call centre you have chosen is absolutely pathetic.

Rice are like you are eating plastic


Chocolate Cake is like you are eating sugar , local bakery cake is much better


No taste at all


After eating you feel some what

I order table and chair from IKEA. When I tried to install I noticed the table top was damaged. When I raised for replacement. Nobody called me back.


When I sent the photo of chair they said this cannot be replaced.


Things to know how they treat you:




  1. It takes atleast 30 to 40 days for replacement.




  2. They will not refund your money easily think before buying from IKEA. I bought almost 40k items and I feel it would be good if I had bought those items from local store.




  3. Customer care speak rudely and never understand you. They keep saying you will get a call back but nobody calls. Every time you call they keep you on hold for 5mins.

We went on weekend, and it was pretty crowded. They have wide range of products and to check and stroll at every section will take more than 3hours.Its better to plan a day in IKEA, incase you are seriously looking at buying. We felt it was much hyped place, if you are looking at buying slightly affordable stuffs then you have very minimal choice. There are few items kept, which is in Swedish language, and we were not able to understand for what it is used and we could not find staff around to ask. Since it's huge place, you will definitely end up feeling hungry, so you can visit the food court, the spread of food is minimal and was quiet okie, but pretty expensive.We were happy to know that parking was free?? overall it was fun, as we were able to buy few affordable items.

Hi


These people are just money makers and not bothered about their customer. Whatever your purchase amount will be, there is no installation and there is no delivery. Everything will be charged extra for you. About the installation sales person dont even tell single word about it.


Only after delivering the product, if you ask for installation, they will inform you that it will be charged. Product quality and support wise Wakefit is far better than ikea

Review on IKEA Nagasandra Bengaluru. The facility invited all members on 19th June, Sunday before official launch. We visited with excitement and discovered its a complete mismanaged and unlike professional staff in Hyderabad.


1. After we entered the escalator stopped suddenly with jerk and my 3 year old kid fall down with injury. The staff saw and said sorry for the inconvenience caused rather than addressing the electrical fault or flagging the same (although she was holding a walkie-talkie). We shared the concern to address the electrical fix so that other people don't face the same but she was not bothered. Luckily we were moving up, if the escalator would have been stopped whilst moving down it would have been a big accident.


2. We were invited on a particular time slot, but when we checked with other visitors it seems no one followed the time all dropped-in as per their time which created a chaos.


3. Went to the food counter and the supervisor responsible to manage the queue was continuously busy on his cell phone and chatting with another staff. Once entered, the kitchen staff were also slow in serving and wondering how to cater. Few went inside to bring plates and returned after 10 mins by the time there were a long queue lined up.


4. Once we got the seat, looked for a microwave to warm the soup which was been served almost cold, when asked the staff they replied the microwave is not working and to manage with the same soup.


5. When went to coffee m/c the machine went off and no one bothered to address and was directed to another machine. None of the staff responds politely and all were so busy interacting among themself as of its a first job they got.


6. While having food we discovered someone took away the trolley to keep back the plates, went to another staff and asked to share a trolley, and the staff responded in local language asking me to go and stand back into the queue with anger.


7. Went to furniture section to customise the wardrobe, there were 3 staff on table and all struggling with computer. After 15 min of wait to understand one person asked us to come back after 15 more min as the actual counter operator went on break.


8. Improper sinages to exits. When checked with few security folks standing near fire exit as help showing the direction to exit, the security directed us to wrong direction showing entry inside. Finally few like minded other customer with family we came together and figured to exit outside.


9. There is no mobile network found inside so if you leave behind your family member you can't reach them over phone.


The complete setup and facility seemed messed up and unorganised with fresher non trained, non professional staffs. Only few overseas supervisor/management staff were roaming around and all were busy impressing them which was very clearly visible by all other customers as well.


It's a complete mismanagement and bitter experience. Hyderabad and Mumbai IKEA is very nicely managed with professional staff. Electrical safety is also a concern where we observed many open cables laid down.
