Service bad they actually donot see any thing and directly says moter is not working actually display and control pannal is not working he charged me 11000 with transport and actually control pannal is not woking and yet not repaired ithink u shuld send him back for repair

Hello friends today I am sharing my experience with IFB Zephyr DX it is a medium quality washing machine so I used it for almost 6 months and after that it always irritated me beacause of it's maintainance and all so I hate this machine beacause of it's poor service.

So spend some bucks and go for a branded quality genuine product that will give you good service for years and years .

Last year in the month of june I have purchased this dishwasher for my life and it was one of the worst purchase of my life. this dish washer is made of very poor quality as it's color has started fading away just in a short span of time. this dishwasher do not clean utensils properly and it also makes a heavy sound I have made a complaint regarding this to the company but company mechanics have failed to solve the issue so as per my experience the service & support of company is very poor because now whenever I call the company they just reject my call.

this dishwasher also weighs much heavy as compared to other dishwasher's in the market therefore it is not easy to place this dishwasher at your desired place because it covers a lot of space. so overall this dishwasher is not handy in nature due to it's heavy weight. even sometimes this dishwasher also gives shocks which is very disappointing because it makes the dishwasher unsafe to touch.the utensil washing capacity of this dishwasher is also very low sometimes the dishwasher while washing the utensils stops automatically and it takes so long to restart again. the style & design of dishwasher is also very poor there is nothing extraordinary in it. style & design wise the dishwasher is not handy in nature as it requires extra space to fit in at desired place.

overall this dishwasher has disappointed me very much as per my experience this dishwasher is not so durable for long term use and it has no value for money as well. so I do not recommend this dishwasher to anyone because investing in this dishwasher is just a waste of money. so as per my experience this dishwasher is not user friendly at all.

I wanted to purchase a dishwasher for my house and after a long research I purchased this dishwasher from a digital store and I am sharing my sharing my experience about this product. The dishwasher has a good features in it and it is l8ght weight also but after 2 month of my purchase it started giving problem. I contacted manufacturer service manufacturer service centre and raise a complain about the product. I will not recommended this product to anyone because of pathetic service provided by the manufacturer

The product is good but sevice is very poor of company I purchased product working good but the mechine is damaged this is only solution to through out of the home beacuse sevice is very poor I complent of this damage but no resove by the company holders only say today nxt day but no proper resolution I get.

Very Bad After Sales Services . I am using Zephyr DX model of IFB Dishwasher machine was not working for last 4 months.

I have made several complaints with there Customer Care   as well as there local office, they only generate a ticket no. and after two days they close ticket without taking any action .

I decided to buy the Dishwasher to get a hassle free dishwash free from the irregularity of the maid.

But after buying it I found that my expenses for washing dishes are more than the pay of a single maid, beacause you need to buy a special dishwasher detergent, a dishwasher salt and a rinsing liquid to complete the wash!!

Secondly , the *

"kadai"which is indispesable in

*our Indian household cannot be cleaned, utensils in which rice is cooked cannot be cleaned and tea -stains are also not removed properly from the cups after washing in he dishwasher!

I bought this dishwasher not even a year ago, andin this span of one year I had to call the service technicians at least 15 times if not more and most of them are unable to solve the problems.

Lastly, it is a pain in the neck if you lodge a complaint for troubleshooting because most of the time the technicians dont arrive before a week or two after the complaint is lodged and that too after calling up the service centre of Bangalore and Kolkata.

I would request all not to go for IFb Dishwashers.

I purchase Zephyre Ex. The Service Engineer was too busy to stay for giving a demo.

He sold IFB brand salt and detergent and said that the machine will work well with only IFB detrgent and salt.The cost of the detergent is very high.Is it not unethical on the part of IFB 1. Not to tell this aspect at the time of purchase 2.It will cost around Rs.600/- Per month on consumables and this cost you can get a servant.

The Machine price is also very high and I am not sure what will be the spares cost. It should not have been more than 15000/-.

I would reccommond to the prospective buyers to see models of other companies also and compare the features, Price and serviceability before deciding to buy.I dont want them to get entangled by sales gimmicks like me and get disappointed.
