Here is my review i bought this washing machine on 24 th of July. 2022. And from 24 th July to 16th of aug. It's now the 4 time i faced this issue.
Clothes are stuck till now
Machine get's automatically locked??
Which is called central locking. I contacted with the person who istalled from ifb 3 times he guided me through. And it got opened. But at the 4 th time it didn't worked out. And he said it's a defective product. Please call ifb and replace this machine.
And i called ifb on 16 th of Aug at around 1 Pm. And talked to someone named Rohit who raised my ticket no 1009462027.
Well he disconnected the call . Well I told him the concern and he said i raised the ticked and hanged up. Then after that I tried to reach ifb 40 times and it was not getting connected. It was really frustrating. At the end I got connected to someone else that guy told me technician will visit at home and they can do only. So he arranged tech within 24 hrs from now . Well now let's see technical team visit within 24 hr or not.
Wech technician visited and he said we we need to change the door . I told them i don't want the door to be changed I want my money back or I want replacement with a new machine they said we cannot do anything talk to ifb. And Ifb said sir if you would had bought from us then we would have replaced or return ed . And Amazon is saying talk to ifb.
I don't know what the hell is going on.! It is really disappointment
Now I am really pissed it's not even a month i purched the product. And it's giving trouble again again. And the company is denying to take it back . I will take this to court. The seller also who sold me defective product and the brand also which is denying to take it back.
