IFB Washing Machine

I regret my decision today of purchasing this ifb machine. After some technical defect, I have raised the complaint online but after 10 days, my problem has not been resolved. Technicians come and do something but all in vain. I recommend all not to purchase this machine. Their service is really poor

Worst service. No one responses. Waste of money. No one comes for repair. Only extended waranty ammount taken. Past 2 months we cannot use washing mechine. No response from custemer care. Please donot order ifb washing mechine

1 month after purchase filter damaged and replaced. Detergent and comfort not taking automatic. Need to check after 10 mins and push manually. After 9 months tap error is occurred. Booked service request and assured within 24 hour technician will visit but even after 48 hours no one came. This is the situation in heart of the Hyderabad city. So one can imagine other locations service. Clothes stuck in the machine for 2 days I also attached images. I don't know when IFB will take up my service request. May be after my clothes completely damage? So terrific service. The product is still in warranty.

I had registered my complaint No

1012309706 on 14 Sept 2023 which has not been fulfilled as yet. No one has even contacted me since then. On thier own sitting in their office they are canceling and reregistering without our consent. They some how want to keep it active without attending to it. I have 03 IFB equipments in NCR

This problem probably persists in Uttarakhand.

Technician for installation did not came even on 3rd day, after multiple calls.

IFB - I have gone with the brand name. The result is also as per the brand name. Features and washing details you will get in the browser. What I want to share is my experience. It's damn easy to use and maintain and will give you peace of mind. What else do you want? This particular model is excellent in design.

I purchased a washing machine just few months ago. It is not working at all. Clothes do not clean properly, stains don’t go properly. And service man, what to say.they’re the worst people. don’t buy from ifb and croma. These people are worst and ifb is the most fraud company. Never trust them.never ever.

IFB doesn't provide on time after salea services even after continuous follow ups.

Higher authorities doesn't take any responsibility of delayed services.

There appliances are worst. Request you all to please see other options than going with IFB.

IFB is just waste of time as well as money.

The technician who come for the installation of washing machine will ask you to purchase accessories including cover, liquids etc amd all. Pls be careful when you buy them, they are moatly not needed, . For me he gave a cover of other maching which was very small for my machine. I dint try it when he was there thinking its the same machine cover. However i got shocked when I tried later. I called him and asked to change, he said he will come but not turning up, every time I call he says he will come, but never come. Its been 3 months and still he hasn't come. I called IFB customer care and complained about it, they said they will send the technivian and get it changed, but that hasnt happened yet. Not really happy l. Dont fall in trap when they say they are authorised IFB technicians and try sell accessories.

We have registered on 8th Aug 2023, they came over and said mother board, today date is 11th Aug, but no response from executive side we called him and asked about the status, then he said it will take another 2 days.

I bought 8kg aqua washing machine top load... After delivery no one came for demo, I had to call ifb point showroom and get the technician number, after calling multiple times, one guy came and he was in such a hurry, he did not know about the features of the machine, he said few things which we did not understand... He was such a useless fellow.... I complained to the concerned he said he will send another technician, even after 2 days no one has come, pathetic customer service

Good morning, we purchased washing machine in 2019 with 4 years warranty. Call center people used to fix the technician appointment but no one used to come. I lost 5 leaves because of them. However machine is excellent, service is very worst. I strongly feel that the service team or department should be replaced in total for better sales. Now I am planning to buy dishwasher but not ifb because of worst service schedules.

I just bought an IFB senator mxs 8KG 1400rpm Mocha in feb2023, this stopped working in July 2023, it's only been 5months and this happens after a careful and gentle use of the machine.

Service is also pathetic, you cannot complain with an unregistered mobile no.

They just took 2 days to register my complaint. I have been calling the service engineer back to back and yet I get no response.

On this date 8th July 2023, I am still waiting for the company to respond and send their assistance.

40K waste of money. Never never buy anything from IFB.

I had LG earlier, used it for 11 years with no single complaint, just went for a change and seriously repenting my mistake.
