Hi Guys, bought an ac from IFB back in 2014 for 2 years it was good but now we have to change major parts in every season and technicians behaviour is like that we owe them somehing.
I called up in service centre for servicing of mu ac they didn’t send someone for
3 days then i mailed customer service and one technician turned up without dress and with an i card that expired in
2014 so i ask him to leave immediately as I cannot allow anybody without any valid i card and that was my biggest
mistake then for 6 days nobody tuned up even afer repetitive calls and mails.
After one week two guys came checked
my ac and told me that we need to repair its cooling coile and I agreed so they took it their place and brought it back after 1 day and said now its ok.
But same povlem persists and again i raised complaint then again two guys turned up and said there is some problem with compressor, you have to purchase it which will cost u ₹9000.
I said ok and asked that i need guarantee that afer instaling new compressor it will work properly but they are nit sure about it.
Now tell me whats the point if you are investing ₹40, 000 for AC and still facing problem like anything.
Just go for any other brand or for cooler but not for the IFB ac.
I own washing machine also of IFB but after facing all this I will sell it asap and never use this brand in future.
Guys never buy any IFB product.
