IFB Senorita SX

I got the door lock changed on 16 Feb 2023. The company rep charged me 1440rs for service and door lock replacement. An additional 180 rs for cleaning powder.

I got message from ifb that I got only service done for 590 rs. I tried to mail them but could not as I dint find any place to accept my complaint on their website. Hence I am posting here.

I bought a front load machine one year ago. It was a defected piece and a person came for demo told us that the problem was in the water supply line after ane year a service person after our request recovered the manufacturing problem. We got the part change and the machine is fine now. My wife was suffering with tennis albow problem and so we bought the machine but we have to suffer for an year because of the company negligence.

We bought a IFB front loading washing machine much against our wishes . This is a third class machine with low quality design and life of parts. The day it was installed it was vibrating , shaking and making a lot of noise. Those idiots from the company came thrice after my warnings and literally ran away after making small adjustments. Later the door switch was burnt and now it is the mother board which is 5000/- rupees. My sincere suggestion to people is “ please don’t even think of buying this machine” . I bought IFB laundrymagic, these idiots didn’t turn up for three days for installation. All the IfB employees were holidaying. Useless, people working as franchisee in Gujarat. They will call the customer as per their convinience. Product is useless. Not at all user friendly. If you are not from Gujarat. Never shop in Gujarat. Here people holiday more and work less. Customer service is very poor. Especially IFB.

I m not asking fr service in 5 mins. But atleast proper response should b thr. Time Limit should be given. Watsapp is automated, app keeps asking update, call person said I will get a call but never received. I never give negative reviews fr product but this service response is the worst I hv seen

Worst service for district in bellary.

They charge too much for a visit.

Just one month back they servied and billed around 2500.

But again got some problem, they are asking again service charge.what a useless IFB company, very much unsatisfied with this washing machine. Indias most worst worst worst service, they didnt even knew how to talk to a customer ......very arrogant people

I have purchased new IFB Machine on Dated 19 dec 2022 & the person gave demonstration today at 1 pm on first washing it has given the error & washing of cloth stop . The company has started making this type of use less product I am not satisfied this washing machine please give me a solution.

IFB is a good name but product quantity is not upto that level .They also need to improve service quality.After 5 years getting the spare is very difficult.I would not prefer to buy anymore IFB product.

I have bought IFB Diva aqua after three days of installation machine got down. And their service is very poor. Engineer visited and told me that PCB board is damaged and will take 3days to arrive. After 3days they told me it will take 5 to 10 days. After 10 days they are playing today tomorrow game. Now I can say there customer service is very poor. I will request everyone to please rethink before buying this brand. You will cry for service.

I bought IFB front loaded washing machine on 12 Dec 2021. From day 1 itself water started leaking from the front door. After repeated calling to customer care and visits of mechanic finally the problem got solved in September 2022. it was then when the mechanic told us that the machine was defected. The company has sent us defected piece. Now finally when the machine was working properly after so many days, the machine has completely stopped working. And after repeatedly calling customer care for a week finally today the mechanic arrived and told us that PCB of the machine will be changed. What kind of nonsense is this? Have I paid such a huge amount so that I keep calling the company every other day for some kind of maintenance? Not even an year is passed and I have to face so much trouble due to company's negligence. As the product is defected I want the company to replace it or else I will have to take legal actions regarding this.

Purchased IFB wahing machine model number TLREWH 6.5 kg top load fully automatic and now what happened is power button is not working, I called customer care they have given me ticket no and said that service person will come in 24 hours and look in to matter. He arrived next day and said because of voltage problem button is not working and then told to put new button, two days happened and still they are saying next day will come almost 5 days happened without washing machine ? very poor service.

Issue was with IFB Front load washing machine which was baught 20 ago....door got locked and the clothes in Machine. Machine is under warranty..i raised the fault with IFB through the dealer from which i baught it. but upset by customer service and their service center.. talking on phone service centre personal call you 'babu' . Promised to visit home within 2 hours but after 2 hours he neither visited nor picked up the call.. later switched off the phone.. customer service is also poor .. everytime I called their customer representative have different answer.. they seems to be hurry in disconnecting the call..

Poor show guys. This was my first purchase with IFB AND THIS WAS NOT expected...

I had raised ticket for my EVA Aqua SX washing machine, ticket id is 1009953300

issue was my washing machine was always showing door error.

On 31st October IFB Engineer visited my home checked washing machine and without any diagnosis told washing machine motherboard got damaged and to replace it I need to pay 7500rs., he also collected 590rs. visiting charges from me.

I requested him I will confirm motherboard replacement on next day.

meanwhile I shown my washing machine to local washing machine repair shop and he just replaced the washing machine door lock which costs just 750rs+200 service charges and my washing machine started working fine.

Horrifying experience with 8 KG IFB washing machine if you use Powder Detergent the amount of lint generated is too much and spoils all your clorhes. Customer Support insists you to use only liquid detergent.

Customer support worst in Mumbai.

Recommend not buy any IFB products in Mumbai as Customer Support by Mr. Yash is worst

Not worth purchasing.
