This company did not give customers satisfaction this is not good company to buy all products no proper response pls don't buy any products customer service is utter waste not responding to customers compliant such a cheap company
The washing M/c(Elite plus 7.5Kg 1200 rpm) is under 4 years SUPER WARRANTY and in the warranty document, all the parts are covered for warranty. Under the limitation of warranty, there is no(NO) mention of rubber and plastic parts. Only mentioned the warranty limitation in painting, plating, and rusting.
On raising the complaint("door not able to open and close") rep visited on 26/3/22 and expressed need of replacement of door on cost. Copy of the warranty document have been sent by mail to customer care for replacement of door free of cost as per warranty.
After that Service rep has replaced plastic parts(outer cover assy) and charged Rs1651/=.Service rep was not agreeing and respecting the warranty document. Spoke to Branch manager and Branch manager and service rep only declare " rubber and plasic items are not covered under warranty" and they do not want to read the warranty document given by IFB. They said it is a regular pracice and regular practice is their procedure.
The actual cause of the defect was " three peripheral matching internal threaded studs had come out". In this connection, it is intimated that the possible Root cause of this defect is only the "inadequacy of reliable damping elements". Such plastic molded and rotating assy are bound to fail in any vibratory equipment.Based on this inherent design inadequacy and expected running hours only IFB must have arrived with a 4-year warranty(maximum) and committed.
5.Many mails and reminders had been sent to customer care and they send vague replies without studying the case-Acting like an unorganised sector.

We had the dishwasher Neptune F1 bought only some time ago. Unfortunately started giving trouble shortly and continues to give trouble. They have no mindset to service and they dodge the servicing by giving some obscure reasons.
Avoid buying this product unless you can service it yourself.
Worst products ever .Very bad service it so bad for ur complain they don't response they make call to different numbers nobody take any responsibility and washing machine is just 2years old and it doesn't wash Properly and also while spinning to starts shaking and make huge noise....

We brought IFB Executive Plus 2 years ago and again paid Rs.3000 for an extended parts warranty of 10 years even though still 3 more years of warranty left convinced by a smart support engineer who came to service and latest found to have a faulty electronics. Now he is giving reasons and not giving any specific date to fix. How can a product like this survive in the market? I am surprised by the sub-standard servicing process of IFB. Try to avoid this. I had good experience with LG and Samsung but attempt to use IFB backfired. I am trying to dispose it now and buy a new machine.
They didn't give proper service. Everytime close the complaint without customer verification even when the problem is not solve..very wrost service by ifb..so don't buy ifb products
I bought the machine on 2 nd April 2021, was delivered in the same week.Just after 1 week of my purchase I have been getting issues with various error messages, till now no resolution.i have escalated this issue to Ramky, they said he is the highest level of contact, but no response till now.athey all claim that the machine is super good no one will give resolution for the issues i getting Friends please never buy this product
Call was registered on 11th May(Ticker no#1011360775). In spite of taking AMC the unit is down for 4 days and today is the 5th day and no response from your side inspite of repeated remainders and escalation. I will not buy IFB products henceforth and I will also not recommend your products to my friends and relatives for the kind or support you are delivering to the customer.

Service person did not informed anything before servicing..later he billed for everything. Service is not good. Worst experience.
I bought a washing machine more than a week ago, first several times they called to collect address details to come for demo, no one turned up, they asked why did I even buy from that shop, looks like some dispute between the shop and service center, after several follow ups now they are telling lies that my mobile was not reachable when their field guys called, well just excuses, excuses and excuses. The shop guys are playing helplessness and IFB is non responsive. Dont buy any IFB products

I submit request regarding washing machine installation before 3 day back, but till now they did not contact me regarding installation service. Service is very high time taking
The 426 l double door refrigerator which I have purchased since 5 to 6 years ago is very good no problem in it. Now some problem occurs. But after many time. And from a month call at customer care there is no resolution. Third class service quality. If you don't have any engineer who will resolve the problem. Then you please stop to sell your product
Very pathetic service my all three products are now scrap.don’t buy any product of Ifb strongly recommended.
Sorry to say but if you take my suggestion please avoid to purchase IFB washing machine. Before installation they're use to sale unnecessary products like, stand , filter cover, liquid etc with fake promises of service and best quality and rates are too high and products are not up to mark. After one month of time i was ordered liquid of 1 bottle. But they denied to deliver and try to sale 3 more bottle to purchase for delivery.
This is really unprofessional and poor service quality
Sorry to say that I have purchased IFB washing machine but after despite of many requests on their toll free number but no body comes to attend for the installation of the same after 4 days. I think the service of this brand is so poor.
I would never say to anyone to buy any product of ifb ever. Their services are very poor. Their customers care no will never connect.

Check the dispenser Make sure the dispenser is filled with additives and detergent before starting the program. The fabric conditioner additives chamber is marked for additives only. A clogged dispenser can prevent the fabric conditioner from entering the tub. You can try removing the dispenser drawer and cleaning it with hot, soapy water. You can also use a soft brush to remove any leftover detergent or additives.

Check the water supply: Make sure the tap is open and there''s normal water pressure. Check the door: Open and close the door firmly. Check the inlet hose: Make sure the hose isn''t bent and the sieve isn''t blocked. Check the load: Make sure the load is evenly distributed in the drum. Heavy items mixed with lighter ones can cause the machine to spin unevenly.
can we put clothes only for drying
