I had purchased IFB senorita washing machine in 2019 and since then I haven’t even used this machine for more than a week, worst customer service, worst service members, they do not know who comes for service. In the past 2 years I have got it serviced for more than 20 times and have invested more than 5k additional on stabiliser yet the machine doesn’t work after every service.. please do not buy any IFB PRODUCT.. I would rate it 0

Hello,

Ifb washing machine has worst product quality.After sales support is not good and reliable. There service person will not give a bill for services rendered.

I would not recommend ifb washing machines to anyone.

We had bought IFB washing machine a year back. In the last one year, the machine was serviced 8 times and replaced with one broken part. The mechanics are illiterates and third class service . The machine is also a cheap third class quality. I advice people to not buy this company machine. Please be careful or you may lose your hard earned money.

Customer service is not attending my complaint. they called and said that if I pay the charges to him then only he will attend my complaint when my machine is under warranty why should I pay. what is the use of warranty.

I will never recommends anyone to buy IFB Product, such a useless service.

I bought an IFB Washing Machine less than a year back. There was a leakage problem from the door in 6 months time and now there is an extreme vibration with a panel gap in the machine. I called up the customer care and lodged a complaint around 5 days back and till today they have no clue when the technician will visit my place. I do not have any option but to wait endlessly for the technician to visit and check the fault. This is a 2nd fault in less than 1 year. The after sales service suck badly. If you need peace in life please do not buy IFB washing machine ever

Worse service from IFB.

totally waste of money.

IFB forces you to buy & use IFB liquid, IFB stand, IFB stabilizer, IFB water softener & IFB Descal power only otherwise they will not cover warranty,

After washing machine costing 30, 000 breaks down first the belt after few months the shock. Absorber now the machine just jumped and fell down each time the cost of repair is 2000-3000 rupees almost every year. My previous IFB bosch ran 15 years without any conpliants when Bosch is no longer with IFB It seems the quality has cone down

Last 6 years I am using this IFB Washing Machine, Still now I Don't have any complaints. Really its a awesome Machine to make my work more easier. Even though we had shifted our house twice around 600 kilo meters, at that time I worried about its performance, but not even a minor mistake I haven't got from IFB.

Hi I had bought IFB washing machine 4 yrs back they gave us 2 yrs warranty. Untill that we don't get any fault after the warranty period the problems starts for every 3 month we used to repair it with huge cost.

In-between this a service man who came had stolen our filter which cost around 2500 and also the main thing PCB board has also stolen still now they did took any action regarding this. Still now the problem is not rectified.

And one main thing that we had already paid 4000 as an amc plan for 2 yrs and that too the plan is going to over within 2 months.

I really say that this is worst brand in this world and worst service person I had ever seen. Pls guys I am requesting you not get this worst brand this is my personal experience pls pls do not buy this world's worst brand.

After use for 6 yrs (optimal use) body of the machine got rusted. New body costs 6000/-.

I bought 34BC1 IFB MICROWAVE on 04/09/2018 from a local retail outlet in Bhilai. Which stopped working by September 2020, for which I login-ed the complaint by 26/09/2020 with registered compliant no. 1005557258.

After 2-3 days a IFB Service guy contacted me regarding the same and looked over it. He un-assembled the microwave at my residence and told me microwave’s the cavity need to be replaced . As the Product is under warranty I will Order/arrange the cavity as soon as possible. After 10-12 days again the service guy contacted me and asked me if I can bring my microwave to their service centre which is at Treasure Island Mall Road, Nehru Nagar, Bhilai as they ordered/arranged the products required for the microwave. As It will take 2-3+ hours to assemble the whole microwave again with the cavity changing process. So I took my IFB microwave and gave them at their service centre, and they told within one week they will deliver my microwave to my residence.

After 10-15 days now I have to contact the guy for the microwave regarding the service issue. And it’s been like 4 months still they have my microwave and major part is still they didn’t solved the issue. Every time I spoke to the service guy he give me excuses like the microwave is very expensive they are not getting the product parts easily delivered from the company end, sometimes the product part is on way as it is dispatched from the Companies manufacturing unit. And last and final the service guy excuse was it been 4th or 5th time the delivered product which they ordered, came wrong. Twice was the product part got damaged while transportation.

Such a Bad and worst service I ever had yet. No product management , no parts arrangements. It’s been 4 months still they didn’t resolved problem and still they have the microwave. We are really frustrated with service support we received from IFB. Our microwave is still under warranty but it has become completely useless now. Their customer care tells us that they will get it fixed once the spare parts are available. God only knows when. I’d definitely not recommend this product to anyone.

I have bought a similar Washing quality is extremely poor. Garments were tearing when we reached client the individual came and checked the machine he says it is OK,

Following day another IMP fabric of my better half got damaged(long Tear) again we held up the objection he checked and says Drum must be changed since the machine was in guarantee he says some Rs.500 to be charged for transport particle. We concurred for that I demanded that bring the pack piece since DRUM is the core of Machine. He says you are not believing me you make own plan.

At the point when I got reached Area execute first she says you will get the Pack piece @ 200 Transportation charges she guaranteed me all great help( I have all account clasps of the equivalent) . I have purchased this machine and utilizing it for more than 10 months.one day this machine halted while washing cloths.i have held up compaint since machine is under warrenty.one technician came and disclosed to us that machine control board copied and will bring it few days after and supplant it.

Well substitution done and machine began working yet following day breakdown begain.since than I have held up such countless grievances and following up with IFB they are stating extremly upset for inconveniance and administration specialist will go to in no time.

Very nearly 1 Month I am following and no appropriate assistance given to me till date.if this is an administration in Noida.i am secure with helpless help in other little urban communities.

Don't buy.if you stuck in a tough situation neither they nor their administration architect will help.

I had a problem with my washing machine 1 month back, they took it for repairing. After repair(paid 6000 for the repair), within couple of days it stopped working. After calling 10 to 15 times, finally one person came and took the PC board for repairing it again. Till now am not able to connect to him, when I checked with the customer care they are keep saying technician will come today, tomorrow. Absolutely irresponsive service from IFB, don't use their service at any cost, it is waste of money and waste of time.
