Don't go for IFB washing machines.
Maximum 1 yrs it will work fine after that it will start giving problems.
Executives will attend your complaint only if there is some income for them, while coming for demo,
they will try to canvas us - to buy stand, stabilizer, booster, detergents, tap etc(Which ever they get insentives).
Working on customer complaint, they will keep on trying to postpond the service and they will never close your problem.
Most of the executives are not well trained always works with the user manuals.
Self had very bad experience related.
Please don't waste your amount on such brands.
My case history:
I am using IFB washing machine, Elite SX 7 Kg 1200 RPM model.
On 18-Dec-2015(Ref. No: 1101254494)
Have raised the complaint on my machine for service related:
1) Taking more time for washing than the required or mentioned time.
2) Frequent error message appearing and actions are not working properly.
But no executives attended my call instead they closed the complaint saying no one in house.
On 24-Dec-2015 again talked to toll free executives and re-booked the call.
Finally hope on 27th your service agent have visited my home and suggested for drum replacement
and promised to do the same within 10 days.
But they haven't kept the words.

Again raised the complaint through toll free executives, but no response from your service agent.

and they adviced to talk directly to service executives and gave their contact No:044 42126684.
When spoken they told within 4 days they will replace the drum.
Again after few days have spoke with service agent they said stock haven't came please wait.
The same conversation was repeated 4 times.
Finally they promised to do it before feb 20.
But after few mins, an executive called and canvased for AMC by saying machine warranty has got expired.
But I said the warranty is till july. After discussion we found that, the machine model was updated wrongly as Elena sx.
The executive told to revise the same by speaking to toll free executives.

Same has been revised and re-booked the complaint again.
Still now the service agent is going on extending the date
but they are not replacing the drum and resolving the queries.
Instead they are keep on postponed and saying not yet the received the spare parts. This kind of conversation was getting repeated more than 5 times.
Again on 03.Mar.2016 when I spoke, they have extended the date till today 07.Mar.2016.

Today again when I spoke, they again extended till wednesday(09.Mar.2016) saying spare haven't reached us.
When I checked with toll free executives, they told my previous complaints has been cancelled. So will raise new complaint and forward the same.
Executives have given many numbers to call. Most of the time they are not picking the calls.
