This is very user friendly washing machine. It can wash upto 10 kg of load and does not use that much amount of water.


The after sale are good and so the design. The machine is very easy to clean and maintainence free. It dosent eat up too much of detergent as well and your clothes will come out clean and tidy. I enjoy washing my clothes now.

I have been using the IFB Senorita model for last 8 years and let me share my experience; first 2 years were wonderful but then happiness doesn't last long .


My ordeal began after this, the machine started vibrating like nobody's business  as if a monster has been unleashed jumping around the whole room.


We thought our machine had some problem but then our neighbour said Oh! This happens to their IFB machine as well, just  tie it something so that it can't move…   Its hard to believe that when technology has advanced so much this company can't even get some basics  right.    This led to other problems one after the other and the worst was their after sales service. Even if you purchase warranty, they will try to fleece money by convincing you with some other non-existint problem.  Any problem is first addressed by asking you to purchase their descalar and they insists it should be only IFB and nothing else.  Just for everybody's knowledge I checked with an IFB person and he says any descalar will do and for everybody's benefit you get descalar on ebay or on any other online sites at half the cost.


Another problem is with their spare parts. All the parts have some proprietary design; even an outlet pipe and a machine stand has to IFB specific, this is utter nonsense and no other company has this kind of predatory strategy.


I have gone to their corporate office with my complaints but they are of least help. Their outsource service partner continue with their whims without  any fear .


My advise, if you want peace in your life keep away from IFB washing machine and possibly other products as well. However, for everybody's knowledge pl. don't perceive IFB as a premier brand just because it has kept price to be high  because asn engineer I can vouch that these guys don’t have any clue and it is just a jugaad which works though nothing beyond this.

WE ARE SUFFERING FROM PAST 20 DAYS AND HAVE CALLED YOUR SERVICE CENTRE SEVERAL TIMES.NOBODY IS LISTENING. YOUR MAN CAME LONG BACK ON 25TH OF MARCH AND TOOK AWAY THE MAIN MEMORY SAYING IT IS HANGED.

We are using this product for more than 6 months now.


Its Really good. I never had any idea of using IFB Products but after the salesman on the shop suggested us to use this product and if there will be any problem in one month they will refund my full money. But seriously after using one or two times I really got a big smile on my face. The only problem is that it takes a lot of time for the complete wash of clothes. Otherwise according to me there is no other product better than this.


I previously was using LG Washing Machine but we noticed the clothes get rough after the wash but in this IFB Washing Machine I really found quite impressive in every angle of work.

My initial complaint regarding the machine was closed by the technician with the comment that the required part was not available. and this was the same fellow who suggested me to take an AMC for 2 years. Is that what your people do when a part is not available? just forget about the customer without even informing them.


Why do you sell AMCs for products which do not have parts available? This is simply daylight robbery.


This is the same way Country CLub works:


Sell cheap vacation plans to people then dont even let them use the services by selling all their inventory in the open market.

Ifb is a brand which having its own capability to popular in market by its own strength. I purchase ifb washing machine 7kg front loading it worked very well. I like it very much. its take my work very easy. and it saves very much time and also very less work I do. its very nice machine. make it very use full product and its a shining star in the market very popular also in our area and people our neighbor also like it this is very nice with us


Never Ever buy an AMC for any IFB product ...

IFB service especially in Bangalore is extremely pathetic. However, it gets even worse if you happen to purchase an AMC. I lodged a complaint on 24th Feb 2016 and technician closed it without informing me about the status or reason.


On calling customer care they told me to lodge a fresh complaint as the old one was closed due to nonavailability of the required part.


The new complaint was filed on 24th MArch 2016 with an SLA of 48 hours as per customer care. HOwever, there is still no response and every time I call customer care I am given some area manager/supervisor number which is a new one everytime and nobody bothers to pick up the numbers.


Can somebody please let me know how I can get a refund of the AMC amount I have paid along with at least 18% interest since the time I paid?


Also, I am going to mark all the numbers given by IFB customer care as spam in Truecaller.

Whilst considering buying a washing mach8ne or a microwave Owen  my sincere advise to all after suffering with more than 7 months of ordeal is pl dp not but a IFB product its a company of thugs and cheats who have no after Shruthisharma and maintenance protocol and they do not even believe in maintaining a system like that . U are welcome to email me at sanjaykestwal@rediffmail. com if u seriously have a different view or experience .


But guys do not gp for IFB products my sincere advice .

Yes, IFB TL-RDS Aua is really a very nice washing machine and it is fully a automatic washing machine and it is a top load machine.


I bought this one before 6 months and I do not found any problem in my washing machine.


Its really a great washing machine and if you want to by this than you need not to care about quality and service because quality and service both are brilliant of this washing machine.I have a great experience with this product and it is really amazing.its style and design are fabulous and it is very easy to use.overall its a brilliant product.

I have purchased IFB  washing machine in 2012 which was discontinued in same year, it had always problem, they did not attend the service call many times and refuse to do AMC

Easy to handle . Simple to use. No Hi-Fi instruction.


We bought extended warranty and trust me it was good decision. Cause once company warranty finishes real problem starts.


We tried calling com[any people but thy were resistant to come to site and check it. After lot on escalation we got service engineer to verify the prob ad he charged us alot without doing anything.


But we paid him and our problem was solved. Now we are using it without any issue . But I would recommend not buy this product cause of its bad after sale service.

My parents bought an IFB washing machine a few years ago. The machine works fine and cleaning of clothes is very good. Now, I don't have to spend extra time on washing my clothes. I just have to put the clothes inside the machine, switch on the machine and wait for about 1 hour for cleaning of my clothes automatically by the machine.


Automatic drying facility is also available in the washing machine. Clothes are dried very fine and we have to put the clothes in the sun for 1 hour only for full drying of clothes. Happy with the washing machine.

I strongly prefer IFB Elena aqua SX 6 Kg Front load washing machine. Recently bought it from chandanagar store at hyderabad . Product delivered the very next day of my payment . Installation happen immediately, performance wise its awesome functionality it takes approx 43 minutes for a quick wash, with very less sound but while spinning it will shake heavily and bit loud sound can be listen .


Quality of the wash is extremely great white clothes also washes very nicely sometimes in othe machine if we throw white clothes the whitness will slips but in IFB there is no question like that. Service wise also its perfect if any problem occurs just need to call IFB service center by 24hours they will sure come and address the issue. maintenance cost bit high . Also don't forget to buy Stand which is 1500 and it is completely worth full . .

Don't go for IFB washing machines.


Maximum 1 yrs it will work fine after that it will start giving problems.


Executives will attend your complaint only if there is some income for them, while coming for demo,


they will try to canvas us - to buy stand, stabilizer, booster, detergents, tap etc(Which ever they get insentives).


Working on customer complaint, they will keep on trying to postpond the service and they will never close your problem.


Most of the executives are not well trained always works with the user manuals.


Self had very bad experience related.


Please don't waste your amount on such brands.


My case history:


I am using IFB washing machine, Elite SX 7 Kg 1200 RPM model.


On 18-Dec-2015(Ref. No: 1101254494)


Have raised the complaint on my machine for service related:


1) Taking more time for washing than the required or mentioned time.


2) Frequent error message appearing and actions are not working properly.


But no executives attended my call instead they closed the complaint saying no one in house.


On 24-Dec-2015 again talked to toll free executives and re-booked the call.


Finally hope on 27th your service agent have visited my home and suggested for drum replacement


and promised to do the same within 10 days.


But they haven't kept the words.


13-Jan-2015: 1101461354


Again raised the complaint through toll free executives, but no response from your service agent.


27-Jan-2015: 1101577127


Again raised the complaint through toll free executives


and they adviced to talk directly to service executives and gave their contact No:044 42126684.


When spoken they told within 4 days they will replace the drum.


Again after few days have spoke with service agent they said stock haven't came please wait.


The same conversation was repeated 4 times.


Finally they promised to do it before feb 20.


But after few mins, an executive called and canvased for AMC by saying machine warranty has got expired.


But I said the warranty is till july. After discussion we found that, the machine model was updated wrongly as Elena sx.


The executive told to revise the same by speaking to toll free executives.


25-Feb-2016: 1101797389


Same has been revised and re-booked the complaint again.


Still now the service agent is going on extending the date


but they are not replacing the drum and resolving the queries.


Instead they are keep on postponed and saying not yet the received the spare parts. This kind of conversation was getting repeated more than 5 times.


Again on 03.Mar.2016 when I spoke, they have extended the date till today 07.Mar.2016.

Today again when I spoke, they again extended till wednesday(09.Mar.2016) saying spare haven't reached us.


When I checked with toll free executives, they told my previous complaints has been cancelled. So will raise new complaint and forward the same.


Executives have given many numbers to call. Most of the time they are not picking the calls.

Rubbish product and services by IFB. Do not buy IFB products worst service and very costly maintenance. They keep you charging heavily after every 2 months.


I bought a washing machine of IFB - Model Elena-DX four years back. Soon after warranty is over I faced a problem with washing machine so I sent it to your service centre then they repaired it with a very heavy bill. After this in 2-3 months again it stopped working and I again requested for a repair and now they changes PCB and again charged a heavy amount from me and after this repair within 1 month again it stopped working and they again changed the PCB 2nd time saying. After this again after around 1 month it stopped working and now the technician is saying that this time the expense of repair will be around 8000 Rs as there is some problem in motor and Drum and due this fault of motor it was fusing the PCB again and again,

Greetings, I have IFB clothes washer, They have extremely poor administration and client care administration.


Their client care administration futile and they give the administration bolster number and requesting that I keep running behind their administration engineers, they don't have a clue about the estimation of client and underestimate it.


I had couple of cases the they to settle the issue after the subsequent meet-up continue supplanting the parts superfluously and charge all the more additionally they take the old parts.


They say it is their organization approach.


Be watchful before you purchase IFB administration sucks. what's more, tears cash on undesirable substitutions.

I have IFB washing machine, They have very poor service and customer care service. Their customer care service useless and they give the service support number and asked me to run behind their service engineers, they don't know the value of customer and take it for granted.


I had couple of instances the they to fix the issue after the follow up and keep replacing the parts unnecessarily and charge more also they take the old parts. They say it is their company policy.


Be careful before you buy IFB service sucks. and rips money on unwanted replacements.

Going by the brand trust purchased an IFB top loaded TL-RDS 6.5 KG AQUA DEEP CLEAN washing machine in the month of Oct 2015 with a promised delivery of next day and reached me after 2 days on multiple follows up. Free installation as promised in 24 hrs became 72 hours again after multiple follow ups. Never knew this start would lead to a most horrifying stay with IFB. In the month of Feb 2016 the machine was declared with a board failure and two checks on constant FOLLOW UPS I get my replacement wm in 2 weeks . My friends circle who are also IFB consumers says I'm blessed to  have received it in 2 weeks to what they have experienced.


When called in for Installation I get false promises and back to back lies that the service will happen the following day. Statements like " We are getting a technician arranged, " I will be there by 12 pm and ensure it is done " I'm working on this and all UTTER RUUBBISH . JUS ENGLISH AND NOTHING IN ACTION .


Beware of few names of the MOST IRRESPONSIBLE AND INSENSITIVE TEAM  that u may have to speak FOR  Karnataka REGION " MR SANTOSH - AREA SERVICE IN CHARGE, MR HARISH - TECHNICIAN( he will give convince u to agreeing to his terms and his NUMBER LATER ON GOES SWITCHED OFF FOR EVER") MR SRIDHAR - SUP IN CHARGE( sets false expectation and GOES ABSCONDING WITHOUT NO OWNERSHIP AND HAND-HOLDING)


If you feel to reach out to the IFB customer care team be glad to know that there is no ESCALATION MATRIX followed: LOL - NO MANAGER TO ESCALATE TO ONLY ONLY OPTION IS A CALL BACK WILL BE ARRANGED THAT WILL NEVER EVER HAPPEN). how does that sounds! Great isn't it? MR RANA, MR SURESH ANCHURI who I on extreme escalation spoke to tells me: THEY HAVE NO MANAGER AND CAN"T GIVE OUT THEIR EMPLOYEE ID OR BADGE ID, ask them why and the verbiage you would get it " WE HAVE THAT UPDATE " how cool is dat my friends? They have no clue how escalation matrix works and end of the day if the customer is inconvenienced then there is no compensation because theyy say " WE ARE HERE ONLY TO ADDRESS SERVICE ISSUES NOT CUSTOMER'S CHALLENGES "because of their pathetic, miserable, horrible and disgusting after sales service . BEAT THAT!


A HUMBLE & HONEST REQUEST FRIENDS: Please say no to  IFB -worst services, worst communication and pathetic service. They are old and retired . I have learnt my lesson really well. please be aware . Go with any other great products the pioneers whirlpool, LG, VIDEOCON and i'm sure any experience can't and will not get so worse .
