Bought IFB Washing Machine in the year 20012 and so far not faced any issue.

I bought it for Rs. 24000 felt like it is well worth.

I can put 6 to 8 pairs of clothes for washing.

I always use'Quick wash' option it takes 30 to 40 mins to finish off the washing.

Clothes comes out with well dried(nearly like 70%).

Power consumption is reasonable I use it for thrice in a week.

Water consumption is also reasonable.

No complaints on the color of the machine,it is same as when I bought. .

Every once in 6 months company people will come and do the service(like cleaning, and fitting screws)

The only negative I felt is it needs a good water pressure.

Pros:

IFB Elena DX is best product in terms of durability. No comparison with other brands. Also, It is good value for money and generally available in the affordable range. Style and design is perfectly sleek and gives 100% positive satisfaction. It has many features that can provide you with a high quality wash. A washing program is absolutely great and easy to understandable for anyone. For example the 2D water system makes sure that the detergent dissolves 100% and permeates through the clothes for a thorough wash and deep rinsing. The crescent moon shaped drum also guarantees that the delicate clothes get a gentle cleaning. It is one of the best options for mid-range buyers.

Cons:

The services and support of IFB is not up-to remarkable. Very poor response from service team after sale of product. Accessorise/spare parts are too costly and not easily accessible from market in comparison of other brands. Consumer have no choice except IFB customer care and service centres.

We purchased this 4 months back.every thing going well.till now we have not yet faced any troubles.it is very easy to operate.we came accross small issues after two months of purchase.service and support is really good.they came to my house to rectify the issues.its working well.cleaning is fantastic.its giving better washing in small time.its not consuming more power.style and design is good.specifications included in this machine are price worth.under 27 k you can go for this.

The washing machine is very good.

the only downside is that the collars of shirts are not cleaned properly.

if that was fixed then I would give this on 5 stars.

The machine cleans quite fast.

It uses less water.

Service is mind blowing.

The service boy came just after calling.

The pipe was leaking.

I bought this washing machine in last year and working is very nice in initial days but its working is not proper work at this time. This washing machine is not clean any cloths and also not dry cloths.

This washing machine is very comfortable ease of cleaning but its part is not comfortable to open for service. This washing machine is very heavy but its design and looking is very nice and good color combination.

This washing machine service is not good, if any part of the washing machine is not work then company is not exchange part. This company do not give home service. This washing machine's warranty is very limited and its spare part is very costly in market.

I have purchased it 18 months back from Shahs show room in Chennai at cost 32000/rs .product is excellent and it's very easy to handle even a kid can operate this machine.cleaning part is superb.Really it's look is Robust .it's very compact.everything you can see through the screen.Its service is excellent.with in 8 hrs people can come and attend for service.The metallic colour is really it is attractive.Its functions are so smooth and it operates without any sound. Really it's worthy to buy this product for long durations.

Cons

1. Only three temperature modes ( cold-hot-warm) . My early samsung had the option to choose different temperate modes.

   
   




2. Front transparent door is made up of some fibre kind of plastic material. It is not a GLASS one. My old samsung had glass door. May be IFB reduced the price by making these compromise.

   
   




3. Biggest flaw is the 'detergent adder' which has only one slot. My old samsung one had 3 slots ( one for the first wash detergent, one slot for 2nd wash detergent and 3rd slot for the liquid conditioners/dettol) . Now in this IFB diva, we can't add both the liquid and powder detergent at first itself. So it can't take the washing powder at first and fabric conditioners at the rise time. We have explicitly add the conditioner at the rinse time. This is BAD.

   
   




4. No Pre-wash or Soak time mode.

6. Temperature setting wont work in Quick wash mode. ( Temperature set only works in some mode)

   
   




7. The Tap connector which IFB provided has NO Adapter. We had to buy the adapter outside. This is really bad, as we were not aware before the installation that the we have to buy the tap adapter separately. When the guy came for installation, he told me that there is no adapter and then I went outside to purchase that. It costed me 300/- extra. This is bad. They should provide the basic connectors.

Pros

End of the day, even though this is a very basic model,

but the maker is IFB, which is trustable one. I hope it will function good. It has everyday necessary basic options, which is fine.

Advice to the buyers: This washing machine as very basic functionalities. If you want to buy, checkout and compare the functionalities vs the price with the other makers ( Bosch, LG, Samsung) and then buy.

My wife don't like to use washing machines, after I buy IFB Serena now this days she only use that, its so nice product, she can use very simply its wonderful. My brother suggested for a washing machine and I visited QRS and I saw lot of company product and at first site I love this product. After discussion with the sales man I decided to buy IFB, first there was few confusion about the product but once I wash my clothing's no words, nice product I will recommends my family friends to buy IFB Serena Sx.

I have purchased a IFB washing machine few months back. After running smoothly for first two months the washing machine started giving problems. I registered a complaint with IFB on 14th of November 2016. The ticket or reference number for the complaint was1106587542. The technician came to my house after few days and he repaired the machine. But after 2 days the problem occurs again and I registered another compalint on 25th of November 2016. The ticket number for 2nd compalint was 1107430447. The technician came again however he was unable to repair the machine as he said that the parts aren't available with him right now and he will revisit soon. Till now the technician didn't came to repair the washing machine. Also whenever I call the customer service they tell me that my compliant is in high priority and the technician will visit my house soon to repair the machine. But its more than a week now and no one turn up. IFB washing machines are really of cheap quality and total waste of money.

I have brought from two back, really a good product, you can go with eyes closed, on time delivery, on second day from the delivery got call from ifb, good customer support, I am getting calls from ifb, they asked about feedback of the product, I am very happy, this is a lovey product, I suggest to purchase for using house holds.

IFB washing machine is waste of money, Buyed just two months back and the machine stopped working on the third month. clothes never and ever come out clean. All the dramas of the IFB showroom guys show us stars in day light is only a technique to sell this useless machine, worst service from customer care also and IFB team.

NEVER WASTE MONEY ON ANY IFB PRODUCTS.I have already given about my bad experience for friends and relatives not buy any products from IFB.

I bought this washing machine last two years ago and working is very nice in initial but its working is very poor at this time.

This washing machine is very comfortable ease of cleaning but its part is very comfortable to open for service. Its looking is not good.

As my mother is suffering with joint pains we bought IFB Serena SX for 19800/- on 2010 march 30. Till 2015 machine ran without any problem.Once there was a water leakage problem, technician came and replaced defective part for 3000/-. Except that, machine is running smoothly. For normal wash it takes 1h 40Min, for Quick wash 1H. Ease of use is simple.fill the clothes,set temperature between 0 to 90 degrees centigrade.select type of clothes as Cotton/Wollen/EasyCare. Thats it.It has a feature called Aqua Energy which converts salty hard water(ground water) into soft water. It will increase life of the machine. Coming to washing performance except few collar stains it does its work.As touch panels have less life, we went for this model which has mechanical controls. Design is good. As of now we have not faced any problems with service. I would recommend this model strongly.

No words to explain about IFB 8Kg Senator Aqua SX 1400RPM Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine, its really a giant Washing Machine from IFB. Anyone can buy it blindly. The only problem we found with this was changing the options using the up down buttons and+/- keys. They are not really user friendly. Service person had not showed much interest in proper installation as in selling the other products like trolley, liquids etc.

This is one of the decent options available in market today at this price range. the best part being in it is it's make up quality. the product is good and deserves your buying option.

yes, obvously the product is durable a nd is a long term affordable maintenance affair.

the design is pretty much decent and meets the current style.

but but but. if you are living in a small town and looking it to buy it for use there. service could be a probleatic issue. the servicing is a problem in cities where there is not any authorized distributor or stockist.

have faced this issue personally hence. not convinced much by service and support.

Purchased IFB TL-RDS 6.5 kg WM on 05/10/16, was working fine untill 18/11/16 when I found the water inside the machine is not completely getting drained when the wash cycle is complete.

I tried calling IFB customer Care nos 180030005678 and 18604255678.

Thou both numbers are working initially on the automated mode, when we request to be transferred to customer care team, no one picks up to file our complaint. So this so called hotline nos are unuseable.

So went on to try the land line 044-39004321.

Here the call gets transferred to the concerned team but the lady keeps telling our system is down and hence can't register your complaint, call after 2 hours.

Its not once.but it has been a practice here since I've tried 3 times already in a weeks time.

Wonder why on earth the IFB guys have to keep a customer care team.

I would rather say shut down the company.

Taking customers for a ride.

My staunch propaganda. Don't buy IFB products.

The day I saw the machine on a local shop.I was Excited to buy it.I ordered it.

It arrived 2 days later. I turned on the machine it worked fine.I used the machine for 4 months without any issue.Good part is that it was really easy to use .The body is made up of good material.

But after some months when I tried to wash clothes the machine made awful sounds.With sounds now the vibration of motor are very high that the machine shifts its position.The soap can be seen in the clothes even after full time washing.The washing powder sticks in the input area of machine.

LOOKS are great but Looks cant wash clothes.

The service is great from IFB as I used to have serviced it every month.
