DON'T BUY IFB PRODUCTS non working customer care

I bought IFB Microwave 2 years ago, now started facing issues with it, have been trying to contact IFB customer care since 2 days but unable to connect itself. Over phone they will automatically disconnect after IVR suggesting us to register complaint via shared chat link, in chat link they ask to enter mobile number later they say enter OTP, but they never send OTP to our number so dead end.


Over given Whatsapp number also they would ask for ticket number, which is not getting registered /generated itself so no response there as well.


I tried calling their Service center number but that person said we need to reach out to Customer care numbers only for availing warranty, if he would send technician then he would charge 500/- visit charges plus I will have to pay for parts if they would change anything post analysis.


After going through all this in last two days I strongly suggest my Indian brothers & sisters that -


DON'T BUY IFB PRODUCTS. save your hard earned money

3 months back I requested for service, Banging tub on Cabinet. Technician came and checked and ans asked me to get two tile pieces because the floor is not even. He placed tiles under the stand and asked me to call him back if problem arises again. I called him the next day about the problem. He asked me to complaint again through the app again. The question of hopeless Service arises now--- the app didn't erased my previous complaint and since 3 months I tried several times but no response from the company. A week back I asked to connect me to the manager and replied me after 3 minutes of holding the line and putting me on the music, he says the manager is on other call sir, we will get back to you. Till now no one had called me.


Poor & fraud after sales service.

I have IFB microwave oven and after few year's we are facing heating issue, technician said along with magnetron we have to replace 2 more parts, magnetron is under warranty but other 2 parts cost is 1200 rs. And we search those 2 parts outside is costed only 50/100 rs. we said those technician replace only magnetron which is already under warranty and don't replace that other parts and they refuse this. So IFB is complete waste of money for me, not recommended at all.

At the time of service, service person suggested to take AMC, so you will get benefits like changing the drum etc, Finally I paid the AMC amount 4838/-, and he provided me GST invoice. After few months we got problem with the Drum so I requested to change the washing machine Drum, Then no body is caring and they are saying that you have local copy of invoice, it is not updated in our records this and that. Finally they are not interested to do the service.


These guys are fooling with the name AMC

Worst service. They charge 350/- for visit


On 27th Feb 2023 repair the machine and billed around 2450/-. But problem not solved. 2-3 times I called that person but not responding. Then I again complaint in customer service, they are asking again service charges. what a useless IFB company, very much unsatisfied with this washing machine. Indias most worst worst worst service.

We have been a loyal ifb customer. We earlier had a ifb washing machine 5 litre that ran for 15 years without maintenence and repair. As our family grew we shifted to a bigger capacity machine.


Now while the machine was being installed the person from ifb asked us to get the filter added. He said it will work for a year without repair. But in the next servicing, within 6 months, they said that something inside the filter needs to change and it will need additional rs.250.


Also, the machine needs a special powder after every 30 washes that only ifb manufacture. Thats an additional burden of rs. 1000 per year. Recurring costs like filter part update ( rs. 250 in every 6 month) + powder to clean the machine from within ( rs. 200 in every 30 wash) i.e. ~Rs.1500 per year.


We earlier had an ifb machine that ran perfectly for decades without ever needing a filter or powder to let it function. Such costs associated with the product must be informed to users before hand. It can change their buying decision.

Purchased IFB washing machine on 11/03/2023. On Monday 13th March a service technician came for installation and demonstration. At the time of his arrival we were supposed to go out for an urgent family matter. The technician some how done the installation. We asked him to give demonstration at some other convenient time. Now today he called me and was shouting at me and asking money for demonstration. It is not the only machine available in the market. Lots of brands was available in the shop. It was my mistake to purchase this product. The company might not have given the staff good perks. That frustration they are showing to the poor customers who were wrongly purchasing your products.

Very worst service. No proper response. Delay delivery. We choose to buy the product for its quality but now we are feeling regret of placing order at IFB POINT.got damage product and handling was not at all good. Replacement is taking long time. no proper response from delivery person and from management. Instead placing order at Flipkart or Amazon is better we ordered same machine previously at Flipkart and everything went smoothly.l. I would give 0 rating if I had an option to rate. Worst experience ever with purchase.

This to warn and share my experience with IFB product and service provider. The day we purchased IFB product we only dealing with customer care, service provider and the problems. Within two months machine troubling while using i had complaint several times to customer care and they send multiple technician to check the problem but some able to gauge problem some are not able to understand the problem. Twice technician changed the clutch unit then also problem as it is when ever I talk to Mr. Rakesh thakur according to him he is handling the madhya pradesh service provider head. Sorry to mention the name because I'm fredup with the product and service provider they are not able to sought the problem and only the are ready for arguments which is a very irritating situation for me. After buying trustful product like a IFB they are not having some skillfull technician who can able to sought out the minor mistakes. And after so much of customer care games and technician visit one skillfull person came to recheck and he able to catch the mistake which is related to minor wiring mistake. After that problem is 80 per resolve but I have to know from service provider how I can digest this blunder. Now after seeing the massive removal of clutch system and hemering to the product not even have the clutch problem how I can use the worst product now. And even the whole this still product having some sound while using . And still according to Mr. Thakur there is no policy to solve customer problem. So why should I use IFB product and suggest to other.

Last mahine hi ek automatic machine khridi wo b IFB k agent m bolne pe k bhut achi hai. Jitni tarif ki thi usne utni hi vahiyat machine hai. Or customer service k liye jo b aata hai baat krne ki tamiz nhi hai unhe. Had h yr bhut preshan ho gya 2 mahine main ic machine c. Chlane jao to apne aap surf ka Sara paani nikl jata hai pura. Dimag khrab kr Diya hai Kasam c. Bhai nhi dena chta main 3 rating bina uske mera review b accept nhi ho rha tha.

One of wrost product ifb washing machine 247 repair repair repair, and if ur luck it runs , sound sound and jups out of stand while spining , i bought 30 thousand senorita aqua front load 6 kg , 2 times doors sensor, , 2times water control , one time rubber door beeding after fed up of spending 11 thousand for repair in 3 years gave it to exchange for one thousand and brought top load which is far far beter

I got the door lock changed on 16 Feb 2023. The company rep charged me 1440rs for service and door lock replacement. An additional 180 rs for cleaning powder.


I got message from ifb that I got only service done for 590 rs. I tried to mail them but could not as I dint find any place to accept my complaint on their website. Hence I am posting here.

I bought a front load machine one year ago. It was a defected piece and a person came for demo told us that the problem was in the water supply line after ane year a service person after our request recovered the manufacturing problem. We got the part change and the machine is fine now. My wife was suffering with tennis albow problem and so we bought the machine but we have to suffer for an year because of the company negligence.
