IFB Appliances ticket ID 1012574353. Earlier my Washing machine Executive Plus 8.5 Kg was having Door Lock Open Error. It was attended by your Er Ajay Nishad on 23 Oct 23 who has charged Rs 2650 for installing Eco Water Filter and two pouch of Descal powder and told me that after one day this washing machine will be all right but now also door is not getting locked and it shows DL Er. Please do not purchase any product from IFB. Their whole system is corrupt. They never fulfill their commitment. They are cheaters.

A few days back I got a call from this number "879573xxxx" and "798507xxxx", who told me that the service of my washing machine is pending. He further told me that the company gives 8 free services to its customer satisfaction. I told him that I'm already facing a few problems with the washing machine (I mentioned that the "Express Wash option is was working properly and the machine is taking some extra minutes also to the shown timer), to which he replied that maybe the machine needs some tuning and reprogramming. He further told me that there is nothing to worry about, the serviceman will take care of it.
Today a guy named "Rahul Kumar" came for the service (Attaching his ID for reference). I have never seen such an immature and unprofessional person in my life. I told him all the problems and concerns about the machine to which he replied "Scaling ka problem hai aur kch nahi, isko descale krna padega". I further told him that I already had a word with the customer care(as mentioned earlier) and the customer guy told me that the machine needs tuning and reprogramming to which this serviceman replied that "no such thing exists" and repeated the same thing "descaling krna padega" like a parrot. Then, he cleaned the filter cap and asked me to get a cloth. When I came back I saw he keeps on opening the IFB DESCAL packets, and I asked him why he is opening so many packets, he replied 5 packets will be required to clean the machine (each packet worth 170/- rupees). I stopped him but he already opened 4 packets (he puts 2 packets of DESCAL in Main Wash and 2 packets in Drum). I asked him that is he in his senses to which he said "Itne packets to lgte hai, even dishwasher mein 7-8 packets dalta hun main". He was handling the powder with so much carelessness that almost 1/2 - 2/3 packet of powder is lying on the floor (Attaching the pictures for reference). After putting the powder he put the machine on the Mixed soil option, I asked him why he is not using the Tub Clean option, and he said "mixed soil option mei hi lagega".
I never had such a bad experience with any of the electronic brands which I'm using. I also have Bosch washing machine in my other home and they have given far better and amazing service than this. It seems that this serviceman came with a programmed target to use 5 DESCAL at a time to which he failed and was only able to use 4 DESCAL!!! With such pathetic service and loss of money, I'm never going to recommend this brand to anyone. Such a poor service!! The serviceman only came to meet his target and didn't solve the issue and charged a handsome amount of money.
Looking forward to seeing how IFB Brand is going to compensate me for this bad experience and the BIG amount which is charged to me.
