Services charged is r very very very high. minor repier charged has 590 it's to bad if in case take resenble rate services men also local if in case services men cmg outside to take 590 but local service men it's not cmg out side it's take 590 ifb is good but services charge very bad

I was using Whirlpool fully automatic top-loading washing machine since it was a very old machine I thought to change to a better one, I purchased IFB front loading 8.5Kg Aqua, its one of the worst washing machine I ever used, washing quality is worst & service is pathetic

Plz never buy IFB products, they are worst in the market

We bought aqua Elena SX 6kg front loading maching 1.5 month ago and had a worst experience with it. The water intlet valve got damaged. Somehow we got this machine replaced with a new one but than engineer didn't turned up for installation even after registrating complain for several times. And when he came, he forgot to bring his tools( highly unprofessional). I am highly dissatisfied with this kind of service by IFB. literally regretting after buying this washing machine. I would rather suggest to not to go for IFB Products.

Ifb 8.5 kg fully automatic top load machine has very cool and nice features.

We are using this machine from past 1 year and this machine is fabulous.

You can wash so many clothes in one time and all the clothes looks like new after wash.

This machine has fully touched screen of 6 inches, everything is touch screen not even a single button to press.

Also this machine is very easy to use and has many options for washing different kinds of clothes and blankets etc.

Ifb customer service is also very great after filing a complaint in customer care you get your complaint solved in 24 hours.

Loving this machine.

Its a good product actually but it occupies a lot time to wash. For a normal cool washing it needs minimum 1.42 hours.

Comparing with other products like videocon, LG and Samsung- its very very expensive- its eats around 32k.

But many gave good feedbacks for a machine in 11k, but IFB is expensive, consumes more time and ofcourse yes worst service center, You cannot repair the machine lesser than 1800 even its in warranty period.

I complain for door seal change in my IFB m/c senorita vx . Technician came and without touching m/c he told that drum, rubber door seal to be changed. I ask him, how you can say without touching my machine.I refused him and ask for other person. Next day other technician came and opened machine he told drum is OK and rubber should be change. I accept. He done his work after replacing rubber seal machine is not getting start. Now he says your door lock and PCB has gone which was working well before technician touching my machine. I told him it's your fault so you rectify and solve the fault which you generate. Ok I accept to be change the PCB and door lock which but take give warranty it will be ok. He says he can't say anything about machine and can't take responsibility of machine.

I got cheated by IFB .he damaged my machine for his own profit. What should I do now.

I want to give them less than a single rating.but in mouth shut it not accepting.

Hi friend I am using it since 15 days. I brought form Amazon website. Amazon delivery is perfect and installation taken 7 days. Using IFB detergent liquid. Perfect for this front load machine. Friendly controls and less noisy. Its body is quite strong. It is very durability. It is very handy for me. Its body design is attractive and decent looking. Service support is very good. Fully automatic front loading washing machine, capacity 6 Kg. Suitable for bachelors and couples. 4 years comprehensive warranty on product. Special features: Smooth crescent moon grooves on the drum surface create a gentle water cushion that prevents damage to fabrics. Wash and rinse cycle uses a shower system that ensures through soaking and a cleaner wash. I bought the machine on 2nd June 2018 and today I am writing the review.

Machine not working.

Despite lodging the complaint on 27th June 2018, no body turned up.

Every time I call the customer care only one reply sending reminder wait for 24 hours.

Very hopeless customer care service. I have decided I would never go for IFB product in future.

This is the second washing machine of IFB I have bought in last 5 years, in the first machine I have lot of problem. Only agreed to buy second time because they gave me little bit cash back for old machine and I again fell prey to them.

Very bad performance and above all the worst customer service.

Very bad service its being 1 month since I have registered the complaint in service center no response from the ifb service care whenwe call them they replies like today oru agent would be there, .if I could have bought any other machines I would be more satisfied

I am sharing my experience of IFB Senator Dx Washing Machine with you, which is very bad. We bought this washing machine 2 years ago. In starting, it worked well but after 7-8 months, its performance decreased. Whenever we turned on the machine, the water came out and spreaded everywhere. Also, the water sensor showed Pr5 code, which indicates that sensor is not working properly. We have to switch off the machine and then again restart it. So, I suggest you not to choose this washing machine.

I have bought this product from flipkart on september 2017.The installation date was given as 25th September but no body from IFB turned up .The installation has been done on 3rd October after I have escalated the issue in IFB.The problem is that the authorised service centre from IFB doesn't care about the customer rather they are interested in selling trolly and cover for the washing machine.I have highlighted this to IFB but they have not done anything on this.May be the product is good but it was a horrible experience to get the machine installed.I will suggest all of you think 1000 time before you buy an IFB product .The service is aweful and the technicians are uneducated and do not have courtesy to deal with customer.

We purchase this IFB front load washing machine 2 years back for Rs 38000. We found the machine very satisfactory. It digs deep into the dirt and gives clean, fresh and partly dried clothes. There is a LED display to ensure the kind of a wash for a different type of clothes. It has 4 years warranty and 10 years support for parts. Up till now, the machine is working good and we have no reason for any complaints. No more any need to be at the mercy of the local domestic help.

What can I say .very bad.poor quality and after service. Very poor quality items, and very costly to maintain, lots of time and energy consuming. My machine is just over warrenty, after its stopped. Now technition says, need to take amc @ Rs.6900 somthing, otherwise repair cost is reach 10, 000.

Ifb is fraud company, I bought IFB 9 KG washer 7 KG Dryer 4 years back for Rs. 65000 and it became faulty. Ifb commitment was to provide 10 years spare support(big sticker pasted on machine claiming 10 years spare support, photo attached) but they refused to repair the washin machine saying company is not manufacturing spares and will not support. I logged complains three four times. I got area manager Santosh who committed to me that he will arrange 50% discount on new machine if I buy. Now after one week, either his number is always busy or he doesn't pick up the call. I file case in consumer court, they are fraud and cheater

I have very horrible experience with IFB delivery. It took more than 10 days after making purchasing the product from the IFB Centre.

Very upset with the IFB delivery.

Coming to the looks of the machine, it is very nice.

First 3 washes were really very smooth. No noise.

From 4th wash, can hear a different sound.

I have been using normal load.

Not that happy for the price which IFB offers.

Got this product 1.5 years back.now motherboards problem(both motherboards gone).they have provided a voltage controller.still motherboard gone.6 days since complaint given.two engineers visited to check.not yet replaced the motherboard. When called the engineer.he says "new model sir.so spares not available.will come today by 7:30PM .I will come and fix it by 8PM today(same words told for past 3 days)." pls see photo attached of machine and call details.it says "10 years spares support) and 7 calls made.no response.Liars when the do sales.hopeless durability and hopeless service.never answered my call after 8:30PM.

I would like to share my personal experience on ifb 6kg fully automatic washing machine

I bought this machine 10 months ago. it has many problem r coming like E8 error & electricity consumption more etc.we have given complaints so many time but IFB customer care not supported us. We called the customer care many times about this issue they said that we willI come and resolved it.but they never come back to looks after the problem I have fade up 4 contacting ifb customer care. The customer support very bad.worst company according to me. Pls don't buy this ifb product.

I purchased IFB washing machine in the year 2016 in PAI international on bajaj emi facility.Product is good but response from the service executive is pathetic.

After I got the product no executive has come for the demo. We raised a compliant and then executive has visited for demo.

Within 6 months, we serviced the for 3 times. everytime we have the same issue that pump automatically outflows the water. After many complaints it has been resolved. please note if it is not under warranty these people even will not look back to us and will collect huge service amount.
