HR bad abd unprofessional behaviour

Very bad HR team working in IDC. They don't response on call. Very unprofessional behaviour. Daily basis I am getting mail for Job. After applying and calling, HR Najnin, Manisha & Sakshi Srivastava not responding. A day I got F2F Interview call by Manisha, after shortlisted they didn't respond, did not picked my call. Behalf of that I resigned from my company. They spoil everything. Hole day every HR were not picking call and when they pic in day they told that this is not right time. since 3-4 Months I am following them. They are very bad example of HR.

IDC Technologies is going through some real growth. They have made some recent acquisitions and continue to open up new offices around the world. At times, this growth as led to some issues with them, but overall I'm satisfied with their placement services. So I'll use them again in the future.

Good company with legit contracts, IDC Technologies has positioned itself to be a real global player. And I've certainly benefited from this as my career path has accelerated here and I've taken on some really important functions despite not having a lot of experience. One of the main benefits here is that you can leap frog forward because you can get exposure to more senior tasks despite not having a long track record. You can learn a lot in a short amount of time.

The worst experience i have faced with this IDC technologies they are not the comitted people they represent the candidate but they dont bother once they are done till submitting they want people. Thye call 10 times when we try to reach them they will not respond properly


Dont trust them and waste the precious time they dont deserve the right candidates.


The worst, unfaithful, untrusted employess.

I tried to find a comprehensive wiki on IDC Technologies, Inc. Couldn't find one. According to some old articles and interviews, it seems like the company was in bad shape, changed ownership at some point and then started to grow really fast. It's currently opening new offices in different geographies so apparently the growth is still happening. The initial contact I've had with the company has been positive thus far. I'll report back once I go through their placement process.

Numerous growth opportunities at IDC Technologies Bangalore(see prior review) and flexibility afforded to contractors, both in the projects and work hours. The management team is very reliable. But there are some areas IDC could definitely improve in: marketing, branding, and the food selection. Also, while management is easy to reach, they don’t seem to pay attention to the fact that some employees aren’t working as hard as they should. Still, I prefer IDC and Bangalore branch is part of larger MNC so you can switch if desired.

I agree with the other posters, a Prateek Gattani Wiki is of little value. You are best suited focusing on the more immediate team you will be dealing with during the on boarding process. I found that the interviewing and hiring process is rather complicated and non-standardized. Some interviews are in group, some are done in private; In fact, my own interview seemed less than legit, but here I am, working for IDC in one of the best positions I’ve held in my career. This variation is probably due to the different clients, projects and budgets.

Fast process for intaking. Though virtual everyone is friendly, helpful. Salary wise satisfied, on time salary 6th -7th of every month.


Let see what could be found after one year.! Don't try to push employee into a complex situation while getting for a simple approval for leave, changing technology or a Timesheet approval. It would be better if the salary for the month is given on the last working day only, for a person who is switching the job for them the data of your salary could be tough for them.


Whoever is doing the cold call for an employer to the employee, please tell them don't show company. I mean to say don't show the employee as if you are doing a favour by giving an opportunity to work for a big company. Not everybody works for the brand, some may also work for pleasure and passion. Try to see after employment scenario, also try to keep the control into your hands. You may never know how the client is behaving with them.

Fake commitments and regular salary delay

I had worked in idc payroll for around 1.5 yrs for one MNC company, from idc they will call 1st and convince us for their job, mostly idc convince us for low grade salary and they will give fake commitments for salary hike and finally job idc HR will convince and recruiting us for one domain but the domain will totally change when you get joined, and while we taking this to IDC HR they will not mostly picking land line and if we later tried for HR personnel num they will attend your calls after 3 or 4 times you tried and if you questions them for fake commitments then they will totally put your number on block list, there is no use in dropping a mail to them, they will not respond to that at all, while my working with idc there is regular salary issue and if you drop un mail or tried to reach HR, there will no response from them ..and finally if you planned to get relive from organisation, from IDC end they will not share your hot or soft copy with in a week, they will say that they will share these soft and hard copy after 45 days, and especially they will debit your salary amount around 1200rs for every six month and they will say it is for professional tax , actually my salary is 7300rs as L1 desktop support engineer, but I totally worked in another domain, and finally there is waste of time to join in IDC, the above issues are I faced while iam working with Wipro in idc payroll, so don't spoil your career on joining in IDC, if you join with them, sure you will have an stress on them more than your work stress.

A few reviewers on this site are looking for Prateek Gattani wikis. Mind you, the CEO's salary, net worth, etc., will likely have zero impact on your trajectory. What does matter: I really love IDC’s ability to stay connected with their contractors. Their account managers hold meetings on a monthly or bi-monthly basis and can always be reached on their cell phones or through email. The staff is very qualified.

IDC secured me a contract pretty fast and my assignments could include sharing information with monitoring officials, program creators, and software developers to collaborate on ideas for programs to be implemented on a large scale. One of my responsibilities was to complete a report that covered the weak, and potential area’s that could be compromised on the network. IDC is very involved and great at assisting employees, this was a job that I valued very much.

The interview questions weren't too hard and IDC Technologies helped to set up the first contact between myself and the client, TCS. During the initial interview, I was asked about my skills interacting with supervisors, peers and clients, as well as my level of experience in developing secure IT procedures. I also had to be prepared to speak about my job history in detail, I had to go over some rather insignificant things. IDC did work with me before the interview, so I felt ready to answer any and all questions. After the interview, I spoke with an IDC recruiter in order to discuss the entire process. I received a job offer the next day. The salary and benefits were better than expected. You can have the problem of open positions, especially at TCS and WIPRO, overlapping between other agencies making competition more fierce.

I was skeptical when someone from IDC Technologies Inc Noida contacted me because of the fraud complaints on Reddit and Quora, especially since I was in the US. A lot of those complaints, though, stem from entities posing as IDC. This is explained on their website and on their BBB page. So I went ahead and went through their placement process. I had no issues with the interviewing, job scope, recruiter or client once I started working. There was some negotiating with the salary and this can be unnerving for an American, but it's part of the game. I stood my ground and got a good rate.

Thanks to IDC Technologies Inc(Noida staff, India office) I am able to dive deep into the client’s project and am able to grow and can contribute to their needs in a more independent manner. There are well-organized systems and wonderful administrators from the project search till the project completion. Always, someone will be available for you to attend to your concerns and solve them. It would be nice if there were more job opportunities in my core field and geography. Also, you may be on your own grounds once the project is over as per the client's needs so have more than one contract to avail.

A lot of reviews on this page. Here is mine: upon initial contact with IDC Technologies Inc, I was grilled regarding both employment history and qualifications, then asked to submit a current resume. I was then asked to choose a subject I was knowledgeable about and prepare a presentation on that subject in order to demonstrate my abilities with Power Point. Once I was ready, IDC introduced me to potential clients, and I had to prove myself during the presentations. Upon completion of the presentations, I was asked a series of questions related to my experience level and field and my comfort level with presenting to top-level executives. Some clients also asked me to indicate my comfort level with training product users. Overall, everything seemed organized and I did get some good offers.

IDC Technologies sourced a temp-to-permanent contract with TCS for me. This company beats other agencies with their large size which ensures a better selection of contracts and opportunities for direct hiring. Their job selection offers the candidate better variety and employment chances.


Usually, their employment agents are friendly and easy to get along with, without as much aggression as you find with other hiring agents.


Most employment roles are contracted positions, but they do offer many positions that hire directly. If you are looking for a long-term or permanent position, this company is worth a look.


They are one of the few companies that don’t blacklist an applicant because they decline an employment opportunity or interview. Blacklisting is sometimes problematic with other agencies.


The percentage of interviews and offers seems higher than with other employment agencies. As with other agencies, the job leads they pair you with might not be in your ideal location, possibly making commuting an issue. Some areas, in my opinion, where there's room for improvement:




  • Remove or retrain all recruiters that are overly aggressive and work on streamlining job applicant information.




  • Keep applicants informed about everything concerning the position they are applying for. Whether the news is good or bad, job candidates are much happier being well informed.




  • Match recruiters with industries they are familiar with or have training in. When a recruiter is knowledgeable about the job they are recruiting for, you get a better employee match.
