What do you like or dislike about this place?

The environment and service is very good. It is one of the best cafe in the area.

I would rather not discourage but sometimes I feel the place is a bit conjusted.

What was the food like?

Food is quite good, as I am a vegetarian chilli potatoes are a must haves and drinks served are at its best with different flavour in mock tale in ice glasses.

Comment on flavor, temperature, portion size and appeal.

Theme is osum with dim lights and temperature is chilled to freeze. Blue colored lights falling on ice creating creating a suspended effect.

Comment on the ambience, music, staff appeal and speed of service.

Inetially music was soft as the time passed the music gradually tends to increase.

Staff is well trained and service have a 5 on 5 rating .

Reservations are necessary .

Just 10 minutes to wait for the next reservations.

What I liked about this place?

In West and Central Delhi, their are few ice lounge & cafes, this is one of them. But honestly, this one is the best as compare to the one based in West Gate Mall, Rajouri Garden. I had great time with my friends and cousin here on my last and debut visit to this cafe.

What was the food like?

We had only snacks there, including white sauce pasta, Hot n Sour soup, Silky Malai Tikka and Pizza. I will not say that the food items were like Awesome but they were good. There are scope of improvements in their food.

My comments on the food flavor, temperature, portion size and appeal

The food this cafe serves is enriched with the flavor of all the poured spices and vegetables, they served us hot, freshly made. I really like their presentation style of the food, it was quite pleasing. Talking about the quantity, then yes it was satisfactory. We shared one plate of pasta in two people.

My comments on the ambience, music, staff appeal and speed of service.

It was good to have food in front of the skating floor, specially when some of our friends were trying to skate and falling again & again. The soothing music tracks that they play make the ambience more interesting and enjoyable. I also found the staff of this restaurant good, they were courteous, polite and serving us speedily.

About Reservations

I am not pretty sure but I think they accept reservation and if not then one may have to wait for maximum 30 minutes or more, as they don't have much seats.
