Hotel Royal Castle, Sangla

I am very sorry to tell my bad experience from this hotel. I stayed in this hotel for two days for attending an interview which is near to this place.

I selected this hotel why because, which is very near to my interview centre. The rooms are not cleaned and somewhere we can see some dirty muds. The service is very bad. They are not cleaning the rooms and if we ask any helps they couldn't gave any response to me.

The restrooms are also very pathetic. Before they told Internet service is there, but after asked the password it took more than 3 hours to access it on my mobile.

They don't have any facilities for drinking water, hospitality and waste disposal.

They were not provided any food and transportation. I wasted my money there and not worth for value of money. This hotel is not well maintained and can't stay here more than 2 days.

I won't recommend to others about this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly situated, in the heart on Sultanahment; the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are right nearby. Overall, the service was impeccable. The hotel staff made us a huge favor by sending our luggage to the airport at 1: 00 am when we needed it urgently. They helped us plan our days ( we stayed five days in Istanul) by recommending excellent places to eat, and locating the best landmarks.I was there because a Turkish friends recommendation. The location is excellent to be near of Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The hotel has original Roman columns and other cultural antiques. The breakfast was perfect on the roof and you can see the Sea of Marmara.

I have stayed in this hotel only for 1 day it is very bad hotel rooms are not so clean and in this hotel left side swimming pool is present when I hone to swim it is not cleaned very very dirty water is present in that pool and price is very high and too much costly for rooms and bath rooms are very bad smell and service is also not good I have ordered the good items to bring to my bed room morning at 9 am they have prepared and gave to me at 12 pm when I asked for my order they are telling like we are preparing food please wait in future I will not go to this hotel again and again in future .

Good hotel , I listened about it because my friend went their so like it , Anybody can go there , staff is friendly and service is superrbbb , So will suggest that you should go there even I will go there So guys if you wanna stay in any hotel then you should Go this in hotel Thats name is Hotel Royal Castle , And Room price is very less all facilities are avalible in the rooms , car parking faclities is also Nice my friend stay 5 days and he did not want to go from there So I am exicited about that when I will go there

In the beautiful hill station of sangla we stepped into this hotel snd our bad time began when we found the geyser in bathroom not working and in the hotel no room was vacant.so we asked a servant to give hot water and he forgot and took 45 mins to get us water .The sanitation system was not fine and it was abominable .we told us to give us wifi link and it was disturbed.We told them to chalk out a plan and they said if we booked z car they would help .Bed tea was not served on time .The cot was cranky and disgusting .The table had ashtray full of ash and they removed when we told them.The tv was not good and the remote was defective .If we asked them to deliver drinking water they would grimace as if they would shower mercy on us by giving water.They dont know proper hospitality .If you leave your room 5 mins late after check out time they would fakk behind you like leeches.it is not good.no guest service you would get.
