Hotel Rajvansha Fort, Karond, Bhopal

Last month I visit Bhopal for personal work and booked room in Hotel Rajvansha through online site.When I went in Hotel Rajvansha manager asked me to verify my details and he took around half an hour for checking details and after that he provide me key of room.When I entered in room, the condition of room was bad as they provide me dirty bedsheet, thier is no balcony for fresh air and only a fan was running in slow motion.When I complained about it to manager they said that all the bedsheet already gone in all room so he can't change my bedsheet.

After finishing my work I came back in night and I gone for dinner at thier seperate hall for dinner.They provide average food quality and thier way of presentation of food was normal.

Waiter never listening to customer and always busy in talking to someone.

When I left the room I asked for complain register for this Hotel but they refuse it and said that they don't have any record of complaining.

This hotel is located in front of Bhopal Memorial Hospital, Karond bypass. Other main landmarks around the area constitutes universities like RGPV and RKDF. So the people that you find in this hotel are mainly who have come for the university or hospital purposes. This hotel looks like a largest one and finest one in the area. But it's not.

Room quality is average. They have 3-4 categories in it like ac, non-ac, cooler, non-cooler. The most expensive room charges Rs.1600. But you can negotiate and you can save much money as I did. Their rooms have got every basic facility including mosquito mat. So, beware of mosquitoes. They are going to be there.

Guest services is poor. You can use intercom but they are gonna be late because they have other things to do. Ha.Ha.!

Hotel doesn't have its own restaurant so you have to rely on the dhaba located just beside it. Dhaba's food is edible but not so hygienic. The only thing which you are going to like is tea which comes on time.

We shouldn't talk about ambience because it's the most worst part. You can hear manager scolding staffs anytime from your room. And there is a marriage palace just beside it so if there is a marriage going there you can imagine the ambience which mainly happens to be of loud bleeding local disgusting music.

On the whole hotel is not a very good experience for the money.

Don't check in unless you have to.
