Hotel Paradise Regency, Shimla

Visited this hotel last month. This hotel was good if you have a low budget. But you have to go to annadale ground which is down in wise the location. The picture which I uploaded is the view back when there is not too cold. At the front there is a beautiful ground and a army camp too. The place is calm and beautiful. I got the same room which I have in the picture. But there is no cleanliness in the room . The food comes late and the room service behaviour is not Good.

I had visited the Hotel Paradise Regency in shimla during my past trip to Himachal Pradesh in 2015 December. I booked a two-bed room online on tripadvisor.com and the pictures on the website were far awesome and beautiful. It showed that the hotel had clean and facilitated rooms but in reality when I checked in Room No. 106, nothing was as shown in the hotel.

I told them that the room is not the one that was booked by me online, they said that all the rooms in this hotel are same and I can switch the room if I wish. I shifted to Room 109 which was also not good(See Picture for room view). I wished to cancel booking because I was cheated. They told me that only 65% of the amount would be refunded and so, I decided to stay there.

But the further experience was even worse. Dirty toilets, no room service, bad smell form pillows and quilts! It was feeling like I am staying in a public waiting hall. It was really a bad experience and so, I recommend everyone not to check in this hotel ever.

I had a one night stay in this hotel last week .i had booked it online as rooms in the photo was looking beautiful . But when I had checked in except reception nothing was good . The smell of rotten water and the quality of room was very upseting . No one is there to welcome the guest . Even we called at reception 4-5 times to get water. The food and presentation was very poor . The ambience and decor was also very bad . I asked at reception that I want to change my room but he refuse to help me . and told me that no money will be given back . They charge very high . I hate that hotel .
