Hotel Orchid Inn, Railway Road, Haridwar

Hotel Services are bad as below:

1. Main Problem is power supply - they do not have any automation of powering on of generator set because they switch GEN supply manually -if there is power cut 10 times in hour then you have to be in dark for 50 minutes which I suffered .

   
   




2. Even one time I have to be in dark for 20 Minutes and when you ask reason they say it is from Govt so we can not do any anything that time you feel situation like hell as I have not seen any hotel which is dependent on Govt power supply and Generator facility is also manual so if you are booking this hotel be ready to stay in Dark.

   
   




3. Hotel manager's are not customer friendly and rude in nature .

   
   




4. This Hotel is also not Family and Kid friendly , I need to pay for my kids for each services for your kids so this hotel is not good for family who have kids.

   
   




5. Hotel Walls are full damp and there will be suffocation in room with unknown Smell

   
   




6. Hot water is only available when you need it and you to wait every time.

   
   




7. No Food services -only limited services available if it I snot even of your choice if you in day time as well.

   
   




8. Light was not fine - got the tube light repaired in front of bathroom .

   
   




9. Room & Food services are bad as Hotel is .

   
   




10. You need to carry Cash as ther Credit card machine do not work

    
    




11. Internet services do not work as Supply is main problem and they do not have high bandwidth in place .

    
    

Not suggesting any one to book this hotel as supply is biggest problem - Hotel building is good but Not good manager to maintain - Company should fire all related managers who are not able to maintain hotel as I briefly described above.
