Hey, the most popular hotel in belgaum they can be called as'the grand niyaz hotel'.so every people who whenever visit to belgaum you have to I visit there and enjoy the lot of food.and the great test of food and luxries hotel rooms and the beutifull weather of the city.i early visted to there and I stay there for 4 days and I feel verry good and enjoy away.so when ever you have to come to belgaum you have to visit there.Thank u.

Im very happy because of niyaz .i had great food it was awesome taste and I had enjoyed lot .we and friends had party over their and eat it lot .we thought it was costly but same out roadside but little bit expencive .but taste was good .condtion of all whatever thier held I mean sarrounding athmospehere was good .feels like royality dinner having at night .good to eat

Hotel niyaaz, belgaum is not good, because their meals quality is not good, if we purchase any item, they will give small quantity and charges more, everyone telling biriyani is famous. But I'm telling you their biriyani is not good and quality is worst. Maintenance is not well, it looks very worst.

Apart from the stuff of home delivery and payment the quality is what thats matters. but 26.05.2017 I ordered that they give me home delivery also I was very hungry I called 2 time to hotel please deliver me fast I am hungry the delivery boy comes after 48 mins later from my ordered time. then I took order I was very hungry then I opened it all and started eating when I eat it its taste was very sweet so I dont like it.once I thought I was eating butter chicken with spreading so much of sugar on it but I ate it all thanks for giving me butter chicken experience

I would like to share my personal experience in the Niyaz hotel Belgaum I visit it many times together with my friends in Belgaum from my hometown Hubli whenever I will be set I will definitely go to the nearest hotel to bus stop in Belgaum Niyaz hotel it's one kind of way good hotel in non veg side because it's  very good like a biryani and many things like MMA Kabab many things which you very good taste have it.

My friends who are visiting the Belgaum I suggest them go and eat in Belgaum Niyaz Hotel because the kind of service with you you're the best service in the hotel of non veg.

We reached belgaum on may 8 -2017, woke up very late because of the tiredness of long trip from kushalnagar.but then we got the maximum energy and everyone got ready for our brunch . first we ordered tandoori platter. I cant express the laste in words. we were 5.everyone from hospitality industry, keen observers of foods.we couldn't find any issues in that platter, it was that much tasty. we actually went for to learn new market trends in food industry . that special restaurant was enough and more for our study. every body, from any class and group can dine from there. they designed their restaurant like that.its look like a new restaurant. means innovations are never stop, it is a journey. surely it is the secret of their success . the supervisor lead us to their kitchen, with the permission of top management. it is a factory with high standards of hygiene. we again gathered for dinner and enjoyed a lot. amazing experience .love it . I will go again

Hotel niyaaz is very good hotel from Belgaum it has various branches in Karnataka and and Maharashtra to the quality is really very good and the test is really very good of the Hotel Niyaz the service they provide to the customers is very good the cleanliness of the hotel is also nice the famous dish of this hotel is biryani you can get the various types of biryani if you are a foodie person you you may love this.The biryani of Hotel Niyaz is famous the bill of this hotel is not more it is reasonable and you get very good quality food in the Niyaaz

Today I am sharing my bad experience on this hotel named " HOTEL NIYAAZ " which is on raviwar path. I listen about that place and decide tom do dinner there, but the at most outside of hotel is bad first there is no parking facility and people park there vehicle anywhere, the outdoor is not very clean the carpet is very dirty.when we give our order they wait us 45 minute and when we reach they present us free juice but later they charge for that.the food is so oily and no taste even very bad taste of food .the food is not very fresh and even water they provide is also not mineral water really this is very bad hotel I visit.

I got into this hotel and felt refreshed as it was fully furnished with flower bouquet and pictures.The receptionist gave me a warm welcome.I and my family members felt delighted.We kept the bag and baggage and it was carried to the room furnished with oil-paper decoration and beautiful pictures.We checked all bathroom,furniture and telephone.Everything was all right.The boy who was supposed to look after comfort came knocking the door and asked if we wanted tea or other thing.We got call from reception.It was an AC room.The AC was working absolutely fine.The cot,chair,table all are well placed.The room also gave us a sense of pleasure.We called and asked them to send coffee and within five minutes before expected time they came.We got amazed.We retired to bed and watched TV.The TV was nice.Overall the supervision was fantastic.personally speaking whether we required water,newspaper,tour guide or even mosquito repellents,they asked us again and again. The USP is security,comfort and all amenities are offered.We Enjoyed the stay at the fullest.I recommend to all of you that if you go to belgaum,please go and stay here.The demeanor of the hotelier is very good and they will make you feel as if you are at home.I felt like this afterall.

Hotel niyaaz in Belgium is not good hotel to stay.

Its my personal experience. I had stay there for 1 night .i come across following problems :

A) very expensive.

B) no variety of cuisine.

C) service was not satisfactory.

D ) no cleaniness and hygiene.

E) no value for money.

F) staffs very robotic .they were not flexible and friendly.

G) no proper room dining service.

F ) room service order was late by 55min. Ans one aplogise.

I never recommend this hotel to anyone. Find other better hotel.

Niyaz means biryani. In belgaum this is veg ond nonveg hotel located near central bus stand belgaum. Famous for chikan mutton band beef biryani biryani is known has niyaz special biryani. Other food is average restorant has ac family room also best supply nice waiters.the order will take lil bit late but food is verygood as u will forget rest. They has all major type of veg and nonveg food aswell as icecreams, masala pans, etc good hotel with great respect to customers well maintained, neet, clean, the good
